Color box to show images on a report

Hello guys,
I am trying to use Color Box http://www.jacklmoore.com/colorbox to show the images on a report.
But the problem is when I click on an image the colorbox shows up but it displays symbols :
OYYф4NiƒJSE2SM-!4TԎ43ԑm͋,z kx5)٨Jl43ש{IOt)@>Here you can see the report source:
select id as "ID",
CASE WHEN NVL(dbms_lob.getlength(CONTENT),0) = 0
            THEN NULL
            ELSE
  '<a   class="gallery" onClick="javascript:color();"
href="'||apex_util.get_blob_file_src('P105_IMAGE',id)||'">
<img   style="border: 4px solid #CCC; -moz-border-radius: 4px;
-webkit-border-radius: 4px;" height="60" width="75"  alt="Property Image" title="Photos"
src="'||apex_util.get_blob_file_src('P105_IMAGE',id)||'" /> </a>' END as "PHOTO"
      from photos This is the function on the head of the page:
  <script>
            function color() {
                $('a.gallery').colorbox({ opacity:0.5 , rel:'group1'}) };
           </script>How can I get it worked ???

Hi Fateh
Looks like the same issue we had in your previous Fancy Box, with a jQuery plugin being unable to automatically determine the type of content coming from an APEX BLOB source.
Try setting the content type explicitly using the <tt>photo</tt> setting:
<script>
  function color() {
    $('a.gallery').colorbox({ opacity:0.5, rel:'group1', photo:true });
</script>

  • Show image in crystal report 2008

    Hi All,
    I have a UDF - image type in Sales order Line item which stores image.
    Currently I want to display sales order line item data in CR2008 using a query.
    All data is coming but image field is showing image name in place of showing image.
    How can I show image.
    Kindly suggest.
    Deep Kulshrestha

    Hi Deep,
    An image type UDF only stores the image name in the database. When you add an image, the SBO client takes a copy of the image file and puts it in the Pictures folder (as defined in General Settings). Therefore, to use dynamic images in Crystal you will need to do the following:
    1) Create a formula in Crystal that combines the image name from the UDF field and the path to the Pictures folder to create the full path to the image (note: your Pictures folder must use a UNC or mapped drive path rather than a local path). It's easiest just to hardcode the path to the Pictures folder in the report but you'll have to bear in mind that this setting is company database specific. If you want to be able to run the report for multiple SBO databases then you may need to use a formula to change the path (you could add the OADM table to the report but there is no suitable join between this table and other tables in the database. The report would work because there is only ever 1 record in OADM but it's not good report design).
    2) Once you have your formula you can add a add a picture to the body of the report (at this point you should select a default image)
    3) Right-click the picture on the layout and choose Format Graphic.
    4) Select the Picture tab and click on the formula button to the right of the Graphic Location property
    5) In the formula window set the return value to the formula you created in step 1.
    6) At this point your image will dynamically change based on the UDF value. You may want to set a formula in the Suppress property of the image so that the default image is hidden if the UDF field is blank for a particular record.
    Kind Regards,
    Owen

  • CR2008 can't show images on published report

    I have report with subreports, showing images from network path, which saved in database. In design mode everything looks nice, but when I publish report on BO Crystal Decisions Server, I can see only placeholder images. Plese help to fix it.
    Thanks

    Thanks everybody, I fix it myself - just add server as domain user of images folder (so server running under local service can access images)

  • How to change the color of 1px_trans.gif image of interactive report

    Hi All,
    Iam using interactive report in apex3.2
    I need to change the color of 1px_trans.gif or remove the image in search tool bar
    where we can change.
    pls tell me .......
    Thanks & regards
    Balu..

    I need to change the color of 1px_trans.gif or remove the image in search tool bar 1px_trans.gif is transparent and doesn't have a colour. It is used as a shim image&mdash;an outdated way of controlling the dimension(s) of some element(s). It's intended to be invisible. Giving it colour will cause it to become visible, resulting in all sorts of unexpected and unwanted lines (or worse, solid areas of colour) appearing throughout applications.
    What do you think you want to do? (Whatever that is, it will almost certainly not be achieved by changing the colour of 1px_trans.gif...)

  • Illustrator CS5: The Color Box is showing up with question marks?

    Here is a snapshot of my problem:
    The path highlighted in green is supposed to be dark black, but as you can see on the second snapshot it's in a lighter shade of black. When I click on the Fill & Stroke Boxes to change its color, the path's color won't change. If I tried to change it to pink for instance, the path will stay grey or become a different shade of grey. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

    When there are question marks in the color pallette that is because there is more than one color in that selection.

  • How to show image in TestStand xml report

    Hi,
    I am using TestStand to run DLLs written over CVI.
    I am using the xml report for collecting results.
    Some of the tests i run require showing images on the report -
    I would like to know how to allow showing an image on xml report by writing a CVI code.
    Thanks,
    Moshik

    Hi Moshik,
    There is an example for inserting images in your report in this discussion:
    http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=330&message.id=2819&requireLogin=False
    TestStand uses the sequences named reportgen_***.seq that default to the
    C:\Program Files\National Instruments\TestStand 3.5\Components\NI\Models\TestStandModels directory for report generation.
    You can edit the reportgen_xml.seq for XML reports.
    Is it really necessary for your DLLs to do the image insertion?

    On another note, please refrain from posting unnecessary, excessive punctuation. It only clutters up your message, which isn't a good thing. Thanks!

  • Showing dynamic and unknown number of images in SSRS report

    I am using SSRS 2008.  I need to display an unknown number of unspecified images on the report.
    Basically I have a webpage, where the user selects a specific ID (ex. 24) from a dropdown and then click "View Report".
    The report should then display any images, associated with that ID.  The only thing I know about the images, is the path to where the images are stored.  The path is kept in a database, so I should be able to retrieve the path ok.
    But then how do i get the report to display the images, when I do not know the name or number of images?
    Please help.

    Hi dukie4lif,
    According to your description, you have a report to display images selected by users. Now your issue is, the users select a specific ID to get images, but you only have the path of images stored in your database. Is my understanding correct?
    For your requirement, if the users want to get images by selecting a specific ID, this ID must be stored in database and associated with the path of those images. Otherwise the database can never query any records with this ID if it doesn’t have any ID stored.
    Now we need to go to your database, create one more table or add one more column in the table which have your path stored to store those IDs, and let them associated with those path. Use a parameter in this report for users selecting IDs. Then your goal will
    be achieved.

  • Muse 7.0 plus Chrome: browser does not show images full browser width

    Hi there,
    I have a serious problem with the latest Muse version: the images which I use as parallax-masks for the background won't work with Chrome, though Safari and Firefox are not showing any problems. The issue: Chrome does either not scale the images to 100% browser-width or does not show them at all, or even shows the images cut into narrow stripes. This problem did not show in the previous version of Muse.
    Of course I already restarted application and computer. System: Mac OSX Mavericks.
    What to do now? The presentation with the client is very soon and this bug makes me very nervous.
    Best,
    bartl

    The problem bartl encountered and reported was fixed by the 7.1 release (November 21st). The problem you're describing sounds different.
    As of yet, I'm unable to reproduce what you're describing. The URL you've provided views the same in all the browsers I've tried, Chrome (32.0.1700.77) and non-Chrome, Mac and Windows.
    That said, looking at your master page I don't think you've created what you intended. At present there are two full screen slideshows on your A-master. On contains no images and the other contains a single image. Both are set to have thumbnails and the thumbnails container is off the right side of the page.
    If you look at your "Master Slideshow" layer in the Layers panel, you'll see the two slideshows. I think you'll want to delete one of them and, given your design, turn off thumbnails for the remaining one.
    Also, if you don't plan to have multiple images in the full screen slideshow, you'd be better off using a background fill image rather than the slideshow widget.
    I remain a bit puzzled how/why you're seeing different behavior in your instance of Chrome. Have you cleared your browser cache?
    On an unrelated note, if you set the page fill and stroke to none and set the browser fill to the most common color from the garage door image, it will avoid the momentary appearance of a white page on a grey background when your home page first loads. Instead the site visitor would see a blank page that's the most common color from the slideshow image, until that image loads.

  • F053 boxes instead of images on multiple websites.

    At some point little icons or images became replaced with small boxes with a "F053" or "F0XX" where XX is a set of numbers on several websites, I cannot seem to get that fixed.
    Image link: http://postimg.org/image/f7zp1wvnh/
    Resetting firefox is LAST RESORT.
    Thanks in advance.

    Those missing icons are actually supplied by a font that is downloaded from the server (@font-face) as you can see by the little boxes that show the hex code of the characters.
    Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.
    *Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"
    You can check the <b>gfx.downloadable_fonts.enabled</b> pref on the <b>about:config</b> page and make sure that it is set to true (if necessary double-click to toggle its value).
    You can open the <b>about:config</b> page via the location bar and you can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

  • Cell background colors are not showing in preview - help? - DW4

    Hi,
    I created a horizontal table for my menu bar, and gave each cell a different color by creating a separate class for each with background image - image is a block of color created in Photoshop. In design mode they look they way I want, but in preview (Safari) the colors don't show up at all - the whole area is gray, and all I see is the text for each cell. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Alternatively, is there a better way I can set this up to have different colors for each button?
    Thank you!
