Change buttons to tabs

Hi everyone,
I have a scada application and in this application I have a menu.
This menu consists out of buttons now, see the attachment.
But I would like to change these buttons to tabs.
I can't find it in Labview.
Can someone help me with it?

Hi Nitzz,
It's not as easy to make this, I think.
In the attachment you see the VI that I am using.
The menu is not visible in this front panel, but it will appear when the scada application is started.(but you can not start it in this state, I think)
But when you move the mouse over the screen you can see where the menu is.
There is also a submenu, that I also want to use with tabs.
I hope you will understand my VI, because it is very difficult to explain.
Now you have the VI, maybe you also can have a look at the print function that I am busy with.
I want, by clicking the printer button in the lower left corner, to be able to print the page.

Change the new tab button image

I'm trying to change the PNG of the new tab button.
I've tried
.tabs-newtab-button {
list-style-image: url ("C:\Users\Zevoxa\Downloads\newtab.png") !important;
But that doesn't work, why?
I'm using Stylish to do this.

Best would be to place this icon in the same chrome folder with the userChrome.css file or use the URL as shown when you drag this image in a Firefox tab (New Tab > Open File).
Note that there are two new tab toolbar buttons and .tabs-newtab-button is only used when you haven't opened enough tabs to make scroll buttons appear.
You also need to add a -moz-image-region rule if you only use a button with one state.

We are under upgrade of SRM 4.0 to SRM 5.0 . In SRM 4.0 "change" button
is visible in check status even if shopping cart is under approval
state.
But in SRM 5.0 "change" button is not visible in check status if
Shopping cart is under approval state.
Please let me know if any one face this issue.

Goto SU01 and fill in the user ID for which the button is greyed.
Navigate to role tab
Double click on the role so that the system opens transaction PFCG
Select the "personnalization" tab where you will find the WFL security... (don't remember exactly the name as i do not have any system right now)
This WF security has 4 level.
By default it is set to none
Select level 4 for maximum authorization.
Save, log-off from ITS access et relogon.
Then the button won't be greyed anymore

Steps :
1) Go to SU01 of the buyer
2) Go to Personalization tab
3) Double click on Personalization object key 'BBP_WFL_SECURITY'
You will get a pop up for 'Authorization level for Authorization'
4) Here change the securtiy level from 1(=no changes allowed) to at least 2(=low)

Hi Hannah,
Inspector > Text > Tabs Button > Tab Settings > Default Tabs.
To set a tab stop on the go, click in the ruler.
If you can't see the ruler, Menu > View > Show Rulers.
To set tab stops for lines (paragraphs) you have already typed, select those paragraphs and set them all at once.
Also, have a look at Menu > Pages > Preferences > Rulers.

Disable the 'CHANGE' button in CRMD_ORDER

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement, where I need to disable the change button in CRMD_ORDER transaction for only few orders...
am not sure about the disabling the change button, so I tried to disable the fields for input.
I tried to use the function module 'CRM_INTLAY_SET_PROCESS_TYPE' and also other BADIs like CRM_ORDER_AUTH_CHECK, CRM_BTX_EXTENSIONS...but not able to disable the fields completely.
The Conditions tab at the item level is still in change mode...

Hi Padma,
If you plan to use your idea with CRM_ORDER_AUTH_CHECK, you must also set the CRM_PRIDOC_COMM_BADI for the item condition tab. Set the CS_COMADM_I_COM-KAEND_TYP as 'X' in this BAdI.
And implement note1148666 too, if your version is fit.

Change Button for Interface View is Inactive

I have created a Web Dynpro ABAP component & application.
Now I want to add URL parameters to it.
I went to interface view, I can see "change" button in menu but its not clickable.
Any idea why this is happening?

Hi Amey,
IF you dont have any interface attributes or methods, there is nothing you can change in Interface View.
For Adding Parameters, goto your Application to add application parameters in Parameters tab.
You can chooose from existing set of parameters or Create a new parameter such as TEST1 & any default value like 1 or A etc .
Now goto your Window method HANDLEDEFAULT & frmo here you can access what value you are getting from the URL Parameter TEST1 by using below code...
data lv_configid type string.
lv_configid = wdr_task=>client_window->get_parameter( TEST1' ).
now IF for your application say zph_test02, if you are running URL as http://xxxxxx.xx/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zph_test02?sap-language=EN&TEST1=2
The value lv_configid will have value 2 now when application is launched with that url & parameter TEST1=2.

Agentry: Trigger action when changing main screen tab

Hi,
I'm adapting Work Manager for iPad and in my main screen I have 4 tab screens: Work Orders, Notifications, Time Sheets and Crew Manager.
I would like to trigger a List Selection action step when the user navigates to the Time Sheets tab in order to select the current day of the week automatically. I already created and tested the action with a button and it's working fine but I don't find a way to trigger an action when changing main screen tabs.

In the screen definition there is not much I can define... just the icon, size and styling...

Regarding Bill suggestions I think there are too many possible actions in the main screen where to apply the selection step.
And to apply Jason's workaround I need to do a major UI change and user's are too familiar now with the solution that has been in production for a while...
I think I will set the date after transmit. It won't work on the initial load and when user manually selects a different day and comes back to the tab, but I think it will cover more than 90% of application uses since they are supposed to synchronise every morning and register time for the current date usually.

Requisioner is not getting change button in fully approved shopping cart

I have problem in getting the change button in fully approved shopping cart which was not created purchase order in the backend due to faulty account assignment.It needs to be changed the account information by the requisitioner .
Requisioner is having LOW in settings of BBP_WFL_SECURITY in personalisation tab.

Thanks for the reply but as per our client business requirement, requisitioner should get the change option to correct his shopping cart as the follow on document (purchase order) was not creating due to incorrect acccounting structure in the shopping cart.How should requisitioner get change button in fully approved shopping cart to correct his accounting structure.

CME GUI Change Button Window - No Scrollbar??

I'm having an issue with the CME GUI.
When I try to change a phone button using the CME GUI, I find the change button window only displays 10 of the 40 ephone-dn, and there does not appear to be a scrollbar or page button to view the remaining 30 ephone-dn.??
Am I missing something?

CME: version 15.2(4)M6, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2),
GUI: Version 9.0.0.0, thought the folder states "CME 10.0.0 GUI", was pulled from "cme-153-3Mv2.rar"

I found problem about transaction code vl03n because I define authorize for a user that can only display delivery document by transaction code VL03N. But this transaction have display/change button that when user click this button they can change delivery document. Please help me how can I solve this problem?

This should be done authorizations only. Although the button is displayed, is the user able to change and save the Delivery document?

How to change button colors in a loop?

I am working on a task that should imitate an elevator. I have two vertical
rows of round buttons "Up" and "Down" When a circle is selected randomly by
the program, the circle becomes yellow and the elevator moves to that
button.
Here is what I did:
1. created a class Circle where I save buttons' parameters

I've written the following code that invokes a JOPtionPane messageDialog, when the delete button is hit in the following frame and the selectedItem in the JComboBox is Default.

yes, I've looked at the tutorials. But there is no way to change button title for JOptionPane.showMessageDialog. Only JOptionPane.showOptionsDialog provides you w/ that feature, becuz it provides the parameter in the method.
I was wondering if there was another way to do this for showMessageDialog.
