Hi all,
I'm trying to transfer custom fields frm cj20n to asset under construction(AUC). how do i do this?. i tried using badi WBS_FIELDS_FOR_ASSET but this badi is only triggering for completed asset. Please help!.

To update Customer fields in a WBS element you can use LSMW recording mode for Tx: CJ02
Enter the WBS element definition on the initial screen and cheese 'enter'
in the WBS element overview, choose first line and select from menu: ' Details -> <Customer Fields> (This is an exit and you may see a different text over here) and you see the customer fields. fill the values in the fields and save.

You can use lsmw and do a recording to insert those new customer fields. LSMW can call bdc recording and you can enter the values there...

F4 help for the field enhanced in IT 21 - Urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have enhanced IT 21 with a new field called "Country of citizenship" in custom include CI_0021.
For this i have assigned LAND1 as the domain and the data element. The value table for this is
T005. but the problem is i am not able to get any value in the F4 help for this field in PA30 screen
for IT 21. Please help me in solving this issue. its very urgent.

To Physically Delete WBS in a Project- Urgent Help Needed

Hi,
In a process of physically Deleting WBS which contains other objects (network, activites) from a project , It requires us to cancel the Deletion Flag on the wbs .For this I am trying to use a Bapi BAPI_BUS2054_SET_STATUS,
but to unset DLFL for a project this Bapi takes a very long time for a project which has more wbs marked for deletion,
Can Someone suggest me other way to delete wbs permanently, the business logic we follow here is to delete only those wbs which are marked for deletion after certain period of time.
This is kind of urgent to me.. so any help is truly appreciated.

If your wbs is not used, you can delete with the transaction CJ20N.

CJ20N / User fields PS

Hi,
via customing (transaction OPS1) we created a new tab in the project builder (CJ20N) with some new (text) fields. This is working just fine. Another requirement is to add a F4 help to these fields. The F4 is displayed which is the standard way after defining these fields. But when pressing F4 a searchhelp / domain, or whatever should be displayed in which the user can select an entry. My question would be, is this possible an if so how to do this?
We're interested in field USR00 of table PRPS. For this field an F4-help must be defined and called.

CJ20n -transaction

Hi In my CJ20N transaction I have check boxes which perform as per my needs like when I want to check this box and run it asks for remote sump and when I dont check and run this it asks for surface loaction. Now the problem is that this is good when it is run in change more , but it behaves the same way in the display mode too . Idont want it to ask for remote sum or the surface loaction entries when its in display mode , as it dosent allow me to go further inside the transaction without getting out again and re-enetring . I beleve there should be some kind of change in my code part here .If someone is kind enough to tell em what do I need to add on to it so that It dosent ask me for the entries in display mode.
Pls assist.

Basically CMOD ZWBS currently has two screen exits - one for projecr definition (screen 600) and the other for WBS (screen 700).   In both of these screens a check is made to ensure that:
- when the MultiWell checkbox is blank then the corresponding screen's Remote Sump field must be populated.
- when the MultiWell checkbox = 'X' then the Surface Location field must be populated.Which is there in place.
What I want is to add a check to bypass these MultiWell-Remote Sump/Surface Location checks if the object project or WBS is opened in Display mode.
What should I do in teh above code which will bypass the check when it is in display mode.

How to make mandatory(usr01) field for level 1 wbs elements only from CJ20N

Dear All,
I have made mandatory for "PRPS-USR01" field from CJ20N transaction
by using field exit. But mandatory field (usr01) is working for all wbs elements. I want to make this usr01 field mandatory for LEVEL 1(prps-stufe), WBS ELEMENTS(prps-posid) only. Not for level 2 and level 3 wbs elements. Please let me know how to fix it.

You could envisage the use of validation rules in PS.
Transaction OPSI or SPRO
Create a validation with a message ID (Z)
Create a step
- prerequisite : PRPS-STUFE = '001'
- Check : PRPS-USR01 <> ' '
affect a message number

Logical command in ABAP.....Urgent

Hi,
i am pretty new using ABAP program so i neeed help urgently. i am trying to move a file on the application server from one directory to the other and i was using the open dataset function to do that. but the file i am trying to move is pretty big and because i am using internal table to store, it is causing problems with the space.
i have consulted the basis guys and they have managed to create a logical file for copying from one directory to the other on the application server. to help you furthter. i am enclosing the mail sent to me.
I have created a logical command which should copy the file from one location to the other but you need to pass it the source dir and file name and the destination dir and file name.
The logical command is ZCOPY and uses cmd /c copy
Copies one or more files to another location.
COPY [/V] [/N] [/Y | /-Y] [/Z] [/A | /B ] source [/A | /B]
     [+ source [/A | /B] [+ ...]] [destination [/A | /B]]
source       Specifies the file or files to be copied.
/A           Indicates an ASCII text file.
/B           Indicates a binary file.
destination Specifies the directory and/or filename for the new file(s).
/V           Verifies that new files are written correctly.
/N           Uses short filename, if available, when copying a file with a
               non-8dot3 name.
/Y           Suppresses prompting to confirm you want to overwrite an
               existing destination file.
/-Y          Causes prompting to confirm you want to overwrite an
               existing destination file.
/Z           Copies networked files in restartable mode.
The switch /Y may be preset in the COPYCMD environment variable.
This may be overridden with /-Y on the command line. Default is

Confirmation of balance - urgent

Hi,
We are using print program SAPF130K and SAPF130D for vendor and customer respectively.
My query is can we bring even the cleared items alongwith the open items in the same print program???
Now we have line items of open line items only?? As per our exploration into the program... we get only open items..
Also we are using SAP10 and SAP11 as the correspondence type.Kindly advise as to correspondence type should be changed so that it can print both the open and cleared items?
Please reply ASAP as it is very urgent.

FUNCTION IS NOT WORKING WHEN RUN IN SRW.RUN_REPORT, URGENT

I have a report. it has got 1 Query and 2 groups.

The Query looks like above. Now In the report I have a 3 User parameters . For Each record in G2 the functions Func4,Func5 and Func6 adds the value to the user parameters at the report level.
Now the Func1,Func2,Func3 takes the value of last 4 record for each item at each G1 Level and devides it by 4 and prints . As an example given below

This report takes an parameter which is part of the Where condition of the Query Q1. If I run this report from the report builder and provide the value for the parameter then the report runs fine printing the exact values. If I run the report from another report(which I have to do, due to circumstances) using SRW.Run_Report and pass the parameter in the same command. The the function FUNC4, FUNC5, FUNC6 does not do the addition, as a result the Func1,Func2,Func3 returns 0. I dont know why this is happenning .
This is very very URGENT, My project manager is on my head to finish it ASAP. Please help.

One reason that I sometimes get 'NoSuchMethodError' is when I make a change to a
java class that is imported into another java class. When I go to run the
importing class, it will throw a 'NoSuchMethodError' on any methods that I've
changed in the imported class. The solution is to recompile the importing class
with the changed classes in the classpath.

Error while opening a module. plz help me, very urgent.

when i try to open a module, the following error message appears on my screen.

          i've installed bea in c: drive and my servlet program is in d: drive.

Can you provide some more information? What were you doing when this happened?
