Change of risk category for a customer

Hi all,
i made a change to the risk category of the existing customer, but my sales order created earlier, in change mode for qty or value reacts in different on the credit management perspective, it does not react specific to the old risk category nor it does not react specific to the new risk category. Please let me know on the possible cause.
also please let me know on where can i find the risk category for a sales order.

Hello Ilango,
Senthils has made a valid point.
As the Credit Management data is changed after the Sales Order is created the system will not automatically update the Risk Category in Sales Order.
As suggested run T-Code - F.28 & select recreate FI & SD Data.
This will ensure that the change of Risk Category is reflected in your open Sales Order.

    Go to FD32.
    Enter customer code and CCA.
    Check STATUS in Credit Control Area Data. Press enter.
    The risk category is not grayed out here.
    Change it to desired one.
    Save it.
    I am not 100% sure but expect that it will not change open document.
    Try it and update forum.

  • Update of SD Documents after Change in Risk category

    Dear Friends,
    I have a situation in Credit Management.
    Initially when the Customer master was set up, this customer was set as Risk category "New" to which the credit limit maintained is 1 USD.
    This customer is having now some Open Orders, Open Scheduling Agreements. The Risk category in the Sd documents is "New" No issues.
    Subsequently now the customer credit rating is improved and in FD32, the Risk category is changed from "New" to "A" which means customer is having some X (say 100,000 USD) amount of Credit Limit.
    My Question is How can I update the Old Open Orders and Scheduling Agreement with latest Credit data ? I tried F.28 or Prog RFDKLI20, but it dose not update the Risk category in old documents.
    Please help me if anyone knows any transaction or program.

    Any change in the Credit master sheet, you need to run RVKRED07/77 for correcting the credit value. Hope this helps.

  • Change account assignment category for services with ME22N

    Dear guru ,
    i have created a purchase order for a position with item category D(service) and account assignment category K(cost centre). I have inserted for the accounting view the cost center.
    After the saving If I a try to change the purchase order position with ME22N the system donu2019t allow to change the account assignment category (F order instead of K).
    I have verified that for other positions with account assignment category K(cost centre) but for Item category blank(standard) the system allow to change the account assignment category if not exist goods receipt or invoice.
    Whatu2019s the problem about services ?

    Hi,
    Usually the Account assigned PO's are fixed with Account assignment, you cann't modify the account assignment once it is saved.
    It depends on the IMG settings for Account assignment category.
    Check the following IMG Settings
    SPROMMPurchasingAccount assignment-Maintain account assignment categories
    Here check for "K" --Costcentre in the detailed information if the checkbox at Acct assignment changable then only you can modify the Account assignment category modification in PO, otherwise not possible.

    when you upload the application via WebConsole or NWA, there are two naiming fields. First is the name of the APP, that is the name of the WAR file and should be the same like at GETAPPLICATIONNAME. The second value is the info text. As by my knowledge - I have not uploaded content for a while now - this second value is the one displayed on the MI home screen. Changing this second value will display another name in MI Home Screen.

  • How to change the Tab name for a custom field added in IC Winclient

    I have successfully added a field using eewb and it is appearing on my transaction in CIC0 but it is on a tab that says Customer Fields.  In EEWB a BADI called ZEEW_CUSTOMER_H01 was generated and it has a methods called  CRM_CUSTOMER_H_SET_TITLE.  It indicates you should be able to use this to rename the tab but the method is empty.  Anyone have an example of the code you pass in to rename the tab screen.  Thanks, Lisa

    You wouldn't see any direct effect on the Report.. But if you transport the report to QA & leave the Message class in Dev, it might result in syntax issues & you will not be able to execute the report. Just ensure that both of them get transported to QA & you will be fine.

  • Change risk category in sales order... how?

    Hi!
    With Transaction VD32 you can assign a risk category to a customer. This category will be pulled into the sales order by creation into field vbak-ctlpc.
    I want to change the value of the field for certain sales orders but I cant find a bapi doing so. Therefore the question:
    How can I change the vbak-ctlpc (risk category) in an existing order? And will I have to change this in possibly already existing deliveries?

    If you want to change the Risk category feild (vbak-ctlpc) in the sales order then first of all go to SHD0 and make it optional . Then you can change the risk category feild

    Material price means normal price then kindly check the VK11 for maintaining the condition records & VK12 for change

    I would like to change the search help for the customer field (CRM_MKTPL_TRADE-CUSTOMER_ID search help: CRM_MKTPL_CAMPAIGN_CUST_ID) to one of my own.
    How can I do this?
    I would also like to change the search help for each partner function in the partner-tab. Is this the same procedure as above?

    Hi Friederike,
    If I have understood your question correctly then here is the answer.
    You can change the search help for the required filed. All you have to do is: Go to the table CRM_MKTPL_TRADE. Then look for the field CUSTOMER_ID. Change only the description of the field. then you can search by the description whenever you require.
    But the procedure will not be same if you want to change the search help for partner functions. In this case you have to change the descriptionof these partner functions in the transaction BP. 
    But why do you require it, because the partner functions will be determined automatically.

    Hi Poonam,
    This process shows how to can change the assignment of articles to merchandise categories and merchandise category levels in merchandise category hierarchies. This process is called as Reclassification.
    To do this, you have to carry out Process Flow as below;
    (1) Define the planned date for the reclassification version and assign a change identification.
    (2) Select the objects to be reclassified:
    Article
    Merchandise category
    Merchandise category hierarchy level
    (3) If an article is to be moved to a merchandise category which has a characteristics profile assigned to it, decide if the article should be assigned to the merchandise category directly or to the characteristics profile.
    The system checks the characteristics of source and target objects: reassignment is only possible if the characteristics and characteristic values of the source also exist in the target.
    (4) The system checks the level at which stock is managed in the affected sites: if in at least one site the stock is managed at a higher level than the article level, reclassification is only possible if the value-only article remains the same or if no stock exists anyway.
    (5) Process the error log and change the reclassification version, as necessary.
    Save the reclassification version. This is a simulation version, meaning that it does not take effect until it is actually activated. You can change this version right up until its activation date.
    (6) By activating ("updating") the reclassification version, you confirm that the relevant objects are to be moved on a specified date and - if articles are being moved - that the merchandise categories are to be changed in open purchase orders and allocation table items (optional). New listing conditions can be created and old ones deleted, as required.
    (7) If necessary, you update the Information System (manual function).

        update and credit check.
        You can find the used pricing procedure of the order under "Item -> Condition -> Analysis".

    Can any one please tell me the scenarios where in we change the reconciliation account for the customer and vendor. If we change, what are the precautions we have to take in terms of transferring balance or open items from old reconciliation account to new reconciliation account?

    Hi,
                   There is no problem to change the account number in the vendor or customer master data, that is :
    All Document Items that were created in the old account will be posted in the same old account when you have a payment posting, compensations, etc.
    All document created after the change will be posted in the new account as well as the payment postings, compensations and others. 
    The system will separate the postings in accordance with the moment at the documents were created. 
    You can do a test in the development client before you do the change in the production. 
    For example :-
    You can create a new reconciliation account because you want the G/L accounts to separate out sales. Just switched the setting in Customer Master and off you go. SAP will recognized the old account for the old postings and used the new account for any new postings. 
    You should run balance sheet adjustment program after any reconciliation account change. 
    The system performs any adjustments required due to the change of reconciliation accounts or G/L accounts. The items from the old reconciliation accounts are allocated to the new accounts. 
    Since you cannot post to the reconciliation accounts directly, the postings are made to temporary adjustment accounts. 
    These adjustment accounts should be displayed along with the relevant reconciliation account in the balance sheet. The postings are then reversed after the balance sheet has been created. 
    The program for sorting the payables and receivables makes the necessary adjustments automatically. This means that you have to define the adjustment account numbers and the posting keys for these postings in the system. 
    If you purchase and install the FI-LC Consolidation application and have bought up a previous customer or vendor (thus also taking on his/her payables and receivables), please refer to the note in the report documentation on changed reconciliation accounts. To define the account numbers, select the activity Define adjustment accounts for changed reconciliation accounts in the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Implementation Guide.
    You should only run this program if your new reconciliation account is classified differently from the original in your FS. e.g.. AR to Intercompany accounts. It will just reclassify the existing balance. The line items will not be transferred. If not then no need to run the program at all.

  • Customer order credit block on Risk Category

    Hi,
    We have a scenario where order of all customers belonging to a specific Risk Category should go into credit block, irrespective of the Customer account balance, credit limit set in FD32 and Credit exposure.
    The detailed case is mentioned below.
    Customer Risk category = C8
    Credit limit = 1 euro
    Customer recievable (in FD33 ) = 2776.17-  (Dta migration line items w/o Special G/L)
    Sales value (in FD33) = 2237.73
    Credit Exposure (in FD33) = 538.44-
    For above scecnario, order are not going into credit block ,as the credit exposure is ( 538.44- ). Client wants that for Customers with risk category C8, all the orders should go into credit block.
    Please guide for solution.

    If the order has to get blocked for a specific risk category then you have to with the user exits only.So kindly use anyone of the following user exits.
    1) LVKMPFZ1: USER_CREDIT_CHECK1
    2) LVKMPFZ2: USER_CREDIT_CHECK2
    3) LVKMPFZ3: USER_CREDIT_CHECK3

  • Risk category field is missing in dso for 0fiar_o09 credit management.

    Hi BI Experts,
    I am using the standard extractor for the credit management dso 0fiar_o09.  The field for risk category originates from our R3 system in table knkk-ctplc.  It displays correctly in the psa.  The transformation rsds 0fi_ar_9 maps it to 0risk_categ.  It appears as an infoObject in the infoSource.  The trcs transformation maps the rule also.
    However, when I try to display the data in the dso, the risk category field does not display at all.
    Please help with any possible suggestions to display the missing field.

    I resolved this issue by removing the check in the  'attribute only' selection on the general tab of the infoObject.
