Question

What is the correct procedure for migrate the messaging from schema 1 to schema 2. ? I install JES 2005Q1 . I try to migrate from messaging 5.2 schema1 to messaging 6.2 schema 2. I migrate messaging from 5.2 to 6.2 with schema 1 and the It work.
I try to execute all the step in migration guide ( schema 1 to schema 2 ) but I have problem with delegated admin gui interface ( don't work with the domain migrated , dynamic group that the commdirmig don't add to schema2. )
ANy Ideas?

The old delegated admin is depracated. You have to migrate to the delegated admin that comes with the Access Manager that ships with JES. There are two components of the new DA, one is a command line interface, accessable through the tool commadmin, and the other is a web-based interface. Read the following:

Note that from an engineering standpoint, the old DA used Schema 1, which relied on domain information being stored in the "o=internet" suffix. All that information is migrated into your existing root suffix with comm_dirmig when you migrate to Schema 2.
