CIF-Stop Sales orders going over to SCM

We are only doing the Demand Planning in SCM. There is a master data integration model in R/3 and this job runs overnight. We only CIF over material masters via RIMODGEN. Stock and Sales orders are not set for transfer to APO.
However when I check SMQ2 in SCM system, I am finding that during the day there are inbound errors (into SCM) and these are due to Sales order postings in R/3 ( they are posted successfully in R/3) . Yet the error on the SCM side says the Account assignment object for that particular Sales order does not exist.
It happens randomly and not on all orders of that order type
How do I stop the sales orders from being CIf-ed over to SCM?

At this time I have deleted the logs. Note 418748 talks about the Planned Indpendent requirements not existing. In my situation ther are PIR's for that part. My observation has been that the failures are a specific mvmt type. But not all GI's with that mvmt type are causing the Inbound error into SCM. The master data for the part assicated with that failure has all the necessary fileds populated.

  • Error while transferring SALES ORDER from ECC to SCM

    Hi Experts,
I am working with SCM4.0 and ECC 5, while i transferring the sales order from ECC5 to SCM ,it encounters with the following errore message.
<b>Sales order M-10 1000: Integration model does not contain material master
    Message no. XC100
    Diagnosis
To ensure a consistent dataset in SAP APO, the material master data for filter object Sales order M-10 1000 also has to be known in SAP APO. In the current case no entry was found for the combination   in the models that were checked.
    System response
Object Sales order M-10 1000 cannot be transferred correctly.</b>
Any kind of suggestions would be appreciated well.
    Thanks in advance..
    Regards,
    A.Fahrudeen

    Hi Fahrudeen ,
I hope the master Data like Material and Location and Customer are not CIFed to APO prior to Sales order or else while ciffing the sales order you have not selected the sales order radio button and same time only enter the Material ,location and customer wothout the tick on filter objects for Mat/Loc and Cust.
    Hope this helps..

  • Error while CIF'fing Sales order to APO

While I tried to CIF a Sales order from R3 to APO, there is ablicked Q in SMQ1 which reads
"Too many parameters specified with perform" in the FM /SAPAPO/CIF_SL_DOC_INBOUND.
Any ideas on what mightbe causing this issue and how to resolve this issue ?
    Thanks

    Hi
In SMQ1 I had executed blocked Q (F6) and system shows an information at the bottom left hadn corner as "Function module does not exist or EXCEPTION raised"
Even deleting Q and Reciffing SO didnt work..Application log in CFG1 doesn't show any exceptions. As the Q is blocked, I didn't see any meesages in APO log.
R3 SMQ1 log is displayed as below.

  • Sales Order Confirmation when sales order goes for Credit Block

want Sales Order to be Confirmed , i e Schedule line Confirmation , when sales order goes for Credit Block
    How i can Achieve this?
Even when set for Sales Document typpe credit check as 'D' and credit group as ;03; ie at Goods Issue still order is not getting confirmed.

I am not sure, why you want schedule line to be confirmed for credit blocked sales orders. Re-confirm with the client.
There are controls when defining delivery blocks.
Goto IMG - Log.Execution-Shipping - Deliveries- Define delivery blocks( check menu path in system, may not be same as shown here).
Select 01- credit block " untick" from "Confirmation" Column.
Now test with & see how ti works.

  • How to stop sales orders from contracts from qualifying for Rebates.

We have set up rebate agreements for customers and they are working as expected.
Now our sales people want to start using contracts for some special deals for certain customers and products. But they DO NOT want these sales orders from these contracts to qualify for rebates.
Does anybody know how we can set this up or if it is at all possible?

    Hi Zoya,
I got one more idea and so try it out.If it sounds foolish please ignore.Instead of going for userexits its better you go for a different sales order type whenever you refer to a contract. And make sure you assign a different pricing procedure which does not contain the condition type BO03 at all.Ofcourse this new sales document should have a different document pricing procedure.

  • CIF Transfer: Sales Order (SD) key completion of Sales order Delivery stat

    G'day Team,
Client is using SCM7.0 & ECC6... Using Standard SD functionality we have Sales orders (ATP Categ: BM) CIF transferred from ECC to APO.  When the Sales order status is changed to Delivery (VL10g / VL01N) the Sales order disappears from MD04 and the Delivery status is viewed.
The Delivery is CIF transferred to APO via the CIF (ATP: BR) and the delivery is found in APO Product View (/n/SAPAPO/RRP3).
Further info is that we have a Ztable to control the SDorders coming in for specific Sales Orgs (so there is no volume of hist sales)...
Is it standard APO behaviour for the Sales order to remain in APO with "0" qty in the Sales order & the subsequent delivery has a qty i.e: "100"..  The key information is that ONLY the delivery is found in Interactive Demand Planning (/n/SAPAPO/SDP94).
Has any other SDN colleague had a similar issue.  Have not yet created an OSS as wanted to understand standard APO RRP3 behaviour.
    Please advise as soonest,
    Andy Goz
    SAPAPO Consultant

    G'day Srinivas,
Thanks for your prompt info.  I have worked in CIF for 10+ years & familiar witht he deletion tools CCR & the /sapapo/SDorder_del.
Further to last point of unprocessed queues; the ques are full process & nothing in error.
Can you pease advise why the root cause of Delivery PGI (VL03N) is removed from ECC6 and not APO.  Standard behaviour would remove from RRP3 / SDP94.
Client usess batch splits for the deliveries direct off line & these loc / prods are consistantly in the CCR error list "Not In R/3".
Your prompt feedback is appreciated, binus awrded & client go-live is 2 weeks,
    Many thanks,
    Andy Goz

  • Reg: VA01 sales order going to dump

    Dear all,
In our develpment server(ecc 6.0),while creating sales order in VA01 for a sales area, when ever entering material number(variant configuration material)  and quantity and press enter, it is giving runtime error as i shown below.
The following syntax error occurred in program
    "CL_LORD_OBJECT================CP " in include
    "CL_LORD_OBJECT================CM005 " in
    line 40:
    ""OBJECT-" expected, not "IF_OBJECT_""
    method class_constructor.
Register to event CHANGED of all LORD object instances
set handler on_lord_object_changed for all instances activation 'X'.---->VA01 is going dump from here
Register to event AUART_CHANGED of all LORD header instances
set handler on_lord_auart_changed for all instances activation 'X'.
    endmethod.
can any one guide me in this issue

    Check
Note 1304648 - SAP ERP Enhan.Pk.5 SP Stack 01(07/2010) - Release Info. Note
There is one internal note (0001460737) mentioned there which talks about syntax error in CL_LORD_OBJECT class. This is enhancement package 5 for ECC 6
The note 1304648  is talking about applying enhancement package 5, so it is not just syntax issue that it will resolved. You need to get your BASIS team involved as this issue it seems can be resolved by applying EhP5

  • How to CIF Z Sales Order Type?

    Dear Experts,
I am facing a huge problem.
All my Z order types are not being CIFed to APO.
    Is there any extra configuration?
Do I need to code any BADI, Exit?
    Thanks a lot in advance,
    Thiago

I accidentaly removed Thiago's last reply.
    Here it is:
    Mr. Sai
    One more question...
I have a custom delivery type that is generated by a custom sales order type.
Nor the custom sales order type neither the custom delivery type has individual requirements.
Anyway, I need to send the Custom Delivery to APO once I want to plan a shipment to it in TP/VS.
Debugging EXIT_SAPLCSLS_002 I can see the CT_DOC and CT_REQ (CT_DOCX and CT_REQX) filled with all my Sales Orders and Deliveries that have individual requirements.
Looking in the other structures available in this User-Exit we can find:
    CT_DOC_CUS = Customer Enhancement Structure for CIF_SL_DOC
    CT_REQ_CUS = Customer Enhancement Structure for CIF_SL_REQ
It is not clear enough what it would be the purpose of these structures.
My goal is to send that Custom Delivery Type to APO.
How should I implement this User-Exit?
What does need to be filled?
Should I have to fill CT_REQ?
Should I have to fill CT_REQ_CUS?
Should I have to fill CT_REQX?
Do you have any example of code?
    Thanks!!

  • Custom filed not appearing in APO while ECC-APO CIF for Sales Order

    Hi,
I require a custom field to be passed to APO while CIF.
For this i created a custom field ZZKDGRP in CIFSLDCCUS in ECC and CI_SLDCCUS in APO.
While CIF in ECC ,the field is passing to the structure CI_SLDCCUS in APO.
but it is not appearing in product view /SAPAPO/RRP3.
The characteristic column (Pyramid) is blank.
    Please help..suggest alternative..
    Useful answers will be rewarded.

  • CIF: how to "push" a Sales Order item from ERP to SCM via FunctionModule ?

    Hello experts,
we are implementing a process in ERP (ECC6.0) where we change a sales order item (VBAP- VPZUO) in order to stop SNP (LiveCache) performing the "fcst consumption" for this specific sales order since it is a spezial promotion / trade fair order which does not justify to change the fcst consumption for the entire product.
We are searching for a function module or any ABAP "handle" of telling the CIF in ERP to "push" a specific sales order item thru to SCM again. We started with an artificial batch input in VA02 / VA32 and changed a non-used text field field in the sales order position and the document save was doing it. I wonder if someone run over same topic and found a better way to get this done with a specific function module or setting a specific trigger in some other ways.
I was not sure if this is the correct forum - in case someone knows a better match on SDN I'm happy to move it over to the right place.
    Regards
    Thomas

    Hello Thomas,
You can't really push a Sales Order seperately, and not advisable also as you should not tamper with CIF interface. I can give you another approach.
You have to identify during CIF that the Sales Order is a special Sales Order. Better have a separate Sales order type for such special Sales Orders. That being the case, I think you can handle your issue by changing the ATP category of the Sales Order during CIF. The standard Order category is BM. You could create a custom category in APO, and during the transfer, you could change the Sales order category to this custom category. APOCF010  EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLCIF_SLS_001 exit (Inbound Sales Order in APO) should be helpful for this. You would need to change the ATP category field in IT_SL_REQ table.
You could then display this "additional" Sales Order in a separate KF in SNP (if you need it) by assigning it a custom category group in SNP planning area which would have only this custom category. For normal SNP planning, normal SNP sales order of category BM would be relevant.
Please be aware that when you try out things like this, you might need to tweak a lot of SAP standard behaviour at many other places. Things like CCR also need to be tweaked, and also whatever further planning you have to do for this particular Sales Order might also need to be tweaked.
    Thanks - Pawan

  • Creating Sales Orders in SCM with Characteristics

    Hi,
I am trying to create sales orders with characteristics in SCM using function module BAPI_SLSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2.  However, no matter which  tables I populate for the function module I cannot create a sales order with associated characteristics.  I have used the above function module to create and change sales orders, but not with characteristics.  Does anyone know how to do this ? Or even, if it is possible to do this ?
    Thanks,
    Stephen.

    Hi Ajay,
The tcode to create orders in crm is CRMD_ORDER. The standard sales order is TA.
The customizations required to be done to make your own transaction work are available in best practices
C64: CRM Quotation and Order Management and
    C23: CRM Basic Sales
    on http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE/BBLibrary/html/BBlibrary.htm
    These should help you
