Command key lock?

I would like to batch delete duplicate tracks that are not in sequence.
How do I keep the command key locked without having to keep it pressed.

I fixed up the script and this should work ok.

To turn off the lock, the user can quit this app, quit iTunes, or bring another application to the front.
