Change Delivery

Hi ,
Can anyone please suggest how to add line items to Change Delivery ( VL02N ). Can i use BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE to achieve this functionality.And what data i have to pass for this?

'BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE' is a 'BAPI for Change to Outbound Delivery'. According to SAP help documentation,
"You can use this method to change outbound deliveries in both the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP system) and the decentralized Warehouse Management System (WMS), according to their respective distribution to the decentralized WMS. You can make these changes in the central ERP system and in the decentralized WMS. The interface ensures that outbound delivery data planned for a comparison is identical in both systems, even after subsequent changes."
You can find further documentation, for instance about required parameters, in SAP help.

Error Message V1810 - Make to Order No Change delivery plant in Sales Order

Hello, for a client where I'm setting the flow intercompany , but i have an error on the Sales Order when I must be change delivery plant.
Scenario: Make to Order, Product configuration, Sales Order BOM created by CS60
Step:
1 - I create sales order fo company X delivery plant 1000
2 - Creates Order BOM on plant 2000 Company Y
3 - creates MRP Planned Order
4 - Convert Planned Order to Production Order
For different issues can happen that you decide to ship the goods to a different plant than the X. Production Plant remains 2000.
If I try to change the plant on the Order system stops me with the following error:
Message V1810 - Plant can no longer be changed
Diagnosis
The plant can no longer be changed in the Following situations:
The item has been assigned to a project.
There is a production order for the order item but it is not a staticassembly order.
Already have accrued costs.
For the very complex structure of the product I can not delete the production order and sales order BOM.
How do I handle these cases?
Can anyone help me?

can you please answer some questionsa to understand your requirement.
if you want to transfer the goods from plant to plant you can do it through Stcok transfer MB1B t code.
1.then why you want to change the plant? in which element you are trying to do in sales order or production order?
2.you mention it as intercompany and MTO can you be clear for whoom you got the sales order(internal or External Customer?

How can we change delivery document in background while changing shipment document.My requirement is to change the netweight in delivery while doing shipment.Actually it gets blocked when we open the shipment.

Hi,
if you have done the PGI(Post Goods Issue), you can't change the delivery.
If you want to change the devlivery Qty, you should create the delivery with Partial Split (= X) and you can deliver the splitted qty with a new delivery.

How to change delivery block for all item in the schedule lines via va32

dear sap expert:
i onle can change delivery block for one sales order item in the schedule line every times via va32,it will take so many time because there are hundreds of item in a sceduling agrrement. how to change all the item one times.
please give me a way to resovle the problem.

the fast change function cann't resovle the problem,i first double click the item of schedule agreement ,then select the schedule lines option, finally in the delivery block input the reason of bolck.

How to change delivery date (LFDAT) in me57 item data

While Creating purchase order (me57) . on the basis of info rec   . i want to change delivery date by
passing info rec to table eine and get field aplfz .
then adding aplfz to sysdate    and pass it to
Delivery date   .
i have done this using USER EXIT EXIT_SAPMM06E_016
and modified table teket with field eindt   but still in screen fields it shows old date value   .
After Debugging i found that that it passes value from internal table ETT[] .
how to modify internal table ETT[] which is used to display data on screen   .

Change Delivery date in Sales Order

Hi all
I want to change Request Delivery Date in Sales Order. But when I changed Request Delivery Date system appear" The default date is not copied into existing schedule lines"
And Delivery Date didn't change.Could you tell me how to change Delivery Date ?
I setup Request Delivery Date - September 21th but Availability Date is September 19th. Could you tell me how to setup loading time, picking time, packing time ?

Hi,
When you change the Request Delivery Date, it automatically changes the schedule line date of all the materials, but by default does not change the schedule line date of the ordered material.
So just check the ordered material schedule line date and change it manually in the order.
Similarly maintain the same date in all the resp fieldsi in the delivery, wherever you see the date.

Change delivery block in order schedule line

I use badi "BADI_SD_SALES" method "SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE" to change delivery block in schedule line. I change field fxvbep-lifsp and I change table fxvbep the I add or I change line in table fyvbep. It work fine when I create the order but not when I make a change. May be I have to use another exit.

In change mode.. (Mean when you change the sale order).. Just do the changes in FXVBEP table only.
As per my knowledge, The FX*** and FY*** are used to find the delta changes in the document and these changes will get updated in change document history and the same will be updated in database.
In the change mode, when you do the changes to both the tables, the delta will not be there and may be the delivery block not updated.
Try doing change in FX table only.

I am getting the following error when i try to create Outbound delivery aginst PO.
"L9 612 Error occurred during WM processing for posting change delivery"
Diagnosis
    The indicator AUFER from the delivery type contradicts the
    storage location constellation that was determined by the
    WM system.
    TVLK-AUFER = '<VAR2>'
    WM = '<VAR1>'
1.Purchase order is Stock transport order ME21N ( UB)
2.Try to create Outbound using VL10B and i am getting the above error,

Hi Gopi,
Looking at problem you discribed, I am assuming you are using the delivery type other than "NL".
The reason for this error is the indicator "order required" in delivery type defination set to 'X : sales order required' and you have assigned this delivery type to the purshasing document UB in STO customising. So the requirement of delivery defination of having prior document as sales order is conflicting.. so the error is there.
Resolution:
Please change the assigned delivery type to NL to purchasing document type UB in SPRO> MM> Purchase order>set up for STO>assign delivery type and checking rule.
If you have custome delivery type the go to spro> LE> shipping>deliveries>define delivery type
change the order required from X to "B".

Error in posting change delivery

We are implementing the WM with HUM. we have MTO scenario and in MTO HU movement cant possible through VLMOVE.(SAP Gap)
So i tried by
1) assigned the stock sale order to unrestricted using 411 E(MB1B)
2) Then pack and create HU in production location
3) Move the HU using VLMOVE(311)
4) Now again assigned the unrestricted stock to Sale order stock through 412E (MB1B)
In 4th step a posting change delivery should be created. but when I save the document then i get the error
"Dlv. type (dlv. catgry ID for mat. 1100040 and BWART 412) cannot be determined*_
*Message no. VL295"
I think I am missing some settings in SPRO for IM-WM movement type and when i saw then i didnt fine the movement type 411&412.
How can i make the posting change delivery for MTO scenario.?
Pls help me in this regard.

And also maintain:
SPRO/Logistics General/HUM/ Basics/Material Management/ Set QM check and delivery type for each mvt. (for 412E).
It will try to determine for 412 E with consumption E as well. This has category ID in standard. So in the other customizing it will try to find a delivery type for posting changes for category ID which isn't there, as only TP is there.
So either make a new entry in Delivery type determination in HUM Delivery customizing or change the delivery ID category in SPRO/Logistics General/HUM/ Basics/Material Management/ Set QM check and delivery type.

How to create automatic Transfer Order for posting change delivery mvt.321?

Hi,
We are using HU with WM functionality; While posting stocks after UD, the system creates a posting change delivery instead of directly posting the stock to unrestricted stock from quality stock.
Now that we have to process the ourbound delivery bu creating a transfer order and confirming it and also do a Post Goods Issue against delivery then only the system posts the stock into unrestricted stock.
Our client doesn't want to go thro' these process steps. They would like the stock to be posted to unrestricted automatically after UD stock posting (movement type 321). Is there a way out to automatically process the posting change delivery in the background including Transfer order creation and confirmation and PGI please?

Automatic picking of posting change delivery HTP

Hello,
We wanted to implement ARM. When we have follow-up activity as "Receive into plant" and Action "transfer to free available stock", delivery of type HTP gets created.
As per standard, if we want to create automatic TO for picking of this delivery type in case of WM managed plants, we need to configure WMTA output type.
But in our case WMTA is getting triggered after HTP delivery creation still, picking is not done and TO for picking is not created automatically.
But for other HOD delivery type, picking and TO creation is executed automatic after WMTA output is triggered.
Reason i feel is that storage type search is not getting performed in case of posting change delivery.
In our HTP delivery, 343 is posted at IM level and 309 at WM level.
Could you please let us know if storage type search is the issue here ? Also do we have any specific config for storage type search specific to posting change, because for outbound we have defined storage type search perfectly. It is not working only in the case of posting change deliveries.
Or is there some other reason for not getting delivery picked of type HTP ?
Any help is highly appreciated.

There are two BAPI's for it, one for inbound and other for outbound.
BAPI_INB_DELIVERY_CHANGE
BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE

Hi,
It is not possible to change the address in delivery. Assuming that Delivery Address have changed, but sold to party address is not changed, in that case create a new Ship-to-party with new Delivery address.
Cancel the Delivery Document.
In Change mode of Sales Order, Go to Partners Tab Page and replace the old ship-to-party code with new ship-to-party code.
Now create delivery again and you will get the new delivery address.

Planned order creation via MRP depends, If we change Delivery date in STO

Planned order creation via MRP depends, If we change Delivery date in Stock transfer Order.
I created STO with delivery date as 31.1.2012 and when i checked MD04, i can see Planned order created on 27.2.2012 with the same above STO quantity .
Now when i changed the delivery date as 30.1.2012 and runned MD03, and then checkd MD04, planned order disappeared.
Why Planned order got created when STO delivery date was 31.1.2012 and when I changed the delivery date in PO, planned order disappeared.
MRP profile details :
Plnd delivery time 1
GR processing time 1
Planning time fence 38
Tot. repl. lead time 38
Can you please let me know why system is beaving in this manner?

Hi,
Normally , MRP runs based upon the requirements.If your STO is created for a date , system checks through the availabiloty check wheather there exists any stock for that date to get deliverred in the supply plant .If there exists for that date the stock , planned order will not be created.If no stock available then a planned order will be created in MRP.
cHECK the availability check parameters assigned to material master in supply plant.
