Change color of check box symbols

How do I in LiveCycle Designer change the color of a check mark? I need one check mark to be blue, 30pt and another to be red, 30pt?

I have one doubt.Suppose I have a lot of records.With in the same block I have Check boxes adjecent to records.
I write a Pre-Block trigger:
Set_Block_Property(:system.CURRENT_BLOCK,current_record_attribute,'GP_V_YELLOW');
Post-Block Trigger::

My question is I never want to change the background color of check box.How to do it.

It is not possible to change the colour of the check box where the check appears. You will be able to only change the colour of the other areas.

I have couple of check boxes on my form, like....... my_check_box_monthly....... my_check_box_yearly.
I have 2 scenarios, so based on scenario, i hv to select either of the check box, as below
if scenario_1
make/display my_check_box_monthly with BLUE
else if scenario_2
make/display my_check_box_yearly. with RED
endif.
For text fields..... I know how to get i, its as below,

Check box symbol in Tree control

Hi,
I have built a code for using checkbox symbol in tree function and stuck to get the selected check box item.
Actually my requirement is to to use tree with check box and do the multiple selection and get the selected item list. I have completed till the Check box selection but not able to get the all selected item list.

Sorry I didn't get here sooner, here is some example code I made a while ago that supports listboxes, MCLB, and Tree selections. It also supports nested levels to the tree, select all or select none, and selecting deselecting parent items, and partial selection of parents if children selection are mixed. Oh and it supports disabling items so the user can't change the selected state.

Change color for validation box

Hi,
I am using JDev 11.1.1.6.0.
If i have required="true" validation on an input text, Red color box surrounds and shows the validation.
Is there any way to change the color of that box?

If there is any you have to use skinning. For this you have to find out which selector is used for the box. You can disable the style compression in your web.xml and run the app, then when you see the box use firebug or any other tool which allows to inspect the page elements. If you select the box you should see the style class names. They normally are the same as the corresponding skin selectors (there is a syntax difference, but you get it when you see it )

Ps.: Dependent on your JDeveloper version you have an integrated (11g R2 and 12c) or stand alone 11g R1 visual skin editor available. However, manual skinning works too

Change Color of Mail Boxes

Is there a way to change the color of new mailboxes, so I can color-code --- similar to "label" in finder?
I've searched everywhere and am either missing it or it can't be done.

Check Box/ItemListener question

Hello all,
I'm trying to create a GUI for a program that I've been working on for some time. In the program, various sections can be run depending on what variables are present in the input file AND whether or not certain previous sections have been selected to run. I'm trying to represent this with a menu comprised of check boxes, where if the proper sections have been selected other boxes become enabled accordingly. I tried to get this behavior simply by saying in itemStateChanged() that if stp1bt3 is selected and stp1bt1 has just been selected, to enable stp2bt1. For some reason, stp2bt1 isn't enabled whenever I try this. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm sure it's something very small that I have to add to this. Here is the code I have:

Problem with table check box

I have created table. My requirement is to add check box to select the record, i have used insert cell editor to bring check box in table. Created attribute check type char1 to bind. The output displayed with check box but if i am trying to select one record but it got selected all check box. Please suggest me where i did wrong.

I have created table which has 5 rows (for example) and 6 columns. The 7th column i need to add check box for that i have created one group column and changed it as check box. Here no problem but i have to bind that checked with attribute for that i created one attribute type char1 and binded, which is working fine. The problem is, if i select one check box it gets selected all check boxes in that column.
Please give me a way that adding check box in table without adding variable in my main table.

Disable the check box

Hi All,
I have a requirement in which based on the profile option user should be able to change the value of check box.
Name of profile option is acces_level. In this user level profile option two values are possible 'User' or 'Administrator' and there are two check boxes cb1 and cb2. I want that cb2 should be available only to the user, those have value of profile option as 'Administrator'. cb1 will be available for all.

I am writing this in WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger at data block level.
Now there is only one problem. In the form I am displaying 15 values. All 15 values have there respective check boxes. Now except first check box all other check boxes are disabled. Do you have any clue why the first cbox is not disabled. There is one more thing when profile option is set with value USER (Now it should allow to update the check box) then If I change any cbox then it does not allow me to change any other check box.
