Change Region from Japan to Hometown - Move back

Hi there,
I just have a problem with the region switch from Japan to Canada by mistake...Right now, I cannot download the app in Japan App Store with the original Apple ID. When I switch back to Japan, they asked me for the credit card information. However, I cancelled all the credit card and moved back to Canada. This is the reason why I cannot change it back. Is there anyone can help on this issue?

If you are in Canada then you can only use the Canadian iTunes store, you have to be in a country to use it.

No. For the AP to join you would have to enable an EMEA country code too. Just keep in mind when you have multiple country codes enabled you may not get all of the available channels or power levels.

Apps are always associated with the Apple ID and password used to download or purchase them. If you have begun using a different Apple ID, when those old apps require an update, you will have to enter the old Apple ID and password that used use to originally download those apps.
You can stop this requirement by deleted those old apps and purchase or download them again with your current Apple ID.

When purchasing Creative Cloud, how do I change the country of residence for credit card info? I can't seem to change it from Japan to anything else.

I was in Japan when I first signed in with Adobe.
Now I'm in Belgium. I wish to change the credit card country to Belgium and in Euros, but the country option is blocked to Japan.

How do I change region from uk to Australia

I have a uk account but have moved to Australia and want to change the region so that I can use the Australian App store.
Can anybody tell me how to do this?

Change App Store
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3.Tap "View Apple ID"
4. Enter your user name and password.
5. Tap "Country/Region."
6. Tap "Change Country/Region"
7. Select the region where you will be located.
8. Tap "Done".
Note: Make sure you have an Australian Credit Card with matching billing address

Hello! Now I'm in Russia and want to buy Logic Pro. After some time I leave country and going to live in the U.S. I will need to change region from Russia Federation to USA and update billing and payment information. Will I lose my Logic Pro purchase? It is quite expensive to buy again this app...

What do you mean will you loose it. Apple is not responsible to safeguard your apps. Apple constantly reminds folks to backup their apps and other purchased content. As long as you do not delete your app, it is safe.
However, other users report that as long as the app in question is sold in the app store for your new country of residence, you should be able to update the app.

If you don't have the movie on the old computer and you don't have the movie backed up on a disc somewhere, your only choice is to purchase the movie again. Currently, movie downloads are a one time deal andit is your responsibility to have a backup copy.
If you have the movie on the other computer still, you can burn it to a DVD and then copy it over to the new computer.
Personally, I have two computers and when I make a purchase on one, iTunes automatically copies it to the other and I have never lost videos or music in this manner.

I get the following message every time I try using My MacID which was set up in Japan: "This Apple ID is only valid for purchases in the Japanese iTunes Store. You will be switched to that Store." At one point... by which path I do not remember... I was instructed to created a new ID. I fill out the new ID forms, but the address is rejected each time... quite confusing. Does it want a new name? But it says I cannot use an apple domain (tag?) even though I guess it has to be an apple address... ? So I have iTunes crdit cards purchansed in Australia, can't spend in AUstralian iTunes Store, get directed back to Japan each time, and can't open a new ID... What am I doing wrong? You must have a separate Apple ID registered in the other store along with a valid bank-issued charge card in the other country, and a legal billing address in the other country.
Sorry... But... You cannot use other countries itunes stores.
You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country..

Just wondering how do I move my entire iTunes library from my external hard drive back to my computer? It was moved to an external hard drive a few years ago, and now I'm wondering how to move it back to my iMac to increase performance.
Where does it belong in the computer?

The library itself is the /Home/Music/iTunes/ folder in its entirety. Did you also change where preference files were stored? Normally, they would be in the /Home/Library/Preferences/ folder.

I believe now you potentially lose all extensions, plug-ins when you use the new reset function, but you will let me know.
If that is the case, your find corrupt file method maybe better. However, I reviewed the two help articles and there appear to be more files than just the delete search.json file and a possible search.sqlite file in the Firefox Profile Folder. I am confused. Then I have to find the folders. I think help articles mentioned how to find the profile containing the files, but not sure.
