Changing icloud ID when old account was hacked

Hi there,
My old email account was hacked and I have changed my apple ID to a new email.
I also had a problem with my iphone 5 and have had it replaced with a new one but it was given to me with the old apple ID on it.
I now can't access anything on the icloud and icloud refuses to let me delete my old account because I no longer know the password (someone changed it after they hacked it). Is there anything at all I can do?

Contact apple they would most likey need to know some info.

iTunes purchases cannot be transferred between accounts. If you no longer wish to use the old account at all, you should delete those apps and repurchase them with the new account.
On the other hand, you could also (and should have before creating a new account - contact iTunes support to deal with account security: https://getsupport.apple.com/Issues.action

How can I reset the iCloud on my phone when old id was hacked?

I need help changing the email account on the iCloud on my iPhone. The old Apple ID was a yahoo email address and unfortunately that address was recently hacked. I can no longer send/receive emails in the yahoo account so I've deactivated it and opened a new gmail account. I was able to delete the Yahoo account on the iCloud on my Mac because it had a simple +- button at the bottom. I want to change the email address on the iCloud on my phone but it keeps asking for the password of the deactivated yahoo account. I've tried verifying it through the "date of birth" question but it says my answer is invalid.
What do I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I lost my account and I have to open another. My old account was hacked which i can't access just because I paid with my credit card and now it's not just the money but my skype account as well. I had to stop my card but thats all I can do because there's just no way I can make a complaint to skype. To make a report I'd have to access my skype account which I cannot so there's got to be another way to contact skype to inform them but "NOTHING AT ALL NOT EVEN AN EMAIL ADD". How can that be? I am not going to accept that Skype doesn't have an office or an email or a phone no?. Can someone help me here?..Thank you.

You can't merge Apple IDs. You also can't cancel (delete) and existing ID, you can only choose to stop using it.
If your old ID was compromised and you can no longer access it, you'll have to contact Apple for assistance. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services' at the bottom of the page. In the next page click 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID'. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' then then 'Apple ID account Security’.

Itunes account was hacked...EVERYTHING was changed!?

My itunes account was hacked a few months ago and I'm just now noticing it. I rarely used this account, but yesterday I decided to log back in because I had some unused itunes credit. So, when I tried to login it said that I was giving the wrong information. So, I was confused and so I tried to reset my account password by email. The only thing was that I wasn't receiving an email (because the hacker CHANGED EVERYTHING). So, then I tried the other option by authenticating...so I put in my birthdate....and that was changed too...So...I called apple support because I thought they could help me out. So, I gave them my original apple id and they told me that it wasn't on file, like it never existed. So, I told them that they were WRONG! So, they checked again and said that there was no record of me ever making my apple id. So, I mentioned to them that I was hacked and asked them is there anyway they could use the "hacker's" apple id so that I can reclaim my account (which has money and etc on it). They said that they couldn't not give out personal information.....So basically they're telling me that they can't give me information on my own account! I also have emails proving that this was my account at one point and time and that my infomation was changed by someone in a different country. I had to make another apple id and it *****! I want my old one back and it isn't fair that this HACKER gets to get awaiy with it! Is there anything I can do...like call apple headquarters or something?

You will wait for the rest of your life. You need to fix it; no one else will. To turn off "Find my iPhone" and its associated Activation Lock you need the Apple ID and password that were used to turn it on. If you know the Apple ID you can contact Apple Account Security and have them reset the password (after you prove you are the rightful owner of that Apple ID). see: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699.
If you don't know the Apple ID the phone is permanently unusable.

Help...iCloud account was hacked in the worst way.

My friend's iCloud account was hacked in the worst way. The hackers accessed all of the account's security measures, changing the birthdate, security questions, etc. They even accessed the backup email address. So if we try to "reset" the account password, the hackers get the follow confirmation email that is sent automatically from Apple. We are at a loss for what to do. We set up a new Apple ID....but that ID doesn't have the pictures, music, etc. from the original ID attached to it. She is heartbroken.....and feels like her identity has been lost. I just put a firewall on the modem and set up a highly secure VPN network to protect her computer. I also just enabled the Firewall through OSX. But now.....how do we reclaim her original Apple ID?

That may be a problem with JavaScript on the Hotmail site that MS needs to fix.<br />
I'm also seeing issues like that when I access Hotmail.
