Cellphone event handler (event when phone disconnected from charger?)

I need to know what event_ is called when a cellphone is disconnected from a power source_.
I have looked for hours for a list of methods, properties and events for java and midp with no luck. If such a file exists I would love to know where to find it.

I have noticed that on all cell phones there is a battery state animation which starts when connected to a charger which shows the phone is charging, and usually a light turns on and a message which says something like "Charging" shows up. This animation stops as soon as the phone is disconnected.
If this is hardware programming is there any way to use listeners to look for a change in the relevant variables?

After I installed the ISO4 everytime I use the Iphone while is connected to either charger or computer, it works, but when I disconnected from either, it frezees and even if I try to restart the phone it doesnt work.

After upgrading did you restore from a backup? I would try and just do a clean install. I have also ready that you can reset the settings and your phone may perform better. But, if that doesn't work then I would just try to do a clean install without restoring your settings and files from a backup.

How to Fire ondisconnect event when network disconnect suddenly

                      can any body tell me how to clear the client entry from Adobe flash Media server 3.5. when net disconnect.
i was expecting that on netdisconnect from the client side end(which is connected to FMS) its onDisconnect event fire similarly as it fire for browser close.But when internet disconnect ondisconnect event not fires at FMS side is there any way to overcome this or any other event fire at that stage?
if it is possible to get any event on network disconnection at client sidetahn i can solve the issue.

You must be getting the "NetConnection.Connect.Closed" as info.code in the onStatus for the NetConnection.

Splitting events when capturing footage from tape

Using Final Cut Pro x, I want to capture footage from tape which is of a more then one event. what is the best way of doing this so as to avoid all of the footage captured as one event.

One way of doing this is to simply go into the Import from Camera window and select the clips that belong to one event then hit the Import Selection button. A window will come up asking you which event you want to import to and also give you the option to create a new event. After the little clocks fill up on each of the selected clips, that import is done. Now you can select the other clips and import them in the same way specifying a new event when you are asked where they are to go. Best wishes.

Trigger event when items moved from a library to a document

Hi all,
I want to be able to trigger an event when a user drags items from a library in to their document, I had looked at the AfterMove event which I though might enable me to access any items after they had been moved (worst case scenario) but I can't seem to get this event to trigger.
Any thoughts?

You can't really single out the selectionChanged or place events triggered by dragging items from a library from other selectionChanged or place events. See this thread for a relevant discussion and a link to the very useful Event Watcher extension. (It looks like afterMove is only triggered by a couple of objects, not including page items.)

Phone disconnects from car Bluetooth when skipping a song on Spotify.

How's that for an oddly specific problem? Using a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3, Spotify and the car Bluetooth (Suzuki Swift, if that's relevant). Phone connects to Bluetooth no problem. To the problem: When selecting a song from a playlist or artist (I assume from anywhere else, but I haven't tried) the phone will disconnect from Bluetooth, Spotify will continue playing, silently, then the phone will reconnect, and start playing through the car speakers (already a few seconds progressed into the song). The same issue occurs (disconnecting from Bluetooth, then reconnecting) a) when skipping songs (either through the car's Bluetooth controls, or manually on the Spotify app) and b) when the song reaches its end and naturally progresses to the next. Plot twist, though, if I pause the song, then skip to the next one, it will start playing the new song instantly, with no disconnect issue. I've tried this with other music playing apps (aka not Spotify) and the issue does not persist. EDIT: I've tried offline and online, problem persists for both. I'm sure you can imagine that this is an incredibly annoying issue, and I'd love any support you can offer. Especially given that mobile playing is 95% of the reason I'm paying for premium.

Music does not stop playing when I disconnect from USB in car

When iphone is connected to car stereo, music does not stop playing when I disconnect the usb cable. If someone is calling me and I unplug from USB, all I hear in my ear is music...I cannot hear the person calling me. Not sure what's happened but it never used to do this. Any suggestions?

Nseries phones have behaved this way since forever.
I don't know any way to change this. Same behavior happens if you unplug your headset or headphones.

HT4623 Trying to update my iPad to latest iOS. It connects to iTunes and appears to have done everything, to include restore from backup on my computer. When I disconnect from computer the iPad then starts from "Hello", "Select language", "Choose Wi-Fi N

AIR event when computer awakes from sleep mode?

I have an AIR app that displays a new set of photos every 12 hours. Some users are complaining that the photos are not refreshed after 12 hours if the computer had been in sleep mode over night.
At first I thought possibly the Timer was stopping when in sleep mode so I instead modified the Timer to execute every minute and just check to see if the last refresh was at least then 12 hours ago. This still did not solve the issue.
Is there an event dispatched I can listen for to detch when the computer awakes from sleep mode? Or if any one has any other suggestions.

Firefox cannot load websites when connect/disconnect from any VPN connection

I am consistently uses OpenVPN and RamsesVPN connectivity. But whenever i switch between the VPN connectivity or connect into any VPN or disconnects existing VPN connectivity. My Firefox Browser is unable to load new webpages/Refresh existing open TABS.
In order to restore, i have to restart my Browser each time, whereas i am not facing this problem with Chrome.
I am running with Windows 7 Enterprise edition, and latest Firefox version.
Is there any method to avoid these restarts ?

Other suggestions I have seen are to add bookmarks while logged into either vpn. (For example, bookmark the frequent sites you use in either vpn in separate folders)
In Firebug, when you connect or refresh the page when moving from one VPN to the other, do you see a termination in the connection to the first vpn?

WIFI slow to reconnect when phone awakes from sleep mode

Today, I updated my LG G3 to Android Lollipop. I have WIFI set to turn off when in sleep mode (unless device plugged in). Now when the phone comes out of sleep mode, it takes up to a minute before the WIFI connection is reestablished. With the previous version of the OS, WIFI reconnected immediately after awakening from sleep mode.
Has this problem been reported to Google? I have not found a way to report bugs directly to Google as a user.

Joel, thanks for your reply. I've followed your instructions, and the problem persists. I assume by reset, you mean reset to factory settings. No. It has been rebooted, and powered off/on several times since the OS update. I have no idea whether there are any apps that use WIFI only. How would I know what each app may require?
Since this happened immediately after the OS update, the logical conclusion is that the update caused this behavior. In my 45 years as a software engineer, I can say this is the most likely cause.
Now, here are two more observations. When I first power the LG G3 up, the WIFI connection is made immediately; before I even unlock the device. So, we know the OS is quick to establish connections upon power up. It is only when coming out of sleep mode that the WIFI connection is slow to be reestablished, taking about a minute as opposed to immediately with the prior OS version.
The second observation is that with my wife's Samsung Note 4, which was updated to lollipop several weeks ago, I do not see this delayed WIFI connection after being awakened from sleep mode. With the Note 4, the connection is reestablished immediately with lollipop as with the prior OS version.
Considering the difference in behavior between the Note 4 and the G3, I would conclude that LG made a firmware change for lollipop which is causing the delay, or LG didn't make a necessary firmware change for lollipop which is causing the delay. At this point, I would say this is an LG G3 problem. It should be easily reproduced. Under the advanced WIFI settings, the setting "Keep WI-FI on when screen is off" should be set to either "Only when plugged in" or "No".

Why cant i rename my music, it doesn't save my artist name when i disconnect from itunes!

It renames all my files (Artist Names) when I am plugged into itunes, but as soon as I disconnect my device (both my iphone and itouch), it goes right back to the messed up names that they are when i first put the songs on. My OCD is killing me and I hate having an unorganized iPhone or iTouch. Please HELP!!!
