Combining Output for 2 Invoices

Hello All,
I want to create a progarm that can send an email with an attachement of single PDF for multiple invoices. The output is configured using Adobe Forms. I am able to get the output of each invoices in XSTRING and SOLIX(to be attached to email) format but I am not able to combine these two so that a sigle PDF is created.

Hi you can use BCS classes and do it.

    We want to trigger an output for the invoice for SK language. Currently, the output type works for leanguege EN. but its not working for SK language. The script that works is same for both the languages.

    I don't know exactly what's your problem, you were too brief in your topic, but first try out the followings:
    - check in SE71, is your SAPScript really exists in SK language
    - check in VV33 is your output setting correct
    - check the SAPScript settings for invoicing (V3), in NACE transaction
    - try to create a manual output in your invoice (default is RD00 output type, I don1t know are you using it or not)

  • BAPI to create output for invoice

    Hi
    I want to create an output (or repeat output) for an invoice, and been looking in SAP, on SDN, Google etc. for finding a BAPI  that can manage that.
    I have not been able to do that, so I have created a Batch Input - but it is really slow.
    Does anybody know if there is a BAPI to do that - and maybe an example.

    To create a Output or Send data to external system thorugh BAPI is not easy.
    Through application we can trigger output.
    On this cases we have changes pointers concept try to check it.
    This is the BAPI 'BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE' to create a Invoice.

    Hi Experts ,
    Would be able to help me out to fulfil this requirement ,
    My client requires output for customer invoices (RD00 and ZRDO) via Email and printout depending upon each customers requirement .
    e.g. out of 1000 customers 500 may need print out and rest 500 emails.
    FYI : Invoices are created in background program
    Please guide , it's possible ??if yes what are the steps involved to achive this requirement.?

    I don't know what is your requirement. Please specify the condition which determine the output process type i.e. print or e-mail.
    Otherwise Goto :
    Sales and Distribution > Master Data > Basic Functions > Output Control > Determine Communication Strategy
    In this section, you define the sequence in which the system should search for communication methods in the case of transmission medium 5 ("send externally") for the specified address. You can define the address and communication methods in Business Address Services, therefore specifying a communication strategy
    Here you create new Zstrategy with Communicatiopn type as INT(E-mail) /LET(Post(letter)) and assign this to your condition record as VV11.
    It is SAP standard, so by this Zstrategy first it will check for e-mail id maintained in sales order header SP, if e-mail id is not maintained then it will go for a print automatically.
    Revert back. please tell me ur requirement means on which basis print or mail should trigger.

    I am SD consultant and got requirment to work on related to MM. searched a lot but not able to get answer to my querry looking for.
    The requirment is to send Invoice to vendor by e-mail message. as soon as we save the invoice for vendor (MIRO) need to send same invoice to Vendor.
    As far as I knwo I maintained data like vendor Mailing address in vendor master.
    Can you guys guide me with complete implementation / configuration steps.

    1> Execute  NACE  -t-code
    2>  Look for  application  MR,  (High light)
    3>  Look for  output type condition   ( EINK   or depend on requirement) .
    4> Check  for attached program ,Form Routine, Attached form
    5 > Maintain  medium , partner function
    Then  create  out put record  MRM1  for the output condition.

    Trigger: Customer invoice e-mail functionality may be triggered by Sales administrators or Accounts Receivable staff, to facilitate the correspondence of goods that was sold.
    Financial Statements e-mail functionality may be triggered by Financial Accountants and Financial Managers to enable reporting and reconciliation procedures
    Preconditions: Normal operation
    Outcome: Program Z_FI_XXX and ZFIYY are executed and the output are e-mailed to the requested parties as per the detail on the customer master for Z_FI_XXX, and as per the detail from the e-mail field on ZFIYY.
    It is necessary to have radio buttons on the execution screen of the relevant programs. The radio buttons necessary are two be created as follows, and in the said order:
    E-mail
    Fax
    Print
    How to configure this please kindly help

    You are taking of which output. If it is invoice then either you need to create seperate output type for all thee so that user will sepect appropriate output type and send. For this you need to configure the setting in Maser T.Code NACE.

    The Output Message for Invoice Document was not created during MIRO in 2004. So no output generated & user cant able to take invoice printout via MR90.
    Now user needs to output the message & take the printout. How to create the output type (tcode) for invoice document.

    Goto Tcode NACE ...select application MR ...click output types .... here create a copy of ERS and name it as say INVS
    Now again in NACE slect MR and click on condition records and maintain condition record for INVS wrt co code
    Now in Tcode M808 maintain INVS in the schema MR0002
    Now when u create a MIRO doc then at header level do check if print is getting activated or not
    Then take print out in MR90 tcode

  • Controlling time of EDI dispatch in output type for invoice

    Hi Gurus,
    I am trying to change the setting for invoice dispatch through EDI
    Currently the system is set so that invoice is sent (EDI) upon saving - and the desire it to make a manual decision when to send invoice
    I have looked at output types in SPRO - but could not figure out how to change the setting - it is not allowing me to change. Am I missing something?
    Any tips / tircks / suggestions?

    Go to V/40 .
    select the output type that you are using for Invoicing.
    double click it.
    go to Default Values tab .
           Change the Dispatch time to 1. Send with periodically scheduled job. .
    Now the invoices will be posted only when you run the program RSNAS00.
    IF this doesn't work out, Change it at COndition record level.

    When you work with invoice lists, you need to be familiar with the following concepts:

    Prerequisites
    You can only process invoice lists if the following prerequisite data is defined by your system administrator in Customizing for Sales:
    Condition type RL00 (factoring discount) must be maintained and, if required, also the condition type MW15.
    An invoice list type must be assigned to each billing type that you want to process in invoice lists. The standard version of the SAP R/3 System includes two types of invoice lists: LR for invoices and debit memos, LG for credit memos.
    Copying requirements must be defined (for example, the payer, terms of payment and other fields that must be identical in the documents to be included in the invoice list)
    In addition, before you process an invoice list, you must maintain the following master data:
    A customer calendar must be defined, specifying the time intervals or dates on which invoice lists are to be processed.
    The customer calendar must be entered in the Billing Sales Area view of the customer master record.
    Pricing condition records for the condition type RL00 and, if necessary, (e.g. in Germany) the condition type MW15 must be maintained.
    Output condition records for condition types LR00 and RD01 must be created.
    Relationship to Pricing
    The system processes factoring discounts in invoice lists in exactly the same way as other kinds of pricing elements. The data for the factoring discount is stored in condition records. Controlling during document processing is carried out via condition types, pricing procedures and access sequences. This control data is defined in Customizing for Sales by your system administrator.

    Structure of an Invoice List
    An invoice list represents an individual billing document. It consists of a document header and document items. Each item represents a billing document that you have included in the invoice list. The header contains an overview of summary information, such as the net value of all documents in the invoice list, the value of the factoring discount, details of taxes, and so on. It also contains information on partners and output.
    Changing Header and Item Data
    You can change some of the header data - for example, the billing date - when you process the invoice list. You can change an item - either an individual or collective invoice - and display document details. However, you cannot change any data in individual billing documents once they are part of an invoice list.
    It is possible, however, to make certain global changes to output in all items in an invoice list.
    For further information on output, see  Communication in Sales and Distribution Processing.
    Integration With Financial Accounting (FI)
    The documents that you want to combine within an invoice list must already have been billed and forwarded to Financial Accounting. Here the billing documents intended for an invoice list are blocked for normal dunning transactions.
    The dunning block on FI documents is lifted as soon as you create an invoice list and transfer it to FI . The system then calculates the new dunning date for the invoice on the basis of the invoice list date.
    In addition, the system enters invoice list numbers in the FI documents as reference numbers. Invoice list numbers can then be entered for incoming payments.
    When you save the invoice list, the system automatically creates an accounting document for the factoring discount and possible taxes and posts it to the corresponding G/L account in FI.

  • Issue in PDF output for xml report

    Hi,
    I developed one template in RTF and output in pdf is looks fine.
    I have issue in the output, For some invoices i have more lines,when the line details comes to next page for the same invoice i can able to view only the lines information in the next pages for the same invoice without any header details.
    I need header information too if the lines comes to the next page.
    i given <G_Headers> in the top of the page and <End for each> in the end of the page.
    please how to resolve this issue.

    There are lot of ways of doing this,
    Simple one is given here.
    If you are using table to display the rows, there is option in word table properties, to repeat the header in each page,
    Repeating table headers
    If your data is displayed in a table, and you expect the table to extend across
    multiple pages, you can define the header rows that you want to repeat at the start
    of each page.
    1. Select the row(s) you wish to repeat on each page.
    2. From the Table menu, select Heading Rows Repeat
    Check out in user guide.

  • Unable to find the published output for this request - problem

    Hi ,
    In the invoice Payables module i modified a report to be open in xml and not text as it was. The program name of this report iis Print Invoice Notice. I did same thing we normally do to register a xml report in ebs.
    The problem is that when i run the report from the invoice form and from the button wich call this raport i get this error:
    Unable to find the published output for this request.
    No output file exist for the request
    and if i see the log file i get this message :

    The thing is that if i run this report from Other ->Request -> Run of the same module this raport runs correctly
    And if i change the output of my report (From concurrent manager) to text its open correctly even from there where i want to open it.
    Can anyone give me any sugestion why i get this error while i try to open this xml publisher report from a button in a form in application?
    PS: i am using ebs 11.5 version

  • Message output for New Purchase Order Document type

    Hi experts,
    I am having trouble getting a Print message output for a New Purchasing Document type that I created.
    Steps that I followed are:
    1.Created a new Document type NS via customizing.
    2.Assigned the new Purchasing Document Type NS to Output Type NEU which is linked to our customized form for Purchase order display. I used MN04 /NACE to do this step.
    Now the message output gets created for my new document type NS but I am unable to display the message.
    Notes:
    -There are no release stratergies in place for document type NS
    -The NEU format works fine the other document type NB which we use for Standard POs.
    Are there any steps I have missed? Please help to resolve the issue.
