I have checked in RESB and RKPF, but did not get the details.

HI,
You can track the Changes made to Reservation in tables CDHDR and CDPOS.
Go to SE11 and Input Table CDHDR and in Field list Input Transaction Code MB22 and Object Id as Reservation number in the Respective fields and Execute

    Can any boy help on this
    Thanks in Advance
    SAP MM

    Dear,
    We have this requirement and we raised OSS to SAP also on this.
    Reservation changes cannot be tracked in SAP system due to least importance it has. One work around through ABAP development but its not supported by SAP due to abnormal increase in data volume of change recording in data base which impacts system performance.
    For this we, go with authorization matrix by which remove MB22 authorizations from all users and make one super user like concept. Means one plant only one user has authorizations for MB22 for which he can change the reservation. He get instructions whenever any user want to change reservation - must shoot a mail to all concerning inventory team before he changing with MB22.

  • Mb22 - change plant in reservation

    Hello all,
    Anybody knows how I can change the plant data in a reservation after created ? When I press enter the field becomes grey.
    Thanks,
    Isaac

    Hi,
    Changes plant is not allowed after reservation saved.
    You only can delete that item and add new item with new plant, or re-create reservation with new plant.

  • How to prevent changes qty. reservation after goods issue

    Dear Expert,
    Is there a way to prevent user change their reservation qty. after goods issue?
    Example :
    Reservation No 32XXXXX item 01 requirement.qty = 5 PC
    Goods issue                                                            = 5 PC
    After GI, user change qty of reservation to            = 3 PC
    and Save it
    Best regards,
    Dedy W

    Hi,
    You can delete respective Reservation Item with MB22 t-code.
    With this deletion indicator, you can manually earmark an item for subsequent deletion (if, for example, you do not expect any further movements in respect of this item or prevent any changes in the reservation). The actual deletion process is then performed by a reorganization program (MBVR).

  • Change VA21 Screen Title from "Create Quotation" to "Create Reservation"

    Hi Experts,
    We are trying to change/edit the selection screen title of Transaction VA21 from "Create Quotation" to "Create Reservation".
    The screen doesn't display the expected output when we changed the transaction title in SE93.
    Please guide us on what to do.
    I am generous enough to reward points for any contributions.
    Many thanks,
    Reymar Ellazo

    You need to change the TITLE which is used for that screen.
    Go to SE41.
    Put the program name SAPMV45B.
    Select the "Title List"
    Here You can see the A21, A22, A23 for the Quotation.
    You need to change them to Reservation.
    You will need the Access key to change this.

  • Change BIOS reserved area for video

    Following the suggestion of BAS is it possible to change the BIOS reserved area of my K8T Master2 Far7 so that the RAM of my Powercolor HD3850 (512 Mb) or of my HIS HD4670 (1 Gbyte) can fit?
    Both card are AGP.
    I have 4 Gb RAM and an LC Metatron 1 kW with 36 A on the 12 V line.
    Thanks

    The problem is that Via chipsets aren't produced anymore, VIA stopped a very long time ago.
    I doubt it can be solved.
    As your Asus also have problems, this chipset too, but they are not the same.
    The Asus uses K8T800 but K7T Master 2FAR the K8T800Pro.
    I also doubt MSI will do anything with the BIOS as Via doesn't do chipsets anymore, also AGP is dead and it's over 5 years old.
    Use it as a server, not much more it can do these days.
    A current board with DDR3, PCIe, onboard VGA and a cheap CPU is faster and more energy efficient anyway.

  • Payment against Reserved Invoice

    Hi Experts,
    We are creating Reserved Invoices through the DI API.  The Reserved Invoice is received in just fine.  After the Invoice is processed through the DI API, we then process a payment for the Invoice.  We are getting an error that states "The Base Document Card does not match the Target Document Card".
    Orginally we were processing Sales Orders and then bringing in the payment.  Both were received into SAP with no errors.  We discovered that we could not link the Payment to the Order, so we changed to using Reserved Invoices.  Now we are getting the above mentioned error when processing the payments.
    Does anyone have any suggestions has to why we could be getting this error?  What would be considered the Target Document?
    here is the payment code:
    SAPbobsCOM.Payments vPays = default(SAPbobsCOM.Payments);
                        vPays = (SAPbobsCOM.Payments)vCmp.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oIncomingPayments);
    SAPbobsCOM.Documents SapInvoice = default(SAPbobsCOM.Documents);
                        SapInvoice = (SAPbobsCOM.Documents)vCmp.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oInvoices);
    int SapOrder = GetSapInvoiceNumber(OrderNumber);
    SapInvoice.GetByKey(SapOrder);
    vPays.Address = SapInvoice.Address;
    vPays.CardCode = SapInvoice.CardCode;
    vPays.DocDate = PayDate;
    vPays.DocType = SAPbobsCOM.BoRcptTypes.rCustomer;
    vPays.DocObjectCode = SAPbobsCOM.BoPaymentsObjectType.bopot_IncomingPayments;
    vPays.CashAccount = "23500000";
    vPays.JournalRemarks = journal;
    vPays.Invoices.DocEntry = SapInvoice.DocEntry;
    vPays.Invoices.DocLine = 0;
    vPays.Invoices.SumApplied = SapInvoice.DocTotal;
    vPays.Invoices.InvoiceType = SAPbobsCOM.BoRcptInvTypes.it_Receipt;
    lRetCode = vPays.Add();
    Thanks,
    Josh

    Dear Josh Mellette,
    The invoice type should be invoice 13 but not Receipt
    vPays.Invoices.InvoiceType = SAPbobsCOM.BoRcptInvTypes.it_Invoice;
    and you need to set cash sum if you pay the invoice by cash
    vPay.CashSum = SapInvoice.DocTotal;
    and please check if the DocEntry of the invoice is correct by check OINV table.

  • Problem for automatic reservation created for PM01 order in PM

    Hi,
    I have a problem. Generally from Maintenance Order type PM01 under Order Category 30, when we give some materials requirement, SAP automatically generate reservation for those materials and take the GL as Consumable Item (Actually it is determined from OBYC transaction with a combination of GBB (A/c Key) and VBR (A/c Modifier).
    But in my case, that GL has to be changed depending on what perpose we are using the material. But Manual reservation is not allowed for the order category 30 and no GL can be changed for automatic reservation.
    Can you suggest any way-out so that we can give our desired GL No. for the reservation for Maintenance order (say Order type PM01 under category 30 which is SAP internal).
    Thanks in advance,

    Hi Friend!
    Try exploring the sam while post the mat. document thro' MIGO using FI validations..OB28..

    Thanks for your answer. Actually I found that place, it is determined from OBYC transaction with a combination of GBB (A/c Key) and VBR (A/c Modifier).
    But for same movement type261, I need manual G/L allocation at runtime. i.e. depending upon case to case, the G/Ls will be different. So, different movement type perhaps would not serve the purpose.
    Basically I need to over-write the G/L for automatic reservation created from PM in the PM01 order type with category 30 where manual reservation is not allowed.
    Can you suggest any way out so that I can actually over-write the G/L for automatic reservation- through SPRO or some kind of development...
    Thanks

    To the best of my knowledge this is possible. To the best of my knowledge G/L account determination for every material happens after a series of checks are done internally by SAP. By checks I mean the sequence of steps as customized by the consultant in the configuration. Now at the end of the sequence if SAP has not succeeded in identifying a G/L account it will open up a tab in which u can manually enter the G/L account. For non-stock item you can anyway enter it.
    I would suggest that you post this query in the MM forum also.
    thanks

  • Material Reservation Create Upon Saving Work Order

    Dear Experts,
    We have a requirement that material reservation needs to be created upon release of the PM order. However in SAP standard it is created upon saving the PM order.
    Do you know the way how to change it that reservation will be created upon release of the PM order? Is there any OSS note etc. I had a search on service place in SAP but couldnt find something relevant sofar.
    Any help, idea will be highly appreaciated.
    thanks in advance,
    Mehmet

    Hi
    Yes you can configure the system using standard setting where the reservation will be gerated after order release.
    Please follow the following path.
    1. SPRO> SAP Standard IMG setting> Plant Maintenance & Customer service-->Maintenance & service Processing > Maintenance and Service Orders>Functions and Settings for Order Types-->Define Change Docs, Collective Purc. Req. Indicator, Operation No. Interval
    In this step, you can define:
    Whether reservations or purchase requisitions relevant to materials planning should be generated when an order is created or only when the order is released. You do not select the field reservation/purchase requisition. The result is that purchase requisitions are only generated when the order is released, and reservations only become relevant to materials planning once the order has been released.
    I think this will resolve your query if not let me know.
