Clickonce Application Fails on Startup in Windows 8.1

Question

I have an application that we have used Clickonce to deploy and it works fine on Windows 7. When a user opens it in Windows 8.1 then it immediately says that the application has stopped working. The user then has to force the application to quit. The application
uses .NET 4.5. What could be wrong?

I am wondering if you could give me the answers of the questions below.
1.Did your ClickOnce deploy correctly in win8.1? Which one stopped working, the ClickOnce deployment program or the application?
2.What is your project and did the win 8.1 offer the necessary packages?
3.What is the type of your ClickOnce deployment, publishing in web site, ftp server, or file path
I think you could try the ClickOnce in other windows 8.1 pc to see if there was something wrong.I think you could try the methods in the link below:
