Claim from CRM??

Back in November we built a fence. Before doing any digging, we called 811 and they marked the lines.  One of our neighbors’ Verizon lines ran along our property line, so we played it safe and dug at least a foot away from the line.  We were pretty surprised when we found out we cut it, since we were so far away from the marking and the line was barely two inches deep.  Luckily for our neighbors, the Verizon people were able to fix it the next day.
Fast forward to January and I receive a call from CRM claims trying to get me to pay for the damages (>$200!!!).  I don’t believe I should be responsible for damages that were caused by poorly marked lines.  Has this happened to anybody else??

    I am giving you ore information on the above issue, the above query is running on an infoset, I realized, data is missing from infoset. Where as the data is present in DSO.
    The other thing I can see every other claim in BW, but I cannot see Option claim which are very less compared to other claims.
    The infoset has four DSOs and one characteristic as components.
    Please let me know if you get any idea?

  • "Drop wire" Damage claim from CRM

    :We received a bill from CMR, company hired by Verizon for managing its property claims, for $307 for the damage to the fiber optic cable from regular normal lawn maintenance. Claim # NJPR152343;date of damage/discovery 06/13/2015. Technician from Verizon promptly put a new cable on a ground, without even mentioning of any possible charge from Verizon, as the original cable was buried barely 2”deep under the ground. According NEC 830.47  underground broadband communication cable without safety conduit must be installed at least 18” deep  and with conductive tape above. Also, check FOA standards, instructions and manuals, like Drop_Const_manual_CO_107145 (p26). In numerous published on this board cases the same story reappeared every time with a complaint on a bill from Verizon for damaged cable that was buried only  2-3”deep. If it was a systematic violation, why we, customers should be responsible for Verizon's own mistakes from the past 'gold rush' era of expansion?  Years ago, not only the cable was buried with the code violation on our property, our main septic line was cut through: basement and first floor were flooded with the sewage ..Are there any improvements nowadays? New cable with conduit was installed, breaking through 4 underground irrigation lines… And yes -  this time we are expecting a refund for damage repair from subcontractor. And should I mention that in all 3 fiber optic cable underground installations on our property we were never notified ahead of time when the work will be done.

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases".     When I try to perform full upload data from CRM to BI system with data source 0BPARTNER_ATTR (active version: Excutable). I waited for a long time but there are not any records were transfered (total records need to upload are 130) . I checked the log and can't find any errors.

    on the next day, the process finished with status not success.
    The detail errors is:
    Extraction(messages): Missing messages
              Missing message: Request received
              Missing message: Number of sent records
              Missing message: Selection completed
    Transfer (IDocs and TRFC): Errors occurred
              Data package 1: arrived in BW; Processing: Selected number does not agree with transferred n
              Request IDoc: Application document posted
              Info IDoc 2: sent, not arrived; Data passed to port OK
              Info IDoc 1: sent, not arrived; Data passed to port OK
              Info IDoc 3: sent, not arrived; Data passed to port OK
              Info IDoc 4: sent, not arrived; Data passed to port OK
    However, the data has been uploaded to infoobject. Pls explain to me about this error and why the data can be uploaded with this error.

  • Help needed-Survey template data not flowing from CRM to Mobile & V V

    Hi experts,
    We have a requirement to create a custom survey template and pass it to mobile. The data flow should be to and fro. as in; from CRM to Mobile Application and vice versa.
    Currently we are facing an issue in this that the data if not being passed properly from the CRM TO Moblie.
    As i am new to the middleware concepts, i am not sure how to go about analysing if my data in the BDocs for the survey template if correct or not.Some data is present for the survey in the Bdoc(xml), but i am not sure if this xml value is correct or not as the Bdoc table entry (xml value)seems to have been truncated(i cannot view the entire xml there wen i try to open the BDoc fields in SMW01).
    any pointers to this is highly appreciated.

  • Meet a problem of data exchange for sale order from CRM to R3.

    Dear Friends:
          I do the data exchange for sale oder from to R3 today , the problem's detail is as follows:
          When i save a sale order in CRM (Version is 5.0) . it can automatically generate a bdoc which bdoc type is BUS_TRANS_MSG. but the bdoc status alway is "Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed)". and the original order in CRM can not be change .it quote that "Document is being distributed - changes are not possible",  so i check the order status analysis in detail .it presents two error messages ," Event 'BEFORE_CHANGE', attribute '     FINI': Error code for function module 'CRM_STATUS_BEFORE_COMPLETED_EC' , "Item is not yet completed in OLTP system".  so i check  the order in R/3 ,it has already been create and without any error messages.
       Would like to tell me how to solve it . thanks your any idear..

    When performing uploads to R/3 from CRM there is a response from the OTLP system that is sent back to the CRM Middleware to confirm that the data records were received and processed correctly. 
    Here is a checklist you can run through to verfiy that the connections, systems and objects that are needed are all in place:
    <b>On R/3 system:</b>
    - Check R/3 outbound queue (transaction SMQ1) for any entries that are not reaching CRM.
    - Check that all RFC destinations on R/3 are defined correctly and are pointing to CRM
    - Check the CRMCONSUM table in R/3 to ensure CRM is registered as a consumer
    - Check the CRMRFCPAR table in R/3 to ensure that order objects are valid for exchange between R/3 and CRM
    - Check for any short dumps in R/3 (ST22/ST21)
    <b>On CRM:</b>
    - Are there entries stuck in the inbound queue (SMQ2) with R3AU* names?
    - What does the CRM Middleware Trace show (SMWT)?  Sometimes this has more detail than the specific BDoc overview (SMW01)
    - Check for short dums in CRM (ST22)
    Let us know what else you uncover and we can work from there.

    I have configured ECC in such a way that , if cutomer does not have enough creditlimt, then those sales order will get blocked. Our orders will come from CRM, and some times some orders are not getting blocked with credit check even though the customer does not have credit limit. And at the same time some orders are blocked with credit check...what are all the things that should be checked to diagnose the problem.

    Please check if you have any custom code/user exit in ECC which uses transaction code (VA01 , VA02 or VA05 etc) prior to invoking credit checks. 
    Orders created via CRM will not have transaction code set (SY-TCODE).

  • Sales Orders Not Replicating from CRM 2007 to ECC 6.0

    I have been able to successfully replicate my Customers from ECC to CRM. When attempting to replicate a Sales Order from CRM into ECC, the BDoc shows as "Confirmed (fully processed)" in SMW01. When I look at the list of receivers, it shows my ECC system, with a state of "Processed". However, when I look at the Error Segments on the BDoc, I have two events:
    1. No Upload into R/3
    2. R/3 Adapter is Called
    Any thoughts on what I am missing?

    Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I have a publication of "All Business Transactions (MESG)" with a subscription of my ECC system. The BDocs never make it into the Outbound queue. I purposely stopped the outbound queue to see if it would show-up ... it never comes in.

    However, I missed to mention that we have two set of users  One is for Finished Goods and another for Spares.
    Only Spares users need to be prevented from creating Direct/Manual Sales Orders in Oracle.
    As you suggested, if this will be done at Form level, that may Disallow FG users also to create Manula Sales Orders which should not be the case.
    Further, I tried to test one scenario through Processing Constraints but it did not work.

    Do you synchronize CRM business partner with ECC business partner?
    Because in standard industry code & description are replicated between both objects... so I don't really understand what you try to do.
    Anyway, if you would like to save some information in a Z table each time a business partner gets replicated into ECC, you can register a function module in table COM_BUPA_CALL_FU on ECC to do the job.

    I ] Problem
    We are having problem while replicating the Business Partners from CRM to R3. When we create a Business Partner ( Type People) through transaction BP on the CRM server it creates an entry in table but000 on the CRM side but the same entry does not exist in kna1 table on R/3 server.
    When we check the BDOC through transaction smw01 on the CRM server there exist an entry with BDOC State Description " Send to receivers (not all have confirmed)" for BDOC Type BUPA_MAIN.
    II ] Configurations
    We have done following settings before creating Business Partners through CRM
    Settings on CRM Server
    1> RFC Destination "CARDONR3_DEV" for R3 server is defined in sm59 on the CRM side and is working OK.
    2> Through transaction BUCF we have defined a number range named C1 ( 0005000000 to 0005999999) with External flag deselected.
    3> Through SPRO we have defined a grouring C001 (CRM Customer) and assigned number range C1 to it.
    Settings on the R3 server
    1> RFC Destination "CMDCLNT110" for CRM server is defined in sm59 on the R3 side and is working OK.
    2> Through transaction OVZC we have defined cutomer number range named C1 ( 0005000000 to 0005999999) with External flag selected.
    3> Through transaction OVT0 we have created Cutomer Account Group named Z001 which is copy of 0001 (Sold to Party). Number range C1 is assigned to the account group Z001.
    4> Through transaction VOPA we have maintained the Partner function for customer master i.e Acct Grp Z001 is assigned to Function SP.
    5> In transaction PIDE under CRM -> R3 assignment we have selected account group Z001 to Classification type B (i.e Customer)
    III ] Procedure Followed
    1>  On the CRM server we execute the transaction "BP" .
    2>  We Click on Create Person button.
    3> Following Selections are made
         a) Create in role : Sold-To-Party
         b) Grouping : CRM Customer
         c) Field Title, First name and Last name are selected
         d) In the tab Classification we select R/3 Account Group as "0001". System does not allow us to select the R/3 Account group "Z001"
    4> On Saving the entry Business Partner is created in table but000 on the CRM side.
    5> The above entry is not replicated in table kna1 on R3 side as expected.
    IV ] Observation
    We are not able to select account group "Z001" in the BP creation screen. When we run the Intial Load (R3AS) on CRM server for object "DNL_CUST_ACGRPB" (i.e AccountingGrp Business Partner) (Replication from R3 to CRM)  it shows the status done in screen R3AM1 but the entry for account grouip Z001 which is created manually on R3 side during the configuration phase is not replicated on the CRM side.
    We have referred a note for the above error which said that the basis patch "SAP_BASIS" should be at level 56 but we are already on Patch Level 56.
    Please guide us.

    Hi Yatin,
    Glad to hear one of the problem has resolved.
    In order to simplify the analysis, I assume few things
    from your information :
    1. Connection between CRM and R/3 are correctly run
    2. Other necessary customizing Objects relate to BP
       have been downloaded properly to CRM.
    Few things you can check :
    1. Did you enter Correspondence Language & Language
       in CRM BP ? just make sure you did.
    2. Try to complete minimum data such as Search Term,
       Street/House, Postal Code / City and Country in CRM BP.
    3. Check the detail Error message in SMW01 (can you get
       more detail - normally you can click on SHOW BDOC Msg
       ERROR)
    You also can trace/debug LUW,:
    - use tcode SMQ1 to see the stopped queue for that error
      transfer
    - Click menu Go To -> QOUT Scheduler
      Click on R/3 destination and deactivate/deregister it
    - In SMQ1 select the error queue, double click on it.
       and after next screen double click again
    - Then Start DEBUG LUW
    - Insert debug breakpoint in statement Call Transaction
      and execute F8
    - When it stopped, Change the variable mode to A
      it will show you the missing/incomplete fields.
    You need to register/activate back the R/3 destination after you have finish debugging.

  • Error during Replication of Service Contracts from CRM to ECC

    I'm encountering a problem when replicating a Service Contract from CRM (I'm using SAP CRM 2007) to ECC.
    I insert a first Item which is not relevant for pricing (let say, product 123)
    I Insert a second Item relevant for pricing, with reference to the previous one (let say, product 456)
    I release the Items and I save the contract
    When I try to go in edit mode in the Contract, an error appears:
    An error has occured in the system DE1CLNT200 while copying the document
    Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020
    Diagnosis
    Errors have occured while transferring the document into another system. Remove the error messages from the enclosed log.
    Transmission log
    u2022     SALES_HEADER_IN has been processed successfully (Notification S V4 233)
    u2022     Material 0 does not exist in plant ZX01 / country CH (Notification E V1 391)
    u2022     Error in SALES_ITEM_IN 000101 (Notification E V4 248)
    u2022     Sales document  was not changed (Notification E V4 219)
    It seems that the program does not recognize the product (the error message says "Material 0", not "Material 456") ...
    Any idea?
