Change Due Date

How can I change the Net due date?
Lets say if I have net due date 11/12/2008, but I want to change this due date to 06/28/2008. How can I change it. Please help.

Hi friend,
Open items would be cleared once you make a payment or receive a payment against that open item (vendor/customer).
Now, the payment is done on the due date only as per the payment terms configured and applied to the individual master records or line items.  Correct ?
So in the payment program, the items are picked up based on the due date and payment is scheduled against it.
How can you then close an open item before its due date ?
FBL5N is for viewing the customer balance items with open items, cleared items or all items together.
Once your open item against a customer is cleared by receiving a payment against it, it would go to the cleared items and the indicator would change from red.
Hope I have clarified your queries.

  • [VF11] change due date when cancelling a document

    Hi everybody,
I want to change due date (( FAEDT ) in FBL5N ) when cancelling invoices in VF11.
I know that for that I need to change ZFBDT but I dont konw how .
I need a user exit or a BTE or a Custo to make me change the due date.
    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi,
As understand from your question, I think its better practice to change the baseline date either manually or automatically from some logic during the billing document creation.  This can be done through through the following userexit
    USEREXIT_FILL_VBRK_VBRP   or
    SDVFX004 or
    SDVFX008
    or
As Mr.Lakshmiprasad explain in his message, make the default setting after concern with FI Consultant in OBB8.

  • Approval for change Due date in AR invoice through Paymnet Term

I think we can not combine 2 variable for this form (
    T1.[CardCode] =$[$4.0.0] and T1.[Docnum]=$[T1.Docnum]
    Could you help me!
    Thanks!

    Hi Tien again.......
In order to prevent the misunderstanding again please ket me know
    whether I'm correct or not.
You want such kund of approval where if in the base document Payment Terms Net30 is there
and in the target document if its changed to Net 60 then it should ask the approval while adding.

  • How to change Due date in Cash flow (yet to post) lines in a contract.

    Hello All,
I have a requirement where i want to change the due date of cash flow line items of a contract. I am able to do that in RECN transaction, by clicking on the date field and change the date. Here i am looking for a BAPI or function module using which i can update the date of cash flow items. Can anybody help me in doing this.
    Thanks,
    Bala.

    Hi Bala,
we had a similar requirement during the initial implementation project.
We have used BADI_RECD_CASHFLOW for this purpose. We have used both Methods - CHANGE_CASHFLOW_OBJ and CHANGE_CASHFLOW_PAY in such a way (for the last one):
      LOOP AT ct_pay ASSIGNING <ls_cashflow_pa>
                 WHERE ( cfstatus = 'P'              ) AND
                       ( origflowtype IS NOT INITIAL ) .
        IF <<condition>>.
          <ls_cashflow_pa>-dfaell = ....
        ENDIF.
      ENDLOOP.

  • Change due date in receivables for credit check

    Hi Sappers!!
Scenario: When SAP performs a credit check for a customer we need that pending receivables
(open items) for this customer which have a concrete payment method, don't use due date
for calculation, instead we want to use invoice date for carrying out the credit check
    calculation.
Is that posible? Is there any user-exit where we can change this date to be used during
credit check control for documents which fulfill this requirement?
We don't want to change permanently the due date for this kind of documents, we only need to take another date into account when performing credit control.
Thanks so much in advance & best regards

Thanks so much for your quickly answer.
Creating a new payment term is not a valid solution because, we don't want to change any date in the financial document. We just only need to use another data only for credit check. Here you have a concrete example:
Invoice created with invoice date 01/12/2009
    Payment method confirming 90 days.
    Base line calculated: 01/03/2010
If we create a new sales order, this open item will not be considered exceeded because due date is still in the future.
We want to consider it as exceeded and the due date would be 01/12/2009 but only for credit check. This "new" due date must not be stored anywhere.
Thanks so much once again & best regards

  • Change Due date of Retention Document

    Hi,
I have posted one Retention document through MIRO & put some due date.
Now I want to change this Due date (Baseline payment date) in FB02, but in the line item I am not able to see that field.
It is showing in FBL1N, but as I click on change document, this field is hidden.
How can I change this due date field?
    Regards,
    Hitesh

    Hi Hitesh,
Baseline item can be changed when document is not cleared. Please make sure that it has not restricted through line item change rules(OB32).
You can change the baseline date of the transaction manually by double-clicking the line item from FBL1N or FBL5N and then change using the change option, save, & refresh
Necessary settings has to be done in OB32.
Also check if the baseline date field is editable in your case.
SPRO > FA (new) > Document > rules for changing document.
BSEG-ZFBDT field for vendor or customer as required should be present.
I hope you find this information helpful.

  • Changed Due Date

This change in due date really negatively impacts a lot of people and they are NOT happy and they will be leaving in droves.  Change the due date to two weeks sooner so there is no chance of paying on time then make people pay a pro-rated charge to change it back so they can pay it on time.  Sounds like a scam to get some extra charges out of everyone. The rep tells me it not intended to hurt users.  Explain to me how it doesn't.  It's hurting me! I bet I'm not alone.

If you look at your old bill and your new bill, you will see that the only change has been in the due date.  The service dates are still the same, so you are still getting the same amount of service for the smae amount of money.  The only change is that AT&T is giving you less grace time to pay it.  Most companies state that their bills are due immedistely upon receipt, but are "late if not received before ..."  That means they are giving you free credit for a couple weeks to pay your bill before it is considered late.  AT&T is doing the same thing, it is just that they ahve now standardized everyone on the same amount of "free credit" they are getting.  They are giving everyone 3 weeks from the bill generation date, until it is "due".  Before some customers got a little over 2 weeks, and others had as much as 4 weeks.  Now everyone is treated the same and they all get the same amount of time to pay their bills.  Since the due date is based on the service usage dates, if you want to change your due date, you would need to change your service usage dates.  You would still be paying the same amount for your usage, it's just that if you change your servie dates, you would have one month with slightly more usage days because you are trying to push your service dates out  so your bill comes later.
Yes, it is difficult for you, but AT&T is a service company that's purpose is to sell you service and they make money by charging you for that service.  If they give you 7-10 days of "free service" by adjusting your service dates so your bill falls an a date you want, then they are giving away their service for free, and their shareholders will be very upset.

Just going to contact FCC from now on every time ATT changes the due date.
Some people get paid once per month, and need their bills due a certain date. If ATT keeps up this practice I will drop my Uverse 450 and just stream what I watch over the internet. I will also drop my phone and use MajacJack which I already own, and works great! I guess ATT does not care about the $150 per month that they will lose, and I will still be using their internet service to watch FREE tv, and virtually free phone. An I wll be posting all over the internet boards about how to do just that.
Good luck w/that, w/o a TV provider, you're pretty much locked out of getting any current content w/o paying for it and it'll add up quickly.

  • Task Due date in SharePoint 2013

    Hi All,
we have an issue where we want some customization or possible turn around solution on SharePoint 2013. i want to know that if we are allocating any Task to any user then we have Start Date & Due Date in Task Form. Here what i want that automatically,
after 2 Days, Due date column should be freezes/locked (No more changes in that). And if we want to change Due date then can only change 2 times & if we want to change again Due date as 3rd time then it should not allow to change at all & require some
    kind of approval from Management.

    Hello,
For the limited number of modification of the due date, I would use an event receiver on "itemupdating"  with this kind of logic
    If (Properties.ListItem[«Due Date»] != Properties.AfterProperties[«Due Date»]) //modification of the date
check the number of modification, if less than 3 , increment the number and continue, if 3 set
    Properties.AfterProperties[«Due Date»]) =Properties.ListItem[«Due Date»]
here some info about creating event recivers :http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg252010(v=office.14).aspx (for 2010 but the same for 2013)
    Best regards, Christopher.

  • How to set due date on sharepoint workflow task

I'm sure this is a very trivial question for this group, but...
Using SharePoint Designer 2013 to build a workflow.  I have assigned a task.  How do I set the due date for a specific number of days out, i.e. 10 days from the task creation date?
It seems like this should be really simple but I'm just not seeing it.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    Please follow below steps,
    - Go to Tasks lists --> list settings --> change due date column to calculated value and add the following formula,
    [Today]+10

  • ERS and due Dates

For customers who are set up as ERS, how do we change due dates in our system to reflect transit time (e.g. 5 days). Currently, shipments posted in our system by ship date so customers always look past due.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't even need to go that far -- I just closed the program and re-opened it. Duh. I will say though, that occasionally checking the due date checkbox does not open the date fields. Clicking somewhere else in the info box and then again on the due date box always does the trick.

  • Goods Receipt PO due date cannot auto change

    Dear All,
Would like to ask about a question that the Due Date in the Goods Recepit PO won't aunto changed to the date that plus the credit terms day.
for example i open this po today (18.09.2008) for BP-A which has a credit terms day as 30 days. but the Due Date will not auto change to 18.10.2008, is there any setting can set about it ?
Please kindly help one this. thank you very much

Goods Receipt PO is for inventory purpose.  It does not link to payment or other financial need.  That is why it is not automatically updated.
You can use FMS to achieve the update you need.
