CMS JSP and OC4J

Question

does anyone know... is it possible to deploy a custom JSP to an OC4J instance and have it connect to the iFS service? (in other words, not in the jsp-bin folder in iFS itself.)
what i want is to have a custom JSP that logs into iFS and displays a list of files in a given folder. it works fine as a Swing application in JDeveloper. however, when i try to deploy this in any J2EE web container (Tomcat, OC4J), i get the following:
Exception while trying to connect to IFS: oracle.ifs.common.IfsException: IFS-20102: Unable to start service (IfsDefault) oracle.ifs.common.IfsException: IFS-20010: Unable to get service configuration properties (IfsDefault)
i've tried putting the IfsDefault.properties file everywhere i can think of, classes and lib directories in the WAR, in the classes and lib directories for the server, nothing seems to work.
has anyone tried this and made it work? how can i get the JSP/web container to find a simple properties file?

Hi Rich,
I got the following code from metalink. I am not sure how you were able to get around the code.. I am trying to use iFS with TOMCAT. I am getting compilating error. We are using 9iFS
" AttributeValue attr[] = LibraryService.getServiceConfigurationProperties(dbConnectString, schemaUsername,schemaPassword,serviceConfiguration);"
Also I have created the "ServiceConfiguration", I gave IFS.SERVICE.JDBC.DatabaseURL as jdbc.oracle.thin:@dbname, I hope this will not be a problem.
