How about this as an alternative:
Use a functional global which has 3 cases:
1. open config file - it opens the config file and reads the contents into a string (which is the functional global data), and you only do this one time at the beginning of the program.
2. edit config data - it edits the string, which are really the contents of the file, but doesn't worry about writing to the file. you could even get fancy here, and allow an array of tags and an array of values as input, and it would go update/edit all the tags to have the corresponding values.
3. close config file - it writes the current string data (the functional global data) to the file and closes it.
Using the functions in the string palette, I think you'll find most of the code for that module/functional global will be easy to write.

How can i execute in the same block diagram two separate labview codes each one with diferent execution timings?

Hello guys. I have been trying to solve this by a long time now...but i cant solve it....
I have my main code in labview beying executed in one timed loop of 1second.....but now i need to pulse a lazer very fast than one second...
my ideia was like executing the lazer pulse code in paralel with the main code but with a mutch faster timed loop....but when i put the second timed loop outside of the main one....it hapens that the aplication keeps runing only the faster loop and the main loop doesnt run....
I really dont know how to solve this....

your code is really difficult to read. Please do some cleanup work, your diagram should be only little larger than an average computer screen. What I have glanced so far is that your code has a lot of beginner mistakes (overuse of local variables).
For multi-loop applications, you shoul have a look at the tutorials concerning Producer-Consumer design pattern. The quick and dirty approach is to use locals (a bit contradictonary to suggest using locals here after I stated an overuse of them). The drawback will be, that you lose the latch mechanism of the button and must code it on your own (and make a big set of mistakes, using locals always attracts race conditions). Most important is that you write to your button only once, after all loops have finished spinning.

G/L account item without tax code in document with deferred taxes

While releasing the billing document to accounting i get this error " G/L account item without tax code in document with deferred taxes". Not able to release it to accounts. What could be the possible reason??
Actually, this error is occuring only when i am using a Discount Condition (Z Condition).
Please guide what could be the problem in the Discount Condition?

whats this Z condition type. Is it a tax condition type. If yes , please check the tax code assigned to this in the condition type defintion (VK12) and in FTXP check if this code is assigned with Account key.
Also in the pricing procedure, if this condition is Active (not statistical) whats the account key assigned to it. Then check whats the GL Account assigned to this Account key (VKOA).
Then in FS03 , check this GL account number and under "Control Data" whats the Tax category maintained. You can have a * for the tax category here.

With holding tax decuction from T.Code F-02 with out sp. gl indicator

Hi All,
While making the payt to service vendor my client do not want to use the functionality of advance payt, which can be performed through T.code F-48. They wants to treat this advance payt as a normal payt to vendor but they want to deduct the with holding tax from this payt.
I have tries to use T.code F-02 with posting keys 25 Dr Vendor & 50 cr Bank. But when i am using this posting key for vendor (i.e.25) System gives me warning message saying with holding tax information is ignored & system do not deduct TDS from the payt made to vendor.
But when i am using PK 29 with sp gl indicator A for advances from T.Code F-02 system allows me to deduct the with holding tax against vendor paytment.
Please guide me how to duduct the with holding tax from vendor payt. without using sp. GL indicator for advances.

why ur clien not want advance paymeny through Special GL, what is the issue/purpose
see TDS deducted at the time of Advance payment and at the time of invoice
when u use F-02 for TDS deduct of vendor without using special GL and u useing 25 vendor and 50 bank
in this case tds not deducted here vendoir is debit but withouse advance indicator
becuase u given vendor advance , but in this case entry not showing advance or
in SAP Standard system TDS deducted of advance payment when u using 29 posting key for vendor this is stsndard key of advance vendor
so convience ur clien u use Advance payment method with Special GL, if they not agree then ask what is the purpose u not using Speacial GL through Advance paument
if any query, revert back

Source OS : OE Linux 5X
Target : REHL
DB : 11.2.0.3
In my previous cloning the R12 login URL was not getting redirected to https from http. This backup was given by client last week and I completed the cloning and post cloning procedures without any error, but unable to login as the page is redirecting to https:/hostname:port/OA_HTML/AppsLogin.
I have done the following so far, but the issue is not getting resolved.
1) Generated JAR files using ADADMIN (Force)
2) Compiled JSP
3) Ran autoconfig multiple times without any error in both db and application tiers.
4) DB alert log did not have any error.
5) Executed relink all from APPL_TOP
6) Able to launch http://XXXXXXXXX:XXXX/forms/frmservlet?
Kindly help me out on this

Hi,
There is no table which shows direct relation between company code and plant, you will have to arrive at the assignment of the plants to the company code.
But you can either write a query/ report to show this relation and a report with this relation and quanity will have performance issues if you are checking for huge data.
You can refer to the query and check the quantity in the standard reports.

Running the same code multiple times with different paramters automatically

I want to run the same code multiple times with different paramters automatically. Actually, I am doing some sample scans which takes around 2 hours n then I have to be there to change the paramters and run it again. Mostly I do use folowing paramters only
X_Intial, X_Final, X-StepSize
Y_Intial, Y_Final, Y-StepSize

All you have to di is put all of the parameters for each run into a cluster array. Surround your main program with a for loop and wire the cluster array through the for loop. A for loop will autoindex an input array so inside the for loop you just have to unbundle the cluster to get the parameters for each run.

IIRC essbase is a financial reporting add-in (Hyperion, or something similar?).
This message is telling you that the add-in is not compatible with your current software. You should check with the vendor who provided the essbase add-in. Tell them what version of windows and Excel (and maybe Hyperion) you are using, and get a compatible
version from them...
If you do not need or run essbase/hyperion/etc then you should just remove/disable the add-in. If it doesn't show in your add-in menu, then you may have to do a repair installation or re-install Excel

"UnexpectedHTTP Response - Status Code:200" error with Yahoo mail.

I am getting constant error "UnexpectedHTTP Response - Status Code:200" error with Yahoo mail. Is it some known error?
I have a snapshot of issue but there is now way I could attach that with this query. This happens more often after I login into yahoo and try to delete my mails or delete my spam mails or go to inbox etc...
