Chart alert problem in BO 4.0

Dear Experts
We previously used BO XI 3.1 Edge series, Service pack 2. In this server we have develop some of the reports use alerts in line chart (Vertical Mixed Chart).
Now we migrate our server to BO 4.0 Service Pack 2. After migration complete we have seen that alerts of the chart is not working. and also we can not use alert in any chart in a new report.
Would anyone please help us to solve this problem.

Currently i used patch 2.10 and product version of my BO is 14.0.0 and Build No is 565.
Is patch 2.12 is available and from where i can got it? i have checked it in "http://service.sap.com/support" and not find it..

values are displayed in pie chart their label is not display.
So you're able to view the value and label information when you hover over a slice i.e. viewing the tooltip, but you can't see the actual label for each slice of the pie. If you're not seeing all of the labels for the slices of the Pie chart, then this could due to a couple of reasons:
1) the length of the label
2) the position of the label
3) the size of the chart
Keep in mind that displaying all 41 labels on the chart could result in an extremely cluttered looking chart. AnyChart controls the visibility of the labels, depending on the above factors. So if your labels are quite lengthy, for example, and they are positioned to be displayed outside the chart, then AnyChart will display what labels it can for the given chart size. To work around this, having tooltips enabled is a good starting point. Alternatively, you could look at decreasing the length of the label text, changing the label position or even increasing the size of the chart. Bubble chart legend problem

Hello.
I have problem with bubble chart the problem is that in chart legend appear the same number of object what bubble in chart e.g. if chart have 5 bubble then legend also have 5 object.
What do I want to obtain is that in chart appear bubble which have different color (color depends on condition) and legend relate only colors. For example if chart have 4 bubble 3 - red and 1 - green then in legend appear only two position which relate green and red color (now appear 4 object three about red and one green).
Can any one tell me how to resolve this problem?

I already did this I added three condition (three colors red, green and yellow) in field "Value of" I choosed "is equal to" unfortunately it didn't help.
Maybe I joust try to describe what I want to show in this chart.
Suppose I have table with four columns u201Cdateu201D, u201Camount (number type)u201D, u201Csize (number type)u201D, u201Crisku201D (text type) now where this value appear on chart:
- date is x axis
- amount is y axis
- size is a bubble size
- risk will be bubble color
Now I have 3 kind of risk u201CLowu201D (green color), u201CMediumu201D (yellow color) and u201CHighu201D (red color).
Now in my data base I have table with record:
- u201C11-11-2009u201D, u201C1u201D, u201C2u201D, u201CMediumu201D
- u201C12-11-2009u201D, u201C2u201D, u201C1u201D, u201CMediumu201D
- u201C13-11-2009u201D, u201C1u201D, u201C1u201D, u201CHighu201D

Ok so now In My chart I should have 5 bubble and in legend three value (green, red, yellow) but in this case I always have five (the same number what record in table).
Sorry if this example is not clear.

Text Alert problem

Since upgrading to IOS 6 last night I only intermittently get alert when a text comes in. Does anyone have similar problem or fix. Also what is 'Lock Sounds' in settings/sounds?

there is nothing you can do to go back to ios 5.1.1....thats why i went and bought another 4s with the old software....we dont know how long this sound alert problem is going to continue...it could be months before they come out with a new update fix....believe me, i spent 4 hours on the phone with apple support and we could not find a fix for this problem......i guess as more and more people call in they will realize that this is a real problem and not just random.....also they have employess who do nothing other than read these forums, so the more people who write about this issue they will recognize there is a problem with the message sound alert....

Flash Chart Legend Problem

Hi,
Im having a problem with my flash chart legends in Apex3.0.
I have changed the name of the Series to what i want to appear in my legend - however the legend just shows "Value" for all my Series.
Does anyone else have this problem?

If i give "No of Clicks('000')" or "No of Clicks(''000)" as column alias in the query, it displays the correct legend..

Chart flickering problem when updating members of dataProvider

Hi all,
I'm having an issue with a PieChart, where the dataProvider
i'm using is getting updated under the hood and it's causing the
labels to drop in and out. Specifically, it looks like in the
updateDisplayList() method of PieSeries, there's a call to clear
the "labelLayer". I could have sworn i'd seen an example of an
updating pie chart that did not have a problem of flickering
labels, but i can't seem to figure out how to get rid of this
annoyance.
Here is a sample application that demonstrates what i'm
facing. Anyone have any ideas on how to get the labels to stick
around yet display the updated values?

Please select the right Operating system and download the graphic driver and then update the Bios from the link given below and check if the issue is resolved.

Also easy to find out if this is a Hardware issue once unit is powered on keep tapping F10 key and see if the display is the same if yes you might have to replace the screen.

Javascript alert problem - select state

I am trying to validate my form with javascript. I'm having
trouble with my state field. If the user selects a state javascript
alerts the following message: "SELECT ONE is not a valid choice.
Please choose your state." I want the alert message to pop up if
select one is selected as a state. How do I fix this problem?

Alert problem after iOS 7

After upgrading to iOS 7 I have been having random alert sounds on my phone. When I check my phone after the alert I have nothing new. Also the sound that I here is not one that I have picked for alerts, email or text. I can't understand where this sound is coming from.
Any ideals?

I have the exact same problem. Since the upgrade around the same time each day an alert would go off that I'm not familiar with and nothing shown on screen. It sounds like a crackle and vibrates at the same time. Anyway I changed my phone a few days ago as I damaged the screen and this new phone is doing the same thing and I can't figure out what it could be

XI Mail Alerts - problem

Hi all!
I created XI Alerts, which send e-mail when error occurs. Everything working fine but i have one problem.
I created scenario - ERP to File. For my tests I change target directory (to not existing on server) in File Receiver communication channel configuration. I get error email from XI server, and this is OK. But I get this e-mail every 5 minuts over and over until I fix up communication channel. When I fix channel up, everything is OK (mail is not send). I want to get only one e-mail message when error occurs.
Plesae tell me where I can configure that. Thanks

That can be achieved by configuring different "Alert Configuration".
But am not sure whether if "Alert Configuration 1" is given "Supress" Checked on"
Wonot allow other "Alert Configuration 2 & 3".
What u get if u create seperate "Alert Config" and check that option.
i suspect u will not get other messages whether if that is from different Message id. Unless u r first message is read.
This functionlity of RWB seems to be set back.
Any views

Initially Wwhen I do not check -- Suppress Multiple Alerts of This Rule every time I was getting alert.
But as I want one alert I check that box I am not getting any alert.

Weird chart shifting problem?

I'm having a problem that's easy to reproduce. Create a pie chart on a blank slide (the default data will work fine). In the inspector move the Labels so they are outside of the pie chart -- around the perimeter. Now set the chart so the build is by slice from first to last (any build in effect will do -- appear is fastest).
Play through the builds.
You'll notice that when it gets to the pie slices on the left side the entire pie shifts positions. How dramatic this is depends somewhat on the build in effect (try it with the scale effect) and the exact position of the data labels, but it should be easy to notice and reproduce.
How can I get it to stop doing this? I've been working with a set of data for a presentation that happens once per year for a number of years now. Older versions of Keynote did not do this. The problem started at, I think, Keynote '08, and has continued in Keynote '09.
One workaround is to move the data points back into the slices, but for the data I am presenting several of the slices are too small for this to be practical. So I need a real solution.

Chart axis problem

I am writing data to a simple x-y chart where x values are cycle numbers (1,2,3,4....etc)
and y values are times in seconds. The total number of cycles sent to the
chart can be 100,000+, but I only need the last one hundred. I have therefore
set the history length attribute to 100 so I effectively display a window
of the last 100 cycles. Now, my problem is that I would like the y-axis (time)
to have a range of 0 to the current maximum displayed. I have auto-scaling
set, so the range is just the min and max of what is being displayed. How
can I fix the lower value of the y-axis range to zero whilst having the upper
value auto-scale? I'm using LabVIEW 5.1 on Windows 98.

Hi, how many values do want to present with the chart component in pie format? It has to be more than 1 value to get a proper presentation. One value = 100% and the pie will be filled.

Waveform chart update problem

Hi!
I have a problem with the waveform chart not updating the data incoming to it.
How can i refresh it so it updates it every time it enters the loop?
The data ingoing to the array and out of the array is checked to be correct and valid.
Why doesnt it refresh it?

I worked out the trick with the extra table in reverse, all I did though was Copy Paste, then sort the Date column going the other way. I'll have that table on another "page" which the customer wont see once I print the PDF of the original table and charts.

No, but if you're doing it on a one-time basis for each chart, it does work. The only advantage to using the formulas is that the conversion and the chart update is done automatically. You do need to ensure that the two tables continue to have the same number of rows, though.
