Color size info in AFS invoice idoc

Hi,
We are transmitting AFS Invoice idocs out of SAP AFS system to partners in 810 EDI. We have a requirement to pass material color and size info in this idoc. But the idoc seems to contain only grid value. Please let me know how to get the color/size info in this idoc.
Thanks,
Jassi

  • Safari 6 "Images" search results don't show digital storage size info anymore - Fix?

I've now noticed, finally using Safari 6 more often now .... that when doing a google subject search (and selecting the "images" results versus the "search" results at the top header bar of Safari), that Safari 6 now only shows a huge listing the images themselves. If you slide your cursor over any of the images, a small black highlight bar appears under the image and shows its pixel dimensions  (as in 000 x 000 pixel dimentional size), but Safari 6 shows no digital size info of the image in kb's (kilobites) or posibly MB's (megebites) .... like it used to in the past.
On previous Safari google "image" search results you saw the images, along with their pixel dimentional size (000 x 000) and their storage size ( 00kb / 00MB) listed in small text under the image.
Is there any way to set Safari to show not only the "images" dimensions (which it now does), but also to show the images over all storge size?
I know if you use the additional "search tools" selection text, that a sub set of selector menus appears, listing "any size", "any color", Any type" Any time" All results" .... but none of these will set "images" storage sizes (kb, MB, etc.).  Even using a "larger size" only selection setting doesn't always guarantee that a larger size only seach results will be of larger pixel quality.
I often use Safari and google to find "comp" art images, etc. for rough art placement on projects, and it's now almost impossible to search through Safari's google "images" results without knowing what "quality size" the image can be found at.
    Any thoughts on this fix?

Actually, as I forgot to mention .... is this above issue a Safari 6 or Google search result issue? I'm starting to think that it may be Google's "images" results that don't show the images storage size anymore, and possibly not Safari's problem.
Either way, is there any fix to this issue ... a plug-in, etc.?

  • Mapping of large INVOIC Idocs

    Dear SAP,
we have a 1:n mapping scenario.
The source is an INVOIC Idoc that will be splitted into several messages.
The INVOIC IDoc has a sice of 5MB and more than 35.000 data sets.
Because of the huge number of data sets / positions, there are two new
child-segments containing the data sets (see attachment).
INVOIC IDocs with only eg. 100 data sets has noch such child-segments
    (see attachments).
In PI message mapping there is an error while mapping large INVOIC IDocs:
While 1:1 mapping of positions (E1EDP01) the text segments
    (E1EDPT1/E1EDPT2) are not mapped correctly.
While mapping a position of child-segment ONE the text is mapped from a
    position from child-segment TWO.
In our case the 166th position of child-segment ONE is mapped, but the
text is comming from the 166th. position of child-segment TWO.
The text mapping is 1:1. It works without errors while proceeding smaller INVOIC IDocs.
    We can´t explain this behaviour.
Also the standard INVOIC structure does not provide such child-segments
    while uploading into PI.
Is it a buffer problem in PI?
Is there a maximum number of data records in INVOICE IDocs?
Do we have to adjust the INVOICE structure in PI?
    Thanks in advance,
    André

Is it a buffer problem in PI?
Could be, but I have used bigger message size without any issues. If your mapping is not too complex, could you write an XSL mapping and check if you run into similar situation? Message mapping has definitely cache issues, hence I prefer XSL.
Is there a maximum number of data records in INVOICE IDocs?
    No.
Do we have to adjust the INVOICE structure in PI?
No need to adjust the structure, just try with XSL mapping.

  • AFS Invoice SMARTFORM... is there one ?

    Hi,
Is there an <b>AFS</b> (Apparel Footware Solution) <b>Invoice Smart Form</b> and data-gathering/print program supplied by SAP?
I expect an AFS Invoice would show the “grid values” (sizes) for a material.
I see there is a SAPscript form J_3A_RVINVOICE01 and program RVADIN01... but we do not want to use a SAPscript form.
We are currently using the SAP Invoice Smart Form LB_BIL_INVOICE and print program RLB_INVOICE. But... this form does not show the “grid values” (sizes) for a material.
SAP version  SAP ERP Central Component 5.0
    Thanks for helping!
    Dave...

    Thanks...
Invoice Smart Form LB_BIL_INVOICE and print program RLB_INVOICE does not have any grid(size) data for AFS materials... all the grid(size) values for a material are accumulated to one record for the material...
So... if there is a SHIRT sizes Small, Medium, Large with a quantity of 1 each...
...the Form gets 1 record for SHIRT quantity 3...
Maybe some configuration in our system is wrong... because this same shows in VF03... no size detail at all...
I'll try the SAPscript... but I expect no size detail will be here either because it does not show in VF03...
    Thanks...

  • Why can't I find the color profile info in the library ?

Why can’t I find the color profile info in the library ?
It’s sometimes necessary to convert to sRGB for some applications ( internet, some beamers in clubs,…).
I convert them but afterwards it is nice to have the possibility to check this out and should be possible in lightroom, the info is present why not showing it ( it is not so easy to go in finder and look at it in info for every image)?
Since I’m always working in Adobe profile for printing and so this is important to know !
But no trace of it anywhere….
    Thx for any reply.

The disconnect here is many (including me) don't reimport rendered JPEGs
into our Lightroom Catalogs. Why you are doing that is beyond me. You
have the original and can recreate any rendered file at any time.
Storing the derivative JPEGs is redundant, creates additional confusion
and serves little real purpose. Exported versions are considered
    discarable by many.
Yes, understand what you're meaning. but the fact is that I started rather recently with lightroom. So my images where classified in directory's and subdirectory's...already.
I think that this is the major problem. This is always a problem when you step in a new system.
Let's say I am going to submit to a photographic society, I have an Export
preset created that exports to proper size and color space for
projection. It creates a file. I send it to the club. Then I delete it.
Why save it? I can recreate it. Then I don't have to manage it, search
for it, or worse yet, risk confusion with my original file or othe
    resultant derivatives.
The fact that I like to keep them is
indeed an inborn result of the "pré-lightroom period". A bad habitude
indeed. I'm thinking now of deleting them, will maybe better. On the other side
I still have them just for me in order to know which ones I used and when.
    Another bad habitude.
    But
since I'm not a professional photographer I'm mostly confronted with the time
issue and it is for me easier to take existing files ready for use...
    ( doesn't mean you’re not confronted
    with this problem
Today place for jpeg's is rather easy since the Gb's are almost free...
Same is true of a client photo. They want an 8x10. I go to the retouched
original, create a JPEG from an 8x10 preset in the proper dimensions and color space. Send it to the lab. Then, I can delete it.
One of the strengths of Lightroom is that it creates many fewer
intermediate file versions along the way toward final creation. Another
strength is that you can save (via snapshots in Develop) your
derivatives, export, and discard them without having to create, import
and manage additional files on disk. In the old days of just Photoshop
you might end up with a dozen or more files on your disk for every
worked file. With Lightroom, you only need one or two.
Will look deeper in your proposed workflow...and yes I'm comming from the old days.
That said, if you want to keep the derivatives for purposes down the road,
that is up to you but I don't understand why they need to be inserted
    into your catalog.
Since my catalog is made in the time
from before lightroom I’m still having all these directory's and
    subdirectory's...
    Easier
for me since even with back-ups of the catalogue still afraid for crashes. And
I keep liking these directory structure because for the moment it's lighrtroom
and tomorrow it can be another program, you never know. It's like a website, "on line versoin only", big problem when a firm at some moment stop to provide this possibility.
I think I will try to go deeper in "how to use lightroom better..."
    thanks

  • Error 'No tax code found for difference' in Posting Vendor Invoice IDOC

    Hi All,
I am getting error message 'No tax code found for difference' while posting Vendor Invoice IDOC into SAP. IDOC type is INVOIC02. There is no difference in PO price, Invoice price and even Standard price. then why this  error message? Other Vendor EDI settings are done ( OBCA, OBCD, OBCE etc). Is there any thing specific to be done in the config for this error?
IDOC has PO  as reference document.
I looked into several threads in SDN forum but could not find proper solution
Can any ine help me with this issue?
    Thanks in advance
    Hari

    Hi
You might be  missing the tax code for uploding through IDOC
so you can use the t.code we02 and give the doc and find the error
go to the WE19 to edit the tax  code
and USE the t.code  BD87  to select the doc and process it
    thanks

  • Error in Invoic Idoc - Vendor, Company code not found

    Hi All,
We are facing an issue with an Incoming Invoice Idoc (Mes type - Invoic). A third party system sends the Invoices which are received by the XI system and then as Idocs into SAP.
The XI system is defined as a Logical system in R/3. We have created Partner Profile, Dist Model with XI as a LS.
The error that we are encountering is -
    Customer , vendor <our LS> not known
    Message no. FD110
A company code cannot be determined for LS
    Message no. FD006
Are we missing out some data in the Idoc or are we missing some EDI configuration?
Please advise as to how we need to proceed.
    Thanks in advance!
    Liz

    hi,
Error : A company code cannot be determined for LS
This means that SAP cannot match an appropriate company code with a partner profile :-  and hence, doesn't know where to post the invoice.
Partner Type = "LS" (Logical System)
    Partner Name = ""
I think what you've got is message FD006 - longtext for it can be found via transaction SE91 and sounds like this:
The system cannot determine the relevant company code since the allocation of the data transferred in the invoice is missing in Financial Accounting customizing.
The company code can be determined outside of the system and be put into the intermediate document (for example, from the EDI subsystem). Then the company code must be put into the E1EDK14 segment and ORGID field and the value "011" used as the qualifier.
Determine the company code for & & & in Financial Accounting customizing.
LS  is your Logical System. So you might want to have a look at transaction OBCA where you can assign a company code name in the invoice for your Logical System.
In the E1EDKA1 segment. there are two fields PARVW (which is the qualifer or Partner function) PARTN (partner number). The information that is sent in the PARTN has to either match the information in SAP or has to be converted.
If the later is the case try transaction VOED.

  • Inbound processing of INVOIC IDOC without PO number and item check

    Hi All,
I'm processing an Inbound INVOIC IDOC to create an Intercompany Vendor Invoice against a Purchase order but wish to do process this based on the delivery note number rather than the PO number. The INVOIC IDOC will not contain a reference to the Purchase order and thus the need to process it based on the delivery note number which will be referenced in the Purchase order Goods receipt.
However, when processing the Inbound INVOIC IDOC it is validating that the number in IDOC segment E1EDP02 with QUALF 001 is the purchase order number. In this scenario it won't be and therefore it errors. The delivery note number is in IDOC segment E1EDP02 with QUALF 016.
Could someone please tell me if there is a standard way that we can have this Inbound INVOIC IDOC processing using only the delivery note?. If I manual process in the MIRO transaction I can process an Invoice based on the dleivery note in the Goods receipt so would expect I should be able to do so also with the IDOC processing.
I have noticed that IDOC segment E1EDP19 with QUALF 003 is not being populated and therefore according to the SAP help the IDOC segment E1EDP19 with QUALF 002 holding the Vendor material number is checked. Could this have something to do with it not being able to process the Invoice using only the delivery note number reference?.
    Thanks in advance,
    Michael

    Hi Karen,
According to Note 103051 - EDI: Multiple reference to same purchase order item.
Module IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_MRM (only as of Release 4.0) for the logistics invoice verification can distinguish different goods receipts by means of the delivery note number. For this purpose, GR-related invoice verification must be active. Please check the note.
    Thank you,
    Shyam

    @ Control records

You have two option. One is to fill the control records inside the mapping or else let XI fill it automatically.
In case you are filling the control records in the mapping, then you will have to enable the option to take those values in the IDOC receiver adapter.
See option (Apply Control Record Values from Payload) - http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/96/791c42375d5033e10000000a155106/content.htm

  • Invoice Idoc- Status 29

    Hello All,
We are using IDOC_OUTPUT_INVOIC function module to send the invoice idocs from SAP.
Some Idocs are failing with error "Error in ALE service-No value could be assigned to the field BSART".
In the IDOC we see the E1EDK01-BSART field filled with value "CRME"..
The documents of type debit memo, credit memo,etc...are only failing.
Can anyone throw some light on this please.
    Thanks
    Meenakshi

    Hi,
If you get status of 29 then there is no problem in the coding or your exection.
Only problem in the partner profile is not maintained .Then simply chekc in the we20 transaction or in table EDP13.

dont think there are any standard mappings available for this.
you might want to get the logic from your functional contact/business and build the mapping.
I think it will ideally fit within the graphical mapping itself
