Change text of ECB menu sharepoint 2013 e.g Workflow text to something else

Question

I would like to add a custom text instead of the Workflow text in the ECB menu. Any ideas on how i can achieve this?

As Sergio suggests, you can try some code like this, it will change the text of an item in the ECB menu:
