Combining double / 2-disc sets into one complete album .

Just wondering if iTunes had some simple way of doing it for me , automatically . I know how to do it the long , time consuming way in the root folders , but it takes forever . I've got alot of these 2 disc , double-live , & box-sets that I would love to condense into one album , saving the need for alot of playlist creations . Anyone found a way to do it ?

    Unfortunately, you can't.  IDs can't be merged.  You'll just have to pick the ID whose itunes account has the most purchased items.

    How do I combine two or more pictures into one?

    I found out how to do what I wanted and I'm giving my steps in hopes that it might help someone else.  I wanted to put several photos from a file onto a new blank image.  This is what I did.
    1.  Create a blank page.    File/New/ Blank File.   Put in the size.  I used 8x10.
    2.  Bring the photo  you want to use into Elements as you always do. It will list along the top next to the blank sheet.
    3.  Choose SELECT (top of screen)/ Select All.
    4.  Choose Edit/Copy   or Command "C"
    5.  Click on the Blank File.   Chose Edit/Paste  or Command "V"
    6.  Click on Image/ Transform or Command "T".  There should be a dotted line around your pasted image.  You can then move and adjust the image to how you want it.  When finished, press the check-mark on lower right of photo.
    7.   Repeat this with all the photos you want on the new blank file.
    8.  You will see on lower right of Elements,  the background layer and as many layers as you have photos.  These layers need to be permanently placed on the background layer. Go to Layers and press Merge Visible.  This will merge all layers to the background.
    9.  Save as and you are done.

  • Combining 2 grahics or more into one

    Using AS3 code, is it possible to combine 2 graphics or more into one?
    Example : combining a rectangle and a triangle to make a nice arrow?

    Do you know anything about AS3 drawing API - I guess this is what you need to use:
    This is an example of how one can draw rectangle:
    var sp:Sprite = new Sprite();
    sp.graphics.beginFill(0xff0000);
    sp.graphics.drawRect(0, 0, 100,200);
    sp.graphics.endFill();
    addChild(sp);

    How do i put multiple albums into one huge album collection?
    Some examples include: Linkin Park - Studio Collection, Michael Jackson - The Indisposable Collection

    Hi skullkrunch3r,
    Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
    If you "Get Info" on the tracks that are part of your collection, you can use the Compilation option in iTunes.
    In iTunes 8 and later, you find the option to mark multiple items as "Part of a compilation" in the Options tab of the Multiple Item Information window.
    See this article for more information on marking your albums as part of a compilation:
    Why aren't songs with the same album art grouped together?

  • All tracks from one artist merged into one huge album. How to separate into correct albums?

    So all the songs from one artist have merged into one huge album. All I did was select all the songs and changed the artist name. Not sure why my iPod has it under one album. On iTunes they're separated into the correct albums but on my iPod it isn't. All the info (Artist name, album name, etc) is good, i checked a million times and still can't seem to figure out why my iPod is reading it like that. Has anyone ever had this problem?

    Thanks for the great link!
    Although it doesn't allow me to cut 'n paste, like I was hoping, the answers give me a lot of insight as to how the track fields are structured, as well as full control over whether or not I want to group tracks together within the same Album.  So, in the end, this information is more useful than the cut 'n paste function, as it prevents me from losing potentially useful track information.

  • Combining output of 2 spools into one

    Hi guys,
    I have 2 program which are called by main program both are generating spools.
    I want to combine the outputs of both the spools into one file(eg pdf).
    Can anyone suggest how to do this if possible.
    Regards,
    Guru

    hi
    good
    If you create repeated spool requests in the same transaction, you can combine them into one spool request. For you to be able to do this, this option must be deactivated for the spool request to which you want to add the others.
    If you do not select this field, the spool system automatically adds additional spool requests that have the same attributes (user, title, output device, client from which the request was issued, number of copies, priority, cover sheet setting, archiving mode, and ABAP session number).
    For a spool request to be added to another, you must deactivate the New Spool Request option when creating the spool request.
    If you are combining requests, note the following rules:
    -         If the expiration dates of combined spool requests are not the same, the spool system uses the latest date for the entire spool request.
    -         To print out a "combined" spool request, set the Print immediately option on the last of the spool requests that is to be added. The spool system adds the last spool request and then sends the entire "combined" spool request to the output device.
    If the following situations exist, you cannot add any additional requests:
    -         A request is "completed" and cannot have additional jobs added to it when it has been sent to the host spooler for printing.
    -         No other spool requests can be added to a spool request you generated with the Print immediately option set or that you sent to the printer from the output controller.
    For more information, see Adding Spool Requests to Another Spool Request.
    ·        Delete After Printing if No Errors: If this field is selected, the spool request, output request, and output data are deleted automatically after the request has been successfully printed.
    The spool system retains spool requests that contain errors. You need to delete requests of this type manually. Otherwise, they are automatically deleted during a reorganization of the spool database after the expiration date.
    The delete option is set in a user's master record and can be changed:
    -       When a spool request is created
    -       In the request attributes () for the spool request

  • How to combine data from two rows into one row

    I have the following sets of data. I want to find all the duplicate sets of field values. in the data below there is only one duplicate set: brenda, analyst, green.
    DocID and Doc Seq combine to form the set key. FieldID I believe are consistent in that 1 is always name, 2 is job, 3 is favorite color etc. but there are up to 20 field IDs.
    To tell you the truth, my client is a bit sketchy about the data and the values. I would like collapse the sets by getting all the field values into a single row. They could be in the same column, or in their own columns. This way I can then look for whatever
    dups my customer seems to think that he has.
    the first image is what i want (either in same column or in different columns. but they have to be in the order of the FieldID), the second is what i have. THANKS

  • Easy or otherwise: combining multiple complex ivideo projects into one

    I'm tempted to [finally] invest in fcp--just a matter of time--but at this particular moment (urgency) the decision would be made for me if I was sure I could do the following, which in imoviehd has proven well nigh impossible. I have six movie projects, each rather complex, that I want to combine into one movie project (for dvd purposes of letting viewer watch the whole movie straight through, in addition to watching each movie [chapter] separately). I've tried several ways to drag and drop the elements from one imovie project into another, but it is not working at all (the transfer starts out okay, but then it indicates the transfer will be, ahem, several thousand minutes to complete. The movies are between 2 and 88 GB, total run time for all six is 37 minutes.
    I guess my question is whether someone can tell me that there's an easier way to do this in fcp.
    thanks for any edification.

    This is stupidly simple in FCP, and authoring the dvd you want is stupidly simple in DVDSP.
    I've never used imovie, so I've no idea how that works, but in fcp it's a simple copy/paste from one sequence to another until they're all strung together.
    But I dunno how to get your material out of imovie and into fcp unless you export the finished pieces, convert them to .mov instead of .dv and import those.

  • Combining two like cd's into one in my library

    how do i combine two like cd's into one

    Give each CD its own disc number as Disc X of Y where in this case X would be 1 or 2, and Y would be 2. Then give both discs a common Album name and a common Album Artist.
    Personally I prefer to use sequential track numbers across both discs as well. For example if disc 1 has tracks 1-12 and disc 2 has tracks 1-13 I would renumber the tracks on the second disc as 13-25 and set a track total of 25 for all tracks on both discs.

  • Store refusing to combine multiple BB gift cards into one

    Hi,
    I have few egift cards which can be used in-store or online. I want to combine them into one to keep track easily.
    I went to BB store in Milpitas CA, and the store manager rudely told me that I can't combine gift cards.
    Please let me know if I could get the egift cards combined?
    Thanks!

    Good morning anjulg,
    With so many e-gift cards, I can understand that it may be difficult to manage all of them and keep balances in order. Typically, customers are able to redeem up to 15 gift cards in store, and 10 on BestBuy.com. While the limitations of how many gift cards you may purchase at one time is much lower, you should also note that the limit for a balance on a gift card is $2,000.
    I’m sorry to hear you had trouble combining your e-gift cards at our Milpitas, CA store, and for any rudeness you may have encountered. However, the store would have been correct in denying the combination of your e-gift cards, as transferring the value is outside the E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions. You may view these terms and conditions here. You may also want to check out the Gift Card Terms and Conditions on BestBuy.com.
    I apologize for any disappointment this may cause you. If you should have any other inquiries or need further assistance, please let me know.
