Change color on a row in list

Hi,
I want to change color on my lists rows with buttons (look att the picture) i want to be abel to choose more then 1 item and change the color on all that is marked and i want to do this with javascript :)

I tried but when i am clicking a particular label, the color of all labels in the List is being changed. So can you please assist me in changing color of only the label that is selected and the color must disappear after completion of Upto completion of fireAcknowledgeEvent(ackEvent);

Object "value" is the currentObject its rendering, obviously you may need to test if its a JLabel before casting it but for this example I kept it simple.

This is a simple one to answer because the answer is no. Coloring of individual rows of data is not one of the features that any version of Discoverer currently has. I have a copy of the newest Drake and this also does not allow this I'm afraid.

I'm trying to change the color of the links in one of my Lists. Can somebody please tell me how to do this? I'm not sure where to put it or what the syntax is.

Take a look at:

Basically, create a class for your links and change the attributes using the :link,:visited,and :hover pseudo-classes. Even better, apply a class to the UL element, such as "myList" then add the following to your css:
ul.myList li a:link,ul.myList li a:visited{color:#00ff00;text-decoration:none;}
ul.myList li a:link,ul.myList li a:hover{color:#ff0000;text-decoration:underline;}
That way you don't have to repeat the 'class=".." ' for every link in your li, thus reducing the size of the page.

Can you change the color of a row in a SUD

Is it possible to change the color in a selected row in a SUD? I have multiple tables in my SUD were the user can select multiple rows from each table. The problem is that when the user selects rows in another table the last one selected in the previous table is not hi-lighted. I thought that if I change the color of the row when selected the user can see all the selections once he/she goes to another table.

Hi AJL,
There is no way to color rows of the table control in a SUDialog. You could consider using the ActiveX container control and using the Microsoft ActiveX table control, which might have that functionality. Note though, that then you need to either ensure that control is always on all your client machines or make provisions for it to be installed/registered.

How do I change the background color of a row in a table indicator? I know how to change the background color in a active cell, but that is not what I want. My first intent is to make the background color of the first row a unique color, such as green, just to highlight the top row of the table.

I have done this before by using a for loop to change the active cell of a row in order to give the appearance that the whole row is turning the color at once.

Change the background color of selected row in adf table

Hi,
Can somebody guide me in changing the background color of a row when its being selected. In my ADF table, one of the column is of type Command Link. So whenever i click this command link on any particular row that complete row color should change as an indication of that row being selected.
Please guide me to do this. I referred to other forum posts, but they couldnt meet my need.

you're right. This should work. But the result is not perfect from my point of view.
I use

Change a dataGrid's row color

I have been looking a couple a places on the net to find an answer to this one, and the answers are all esoterics and unclear.
I have a datagrid --> dgTeams
I know the number (or index) of the row i want to change
And there is only one column
all i want to do is change it's backcolor.
something like :
dgTeams.getRowAt(3).style.color = color.blue
or something similar.
All I seem to find is answers about making packages and overriding methods and super() some itemRendrers.
Is there any simple solutions, or should I learn Russian alphabet to make it happen ?

DataGrid has a style alternatingItemColors - you can use it to set color for each row if you want.
But the best way is to create custom itemRenderer and you don't need to learn Russian alphabet for this and it's not so difficult as it.
