  • How to set fire action event for particular rows in a table

    HI All,
I have a requirement in which I want to set fire action event for particular rows in a table based on some condition.
The table has columns like fullname, employee id etc.
So i want to set fire action event for particulars rows only which will saisfy some condition.

    Atanu,
Your approach(setting fire action for few rows) seems not possible. Better to go ahead with workaround.
Do you want this functionality in processRequest(while page loading) or processFromRequest(on some event) method ? Give more explanation regd. your requirement ?
In either case loop through the rows and when your condition is met write the action to be performed in controller.

  • How to diasble selection for particular rows in a Table?

im currently working on a multiple select table.. i need to disable the checkbox for some particular rows. How can i get runtime control over that cell??

To disable one or more rows of single or multiple selection in your table, add the following code to your controller processRequest method:
    OATableBean tableBean = ...;
    tableBean.setSelectionDisabledBindingAttr("Disabled");
In the example above, "Disabled" represents the Boolean view attribute that returns 1/"Y" if one or more rows is (are) to be disabled, otherwise it returns 0/"N". The view attribute "Disabled" must belong to the same view object as the one associated with the table items.
If its an advanced table, use the same method on OAAdvancedTableBean instead.

  • How to create validation only for created rows in tabular form

    Hi all,
I have a simple question. Is it possible to create a validation for tabular form which will be fired only for created?
There is a possibility in APEX 4.1 to choose two types of "*Execution scope*" first is "*For created and Modified Rows*" and second is "*All Submitted Rows*".
    Thanks in advance!
    Regards,
    Jiri

    Hello Jiri,
    >> Is it possible to create a validation for tabular form which will be fired only for created?
You can still use the scope of For created and Modified Rows and use a PL/SQL Expression condition of:
:APEX$ROW_STATUS = 'C'You also need to change Execute Condition to For Each Row .
    Hope it helps,
    Arie.

  • Use ItemRenderer for particular rows in ADG

I noticed that the itemRenderer is applied column-wise. I was wondering if it is possible to use ItemRenderer only for a few rows in the ADG. I want the itemRenderer to be applied to parent nodes and all their children. But if a row doesn't have children, I don't want it to be renderer by an ItemRenderer. Any idea of how to achieve that? Thanks.

Yes.  You'll need to use the ADG's rendererProviders property.  It's an array of AdvancedDataGridRendererProviders (http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/langref/mx/controls/advancedDataGridClasses/AdvancedDataG ridRendererProvider.html).  The documentation is pretty good, but basically you set a bunch of properties on each ADGRP, and the grid figures out from those properties what renderers to use on the fly.  Its exactly what you need for different renderers at different levels in a hierarchy.

  • Enable hide/show only for selected rows for table in table

I have an advanced table with a detail table connected by a view link. This adds a "Details" column of Hide/Show links on the left of the table to expand the inner-table for each row of the outer-table. The goal is to have the hide/show in the outer table, only when there is data for the outer row in the detail region.
Normally, hide/show appears for all rows in the outer table.
    Thanks!

In the processRequest method of the controller execute the query of the Outer table region and check is there any row or not.
If yes then do nothing else hide the bean i.e. hide/show bean. You need to do PPR for this.
    Thanks

  • SRM 7.0 POWL Removal of TABS   - Only for Particular Roles

    Hi All,
We are upgrading onto SRM 7.0 and one of the business requirements is to remove tabs "Team Carts" and "Confirmation of Team Carts" from POWL.
However the requirement is to exclude it only for one particular role. How can we achieve this?
I know that this we can restrict this through the following config:
Path: SPRO --> Cross-Application Componetns --> General Application Functions --> Generic SAP Business Suite Functions --> Personal Object Worklist --> Define Query Visibility at User Level or Define Query Visibility at Role Level
Define Query Visibility at Role Level:
    Application ID: SAPSRMGP_E_CHECKSTATUS
    Role : /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE
    Query ID: SAPSRM_E_CHECKSTATUS_01
    Category: SC
However I would not be able to use the above config to exclude the two tabs for only one role.
Is there any other way to achieve this?
    Regards,
    Srinu

    Hi Srinivas,
I think you can do this by config.
Path: SPRO > SAP supplier Relationship management> SRM server--> POWL and Advanced Search --> Adjust POWL Layout, Search Criteria, and Pushbuttons
in which you can define, configure your feeder and it's catalog, actions and other criteria , then make this feeder type available to application/role..
    Hope this helps..

  • Inspection lot should be created only for particular vendor

    Hi
Can anyone please help in achieving the below scenario:
*Material  has been assigned to the inspection type A (one time inspection) has been set as preffered and active  in the inspection set up in the material master.
*Quality level has been created for material and vendor  such that inspection should be carried out when next stage is 1 and no inspection should carried out when next stage is 2.
*Tasklist   has been assigned with material and vendor .
Material can be supplied by different vendors,For this material,  inspection should be done only for one vendor  and for other vendors there should  not be any inspection to be done and no inspection lot should be created.i.e Inspection lot should be created only for one vendor say AA whereas now inspection lot is getting created when  goods receipt is done for the purchase order  with other vendor BB.
My requirement is  the inspection lot should not be created when goods receipt is done with other vendors say BB  except AA.
Is there any other way other than using quality info record to achieve this.
I can try with DMR  but the thing is there should not be inspection lot created  while posting GR.
can anyone suggest me any other way to achieve this requirement.

There are user exits when you create an inspection lot.  One of those could be used to suppress the inspection lot.  Have you looked at these?  Have you researched any QM user exits yourself yet?  This isn't the first time this specific question has been asked over the years.
It's not hard and there are lists of QM user exits available all over the internet.
    Please do some research.
You can also assign vendors to inspection plans with a DMR that requires one inspection, and than after that creates all skip lot inspections which you automatically close by a batch job.  The first lot can be manually forced closed.  Thereaftter all receipts would be skipped.  Not 100% but pretty darn close.  This requires that you know which vendors to assign to which plan.  Probably as much data maintenance as maintaing the Q-info records.
And yes.. your client needs to come up with better reasons than "I don't wanna..".  It's part of a consultants job to convince them.

  • How to display total in alv only for single row

    Hello,
I wish to replace VAT field in my ALV OUTPUT from another ITAB using READ TABLE. But in ALV output I have multiple rows for one document number.
So the value is assigning to all the rows in output, is it possible to assign that VAT value to only one row ( to any one record from output with corresponding document number) .
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Ritesh Inamdar

    Hi Sudeesh,
I am fetching data for PO details, GR details along with condition types of PO.
All data is collected in ALV OUTPUT itab, after this I am trying to assign the values of VAT from another itab in ALV OUTPUT LOOP using READ TABLE with reference to PO-PO_ITEM-CONDITION_TYPE.
Now, when the alv loop is getting executed and in that I am fetching data for VAT using READ statement, the program is assigning VAT to all records of output alv with comparison of PO-PO_ITEM-CONDITION_TYPE.
    see:
    LOOP AT it_alv ASSIGNING <fs-alv>.
         READ TABLE it_vat ASSIGNING <fs-vat>
              WITH KEY ebeln = <fs-alv>-ebeln
                               posnr = <fs-alv>-posnr
                                kschl = 'JVCS'.
         IF sy-subrc = 0.
              <fs-alv>-vat = <fs-vat>-kbetr / 10.
      <fs-alv>-vat_val = <<fs-alv>-vat * it_alv-menge.
         END IF.
    END LOOP.
    Please refer above.

  • Transport request for table changes is asked only for first row changed

    Hello,
We have created a maintenance dialog connected to a custom table.
In the Table Maintenance Diagog, the <i>Dialog Data Transport Details</i> is set to <i>Standard Recording Routine</i>.
In the "Maintenance Objects" screen, the transport is set to "Automatic transport".
    Two questions:
    1. Now can I only change the table's entry through SM30? I do not see the "pencil" icon in SM11 or SM16 anymore. Is there a way to change the table's rows in both ways?
    2. When I change a row in my table through SM30, the system only asks for the CR number the FIRST time that I savea changed row. When I change other rows and save them, it does not ask for any CR that I want to use for transport. Does it mean that the system automatically knows where to put the transported rows? or that the configuration is wrong and the other changed rows will not be taken into consideration? What if I want to change the CR for only some of the changed rows?
Thank you very much every expert here

    HI,
The table should be Customizeed table, i mean in the Attributes of the tabl eput it as C,
    1) We can change/Insert the records from SM30, we can not ahve the pencil icon in SE11 or SM16
    2) If you put the table type C, then for every entry it should ask the CR, if not then it is moving to the same request automatically

    Hi,
Your query has mistakes as well. I corrected them.
Check this two different ways were in first you can define the period (month) you want and in second you have the option to select from the drop drown list :
    SELECT T0.DocNum, T0.DocDate, T0.CardName,T0.DocTotal,T1.whsCode
    FROM OINV T0 INNER JOIN INV1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry
    WHERE t0.docdate >= '2011.01.01' and t0.docdate <='2011.01.31'
    OR
    SELECT T0.DocNum,T0.DocDate,T0.CardName,T0.DocTotal,T1.whsCode
    FROM OINV T0 INNER JOIN INV1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry
    WHERE t0.docdate >= [%1] and t0.docdate <= [%2]

  • How to Caculate Substraction of only for result rows in BEx

    Hi,
I have a issue  in BEx Report.
    The scenario is like this.
Invoice Amount             Invoice Paid Amount       Pending Payment Amount
    17.90 INR                             3,472.00 INR                      -3,454.10 INR
    524.50 INR             3,472.00 INR                      -2,947.50 INR
    1,017.40 INR             3,472.00 INR                      -2,454.60 INR
    1,790.60 INR             3,472.00 INR                      -1,681.40 INR
    35.80 INR                             3,472.00 INR                      -3,436.20 INR
    57.20 INR                             3,472.00 INR                      -3,414.80 INR
    28.60 INR                             3,472.00 INR                      -3,443.40 INR
    3,472.00 INR             3,472.00 INR                      -20,832.00 INR
I am substracting (Invoice amount-Invoice Paid Amount) in a formula.
All the records are comming fine, but when it comes to result rows
it gives Sum(Invoice Amount) - Sum(Invoice Paid Amount) which is giving a value -20832.00.
As per my requirement it should 3472.00-3472.00=0.00.
I have Checked with SUMGT,SUMRT,SUMCT function, it is not comming.
    Even checked with Exception Aggregation.
How to solve this issue, in other way.
    Regards,
    Subh

    Hi,
I suggest one of these 2 solutions :
1-Instead of using a sum formula in the end of rows, simply put the line caracteristic result property to always appear : caracterisic menu -> representation -> lines result -> always show.
In this way, u dont have to use a formula and the sum will be done natively.
your result will be like this :
Invoice Amount Invoice Paid Amount Pending Payment Amount
    material     17.90 INR 3,472.00 INR -3,454.10 INR
         524.50 INR 3,472.00 INR -2,947.50 INR
         1,017.40 INR 3,472.00 INR -2,454.60 INR
         1,790.60 INR 3,472.00 INR -1,681.40 INR
         35.80 INR 3,472.00 INR -3,436.20 INR
         57.20 INR 3,472.00 INR -3,414.80 INR
         28.60 INR 3,472.00 INR -3,443.40 INR
    Result     3,472.00 INR 3,472.00 INR -20,832.00 INR
2- Try to use the NODIM function before the sum formula : nodim(sum()) - nodim(sum())
    Hope this helps
    regards

  • How to set a MessageTextInput to be Read Only for a specific row?

    Hi,
In Benefits Self Service, particularly the Update Beneficiaries page, it lists all your eligible Beneficiaries including yourself. The table has the following columns displayed for each beneficiary: Beneficiary, Relationship, Social Security Number, Primary %, Contingent %, Clear. This is the page where you allocate the Primary % and the Contingent %. The Primary % and Contingent % are MessageText Input.
We have a requirement that we wouldn't want an employee to designate himself/herself as a beneficiary. However, the employee is being listed as a beneficiary along with all the other eligible beneficiaries. Oracle says it is an intended functionality to include the employee in the beneficiary. Is there a way thru Controller Object extension to set the Primary % and Contingent % as Read Only but only for the row corresponding to the employee to prevent the employee from accidentally allocating himself/herself as a beneficiary.
I know there is the SPEL functionality but this requires me to add a transient attribute to the View Object corresponding to that table. But everytime I make a change to the View Object either by adding a transient attribute or some other changes, I end up getting an error on the standard Relation attribute of that view object. The error is something like "Relation set attribute failed for View Object". I cannot get pass this error and I'm not sure what's causing this. I see other people in this forum have encountered the same problem when extending view objects but no specific solution was offered nor any clear explanation of the cause.
So I thought if there's any way this could be done thru Controller Object extension. If so, please let me know how. The challenge for me I think is finding the bean corresponding to those Message Text Input but only for a specific row in the table.
    Thanks,
    Ronaldo

    Hi,
I also tried extending the View Object but without changing anything to the SQL so it is exactly the same as the standard view object but I still get the "Attribute set for Relation in view object BeneficiaryPeopleVO1 failed". Based from this, extending the view object whether any change has been made or not affects the standard transient Relation attribute.
Here is the standard XML definition of the View Object if anyone is curious
