[commission agent] : deal with a customer with many agent

Dear SAP Experts,
i am trying to set up the commission agent with rebate agreement. Here is my situation:
1. i have 1 customer (customerA)
2. i have 2 agents (agentA & agentB). The agents are created as customer, both are rebate recipients
3. i have assigned agentA & AgentB to customerA agent partner function
4. i have created 2 customer rebate agreements rebA & rebB for agentA & agentB as rebate recipient, and customerA as a customer in condition records in both rebate agreement
5. i have created 1 sales order-delivery-billing for customerA with agentB as agent partner function
6. Here is my problem:  there are 2 rebate conditions BO03 appearing in SD transaction, each rebate condition represent rebA & rebB. It is like there is no link between rebate recipient in rebate agreement & agent partner function in SD transaction.
My expected result is there will be only 1 rebate conditions BO03 appearing in SD transaction, represents rebB (since the agent partner function in transaction is agentB)
My question is, how do you expert make a link between rebate recipient in rebate agreement & agent partner function in Sd transaction?

HI
1. Create all the agents Vendor master or customer master (create Separate Account group)
2. create new partner Functions Z1, Z2, Z3 etc.,
2. Assign those agents to customer master .
3. Insert those fields in KOMKAZ (SE11) take the assistance of ABAP
4. insert those fields in pricing field catelog
5. Create Z Condition types and assign in that pricing procedure
6. create 2 account keys , one is or account key and other one is for Accruals
7. Maintain the condition record with combination of Customer / agents
8. Maintain the logic in MV45AFZZ(SE38) ,  userexit_pricing_prepare_tkomk
9. Maintain the Logic in RV60AFZZ (SE38),   userexit_pricing_prepare_tkomk
10 Create one Z- Report

  • Mapping scenario with one customer and many invoices

    Hi!
I am receiving a flat file with one customer and n-invoice records. The file could look like this:
    133133222051241480320842420500089
    13317350071000010806372131000                 0015890009876543X
    13317350071000010806372131000                 0015890009876543X
    13317350071000010806372131013                 0015890009876443X
    13317350071000010806372131014                 0015890009872343X
where the first line is customer and the rest are invoices.
My question is: How can I get this into a structure like this:
    <Customer>
      <...>
    <Invoice>
      <...>
    <Invoice>
      <...>
When using content conversion (Customer,1,Invoice,*) there has to be specified a key field, which is not a possibility. Do I have to create a UDF for this to get the mapping I want?
    Thanks for your answers!
    regs Ole Mugaas

    Thanks for your answers!
As I can see from the Krawcyk blog, he is only using one node and maybe that's why he don't have to use keyField. We have also come to the conclusion that we have to use keyfield, but then we have to give the fields out own values. This is not good enough since the values are predefined. Creating a "placeholder" in each data type would not be a good answer because then our customers have to send an additional field in the file which would cause a lot of work.
Do you know how this can be solved with the keyfield? Is it possible to create a keyField and give it a value that is already there, ex:
Invoice.keyFieldValue = Invoicenumber (where Invoicenumber is a field specified in the DT) ?

  • How Verizon WIreless Deals With A Customer's Issues With A Flawed Device

    (link removed)
Let me start at the beginning…
I have had a bad history with phones during my 6 years I been with Verizon Wireless(VZW). All the phones I had with them always have some manufacturer issues. I either had to pay a deductible or was allowed to exchange it for free due to it still being under warranty.  I had to go through this 14 times in under 6 years. For the most part, Verizon Wireless has been very helpful with these issues & the amazing service they provided as kept me a very loyal customer. These qualities even lead me to sign up for Verizon FiOS over Comcast when I moved into my new apartment.
On February 17th, 2014, I received my tax refund. Most of it was going to repairs for my car, but for a birthday gift to me, I wanted to upgrade my phone. At the time, VZW had a deal to trade in your old phone & upgrade to a new phone. Your trade in got $100 taken off the cost of your new phone. I thought that was a sweet deal since the phone I had, The Motorola Razr Maxx HD was my 4th replacement to replace my original phone from when I first upgrade my phone with a new contract 2 years ago, The Motorola Droid 3. The Razr Maxx HD was a good phone but not what I wanted, It did what it needed to do & the technology was steller. Just not my first choice in a phone.
Since the Droid 3 was no longer in production, i always had to get a replacement phone VZW saw fit for me to get. Now with my contract up & my opportunity to get a new phone, I knew what I wanted   I wanted the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 now. It has so many amazing features, apps & it is the perfect phone for someone my size. I can easily text with it, I do not feel I will crush the phone holding on to it & all of the hardware in it is like nothing on the market at that time. I been researching the phone months before it came out & I knew once I had the money, this is the phone I wanted.
So I went to the VZW Store ready to make the exchange and have a phone I wanted finally for once in nearly 2 years. I got there to be helped my a gentleman named Teddy. He was eager to help me. I told him why I was there & instantly got the ball rolling. My phone I wanted was in stock, I was able to get $100 from the trade-in promotion. HE also informed me I could get a free tablet by just paying the taxes for it, A mere $15 & The Note 3 was on sale. I could walk out this day with a new phone AND a tablet for $172! So I agreed to it & all I had to do was pay. Then the problems started…
I was told I could not pay with my debit card. This was due to an issue of a returned payment. An issue I had with VZW due to their company in October 2013 in which they took 9 days to process my monthly bill payment to only return it when the funds was still available to complete it. So I had to leave the store to find an ATM to withdrawal the cash so I could purchase the phone & tablet. Once I came back, we tried to finish the sale. Now I was told I could not trade in my phone due to the fact VZW did not allow me to make debit payments because of their own error. I was told i could pay full price for the phone and I could not get the tablet. I declined & left the store.
Very upset, I called VZW’s customer service line to formally complain. They could do nothing to help me since no one, not even a supervisor could fix these restrictions to my account. This made me more upset, so I went above their head & reported my situation to The Better Business Bureau(BBB). Within 7 days, a Manager From VZW’s Home Headquarters, named Brian (removed), finally called me to resolve my issues. HE apologized, removed my account restrictions & was sending me A Galaxy Note 3 for my troubles free of charge. I wanted the tablet too but did not care at this point. I just wanted a phone I wanted for once & I can do without a tablet. I never went out of my way to get one before & I was not planning to now.
On February 25, I received my new phone. I instantly fell in love. The phone was the perfect size for me & it worked just like every review I read online said it would. Then on February 27th, the phone began to have charging issues. The factory charging cable that came the the phone began to have issues charging the phone, then not recognizing the charger at all. I called customer service to make a complaint. This is when I learned for the first time that The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a defect with it’s charging cable & charging the device. They told me I could either mail the cable for a replacement or try to get the replacement at a store. So I decided to go to the same VZW store to get the replacement.
Once I got there, I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to finally speak to someone. Once I did, I was told they had no chargers in store. All that could be done was call Samsung & have a replacement phone sent to me. I asked what would I do for a charger until then & they said I could use the micro USB charger from my last phone to charge it.
So I mailed the charger to Samsung, who said it would take 8-10 days to get my replacement. During this time, the phone began to now stop holding a long charge. So I again called customer service. I was again told to go to the VZW store to get a replacement charger. I went back to the store again to be told they could do nothing for me since I did not have to original charger. All I the could do was sell me a mobile charger for 50% off. Since i need my phone, I had no choice. I had to spend $30 now on a device to help my faulty one.
March 6th, my replacement charger arrived. I was happy because now I can charge my phone with the proper charger & get a full battery life from it. That same day the charger had the same issues again. So i instantly took it to the Verizon Store to be told I need to call customer service for a replacement phone. So I return home to see in my mailbox is my VZW bill. The statement says my bill is $400! Verizon Wireless & Brian (removed) had charged me full price for my phone despite what he told me when he called me.
I instantly called his office to only get his answering machine. I left a very angry yet respectful message explaining my disgust with what he & VZW have done since I got this phone. I said I refuse to pay anything until this issue is fully resolved. I then proceeded to file another complaint to The BBB. This time I would get no response from VZW. Instead i had to call and chat online with their customer service lines for over a month to have a REFURBISHED device, a replacement battery & a generic charging cable sent to me. My phone still has charging issues & I must travel around DAILY with my mobile charger to make it a whole day to be able to use my device.
Verizon Wireless and Brian (removed) will not resolve this issue for me. Instead they have suspended services to my phone and are forcing me to pay the full price for the phone or having my service “permanently discontinued”.
I am left with no choice but to pay this by next month. I need my phone for personal, business & emergency reasons just like everyone else. I can not pay this AND an early termination fee. Verizon Wireless has done nothing to help me & now I am stuck in a contract for the next 16 months with a company that has done this to me during the last 2+ months. I have a improper working phone and they get $400 for it and Brian (removed) gets his commission.
Before I pay this bill, I am making one last complaint to The BBB & I am spreading my story across social media like wildfire, I am hoping someone at Verizon Wireless sees this. MAYBE they will do the right thing. Then again, they had the chance to & have not….
Mr. Brian (removed) & Verizon Wireless,
My Name IS Reginald (removed). Due to months of complaints you should very well know who I am. Since you will NOT help me, I have no choice but to play by your rules and pay you ridiculous cost for a phone despite the act of what I was verbally told. You & your company you work for have had countess times to make this right & you have not. I might have to be stuck in a situation like this, but the entire internet will now learn of your actions & how you treat people. Maybe this will teach you all how to properly treat your paying customers. Someone can still make this right. You have my number, but you would have to reactivate it to contact me though.
    Regards,
    Reginald (removed)

  • Anyone know who I can file a complaint with about customer service agents giving wrong information

I am a fairly new customer with Verizion and I have been having THEEE WORST time with simply cashing in on a offer that was offered to me! I want to file a complaint on the representatives that have sent me into the store on blank missions and also about the store representatives that did not help or show any empthathy what so ever. I am to the point of cancellation at the price of $700.00 for two lines of service but I will pay. This is how disapointed I am with my service. I came over from SPRINT under the impression I would at the very least have better CUSTOMER SERVICE if not BETTER PHONE SERVICE. This has not been the case and no one at VERIZION TAKES OWNERSHIP. I am in Human Resources/ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at (removed) and I am also on the Board of Directors for (removed) and if any of these things would have gone down with my reps they would be reprimanded. I am completely disguested with the miscommunication I have experianced as well as how the leadership staff has handled this situation. I am problably going back to SPRINT and paying the cancellation fee with VW due to dissatisfactio if things do not start to look up.

I have been a customer with Verizon, since 1996. Recently, my husband has been added onto my account. We have both been experience drop calls. My husband contact Tech support for over 2 weeks. We were pretty upset to be paying a lot of money for a service that didn't work. Verizon advised us that would upgrade both of our phones (to see if that solved the problem). Ok...this is where Verizon has forgotten customer service rules. He order 2 phone...one for himself, one for me. 1st the wrong address on the package..Fedex couldn't deliver...2nd...missing condo number Fedex couldn't deliver again...(2nd call to Verizon)...3rd package was finally deliver with 1 phone...missing my phone. Contacted verizon rep...reorder my phone again..but sorry we cannot give the same price as quoted on 21April...even though...its our mistake...Ok...Ok..what a surprise..but we can do this...after 65 minutes...found a price that was a little bit more...fine...just order the phone....I reordered phone on 28April...on the April 29...no email..so I can Verizon for the 4times in a few days..sorry your order was delay due to our Fraud dept. OK...talked to fraud dept...ok..account is good..will release phone and ship. OK...Next day, no email with deliver confimation. Contact Verizon 5 times now...sorry..your order was cancelled...YES...cancelled again...2nd time now...but we can reorder...OK...sorry but we cannot honor that price that was quoted..really...agent messed up...again...but we can do this for you....I don't understand...your mistake...ALL the times...
Strange ...how my order gets cancelled twice by Verizon's mistake....yet you cannot honor prices that your agents quoted!!!
I didn't reorder the phone....I cannot in good faith same with a company that does not stand behind their own mistakes...and worse...they make the poor customer pay for it...
I will not be renewing my contact...its time to Cricket Wirless...which my sister-in-law loves for half the cost....

I hope that you aren't complaining about dropped calls INSIDE your condo because no amount of switching or upgrading devices will solve that.
VZW will not guarantee service inside of any structure. There are just too many factors. If the problem is inside then you might want to look at one of the following:
1.) Network Extender (may cause issues for others in a condo or apartment style setting)
2.) A Google Voice Number (Free with a Gmail email address), downloading Google Hangouts Dialer and forwarding your calls to the GVN so that you can make and receive calls over Wi-Fi.

  • NOT thrilled with the customer service I just received.

I just ended a call with a customer service representative by the name of Amber.
Like the many users on this forum, I was up at 12:00am on 9/12 pre-ordering 2 Iphone 6+ 128g devices.  Throughout the pre-order process, I was shown a delivery date of no later than 7:00pm on Sept. 19th.  I submitted my order within minutes, only to wake up to an e-mail with a delivery date of 10/7/14.  I called customer service that day and was told that I would have the phones on Sept. 19th despite what the email said.  Now five days later,  my order status remains "we received your order and it is in process" and the Expected Ship Date is "Not available at this time."  Further, my credit card has yet to be charged.  Other users on this forum submitted their orders for the same phones after me, yet have receveid tracking numbers showing a deliver date of Sept. 19th.
While on the phone with Amber, she suggested that I go to a retailer on Friday to see if I can get the devices.  Needless to say, I was quite offended by her recommendation.  I reminded her that I intended on renewing two contracts with Verizon in exchange for two phones being in my hands on Friday.  I also suggested that if she wants me to go to a retailer, then Verizon runs the risk of losing my longstanding account if another provider provides me with a better deal.  She then back tracked and said that was not what she was trying to suggest.
Verizon, I would like to speak or deal with a customer service rep who can give me assurance that my pre-ordered phones will be delivered on 9/19 as was promised when I placed by pre-order just minutes after they went up for pre-sale.  With all due respect, I am looking for answers, not a link to an order status page that I have been checking far too often over the last five days.  Thank you.

        GMSwaim88,
Thank you so much for those details. We strive to provide you with the best customer service there is to offer. I have sent you a private message. Please respond back to that message for me.

  • Third party SSO with a custom login module

    Hello everyone,
I've found a few posts on the forum with questions similar to mine, but none have been answered.  I'm using a 3rd party authentication product along with a custom implementation of the AbstractLoginModule interface.
The setup is standard: A 3rd party agent is installed on a reverse proxy web server to SAP. The agent is configured to protect SAP resources, and it handles the login screens and authentication. Once the user has been authenticated, the AbstractLoginModule implementation kicks in, decrypts and validates an SSO token, retrieves the username from it and creates an SAP Principal.
The login ticket template is configured as follows:
    1.  EvaluateTicketLoginModule   SUFFICIENT
                        2.  MyLoginModule                      REQUISITE
                        3.  CreateTicketLoginModule       OPTIONAL
One of the integration's key requirements is that direct interaction with standard SAP authentication must be avoided.  More specifically, the user should never need to enter an SAP password.  I'm only seeing two problems, both of which violate this requirement.
The first is in cases where there is no existing SAP user that matches the authenticated user.  In this case, the third party token and SAP Principal are created, the abort method is called, and the user is redirected to the SAP login page.   I need to either bring to user back to the third party login page or to a custom error page~.
The second problem occurs when an SAP password change is required. Again in this case, an SAP form is displayed after the module has created the Principal (although once the user changes the SAP password, all's well). If I were to disable mandatory password changes, would this apply to fat client access as well? If so, then it's not a viable option.
The general idea in both instances is that the SAP I'd appreciate any help or suggestions.
    Thanks
~ Since the SSO token applies to applications outside of SAP, I may add a login module parameter to make this a configurable choice. (I.e. allow the administrator to decide whether to inform the user that SAP authentication failed while preserving the SSO token, or to destroy the token and force re-authentication). However, if there is a way to configure the "bad credentials" URL outside of the module's code/parameters, it may be better to place the choice there.

    Hi Julius,
Thank you for the quick response - and on a Sunday, no less!
I have considered verifying that the user existed in SAP before creating the Principal.  One might argue that that would be the common sense thing to do.  The reason I've held off is that the error should be so rare that it may not justify the overhead.  There's a requirement to have a one-to-one username mapping between SAP and the authentication application.  It would be more efficient to assume that this requirement has been met and to handle the Exception when it hasn't been.  Of course, that doesn't mean that it's the right way to go.

For the first concern, if they can access the logon page directly (anyway) you could disable it as you do not want any password based logons (right?) and redirect it to your external page or an error page.
Yes, this is what I'm hoping to do, but I'm not sure how to do it.  Here are some comments and questions about this:
    1. What's involved in disabling the login page?  I would think you'd need to replace it with something else rather than just switch it off.   Could I limit this change to the login ticket template so that other templates (basic authentication, for example) are still available?
    2. Keep in mind that users will never get past the "real" login page unless they have been authenticated.  This complicates matters because we're dealing with a scenario in which the user has already been authenticated but doesn't exist in SAP.  Therefore, it wouldn't make sense to go back to either login page.
    3. What's involved in redirecting to an external page?  Is this an explicit redirect in the module code, or can it be decoupled from the module?  It's not a big deal, but it would be nice to avoid mandatory module parameters for relative paths to error pages.
I think the question I'm after is: "Can I simply change an SAP login URL parameter to point to a custom error page, and allow everything to work as it does now (where SAP handles the redirect)".  If so, could I limit the scope of the change to the login ticket template?  What would be even better is if I could configure SAP's response to this error.  Somewhere, it's currently configured to display the login page.  Ideally, I'd be able to configure it to display myErrorPage, and then set myErrorPage to the appropriate URL.
    +_Julius Bussche wrote:_+
For the second concern, I assume that there are no valid passwords involved here which might have expired, so as long as the user does not have the option to activate a password again and anyway cannot logon via password as the option is not presented... then you should be fine here as well with a forward proxy. Not sure which Java APIs are offered here, but you could check this together with the existence check and react to both prior to accessing SAP "from the outside".
The problem here is that the SAP passwords are needed outside of the integration.  It's true that whether an SAP password has expired is irrelevant to the integration.  However,  this is a Web-based integration; SAP passwords must still be available to users who have access to other clients.  With this in mind, could I create a user password policy that disables password expiration and automatic password change, but only apply it to Web client access?  If not, do you know how I might override SAPu2019s behavior?
Once again, thank you for taking your time to help me out.  I am very grateful.

  • Disappointment with Apple customer service's response to my iMac G5 issues

The following is a copy of the letter that I will be sending to Apple in regards to my recent dealings with customer service. What do you guys think I should do?
    To whom it may concern:
Let me begin by saying that I have been a loyal and avid fan of the Mac since 1999. I have converted several of my PC friends to the Mac, and I would consider myself to be the quintessential Mac "geek" (posters, T-shirts, you name it). I have owned a Macintosh LC 575, Power Macintosh G3 (Blue & White) and Power Mac G4 Cube, in addition to my current machine, an iMac G5. However, my recent experiences with Apple customer support have left me thinking that maybe the Mac way is not the smooth, customer-first experience that I thought it was.
As I mentioned, I currently am using an iMac G5 (rev. A, 20" 1.8 GHz). Unfortunately, the iMac was a victim of the well-documented power supply issue (http://www.apple.com/support/imac/re...ensionprogram/) several months back. The power supply would heat up to such high temperatures that it eventually burned out, and I could not power on the machine. I brought it in to my local Apple Store (Oakbrook, IL), whereupon they wrote up a repair order, and I had my Mac back within 4 days, all without paying a penny. "Wow, excellent no-hassle service," I thought, and rightfully so.
Over the last couple of months, my iMac has further developed a couple of smaller, but still annoying and "not-very-Apple-like" issues. First, the fans have developed a consistent, cricket-like squeak - that is, you can hear the fans turning, sort of like an old wheel that needs oil. In my quiet office, it is VERY obvious, and is especially distressing when I'm trying to do audio and MIDI work. The second issue is that the slot-loading Superdrive has gotten to the point where discs that are being ejected often fly out of the slot and do not stop, falling onto the top of my desk, or occasionally clear off the desk onto the floor.
A few days ago, I decided that I had had enough with both issues, and decided to initiate a chat with a support agent on Apple's iMac support web page. After explaining the issues to the agent, I was transferred to a "specialist," to whom I then had to re-explain the issues. Further irritating me was the fact that they provided me no solution other than to visit my local Apple Store, and they would further diagnose the system.
So tonight I headed over to the Apple Store Oakbrook with the iMac in tow (mind you, not the lightest thing to be carrying around, and a pain to have to disconnect peripherals etc.). I had made an appointment prior to showing up...in fact, Apple's new Concierge system seemed very elegant and user-friendly, and I was able to make a 7:20pm appointment at around 2:30pm. I made it to the Apple Store at about 6:50pm, and saw my name listed on the Genius Bar screens as being 2nd in line. There was a man with a 15" PowerBook that was being helped by the Genius behind the bar, so I sat and waited patiently. About 40 minutes into my wait, a woman with an iPod mini walked up to the bar, seemingly waiting for assistance. Within two minutes, another Apple employee approached her, briefly looked at me and asked if I was waiting for help. When I said I needed assistance with my iMac, he told me that I would have to wait for the next Genius, turned to the woman with the iPod mini and proceeded to diagnose her problem.
Further irritated, I waited another 10 minutes or so, at which point the same employee turned his attention to me. I explained the fan and Superdrive issues to him, and he took the iMac to the back room for another employee to take a look at it. About 10 minutes later, he came back out with the iMac and said something to me that just floored me. He told me that his colleague that looked at it could not find anything inherently wrong with the fans, and that "since it's not a Pro desktop, there are bound to be squeaks in the fan system" (almost verbatim what he said). He said that they cleaned the fans, and tightened the eject mechanism in the Superdrive, and that if I continue to have issues with it to bring it back in and they will further diagnose it.
The message I have taken from this experience is two-fold. First, Apple has officially gone from being a computer company to a consumer electronics company. The fact that I literally was skipped over after waiting 40 minutes and pushed aside for an iPod user who had waited TWO minutes and was not in the Genius Bar queue shows that Apple's priorities have shifted. Secondly, Apple does not truly back the quality and craftsmanship on which they pride themselves. Just because I do not own a "Pro desktop," that should not mean that a squeaky fan system is an acceptable situation. I bought an $1,800 computer that was advertised as "whisper-quiet" and I should not have to pay $3,000+ just to be reassured that I will be taken care of. I expect excuses and glancing over of issues by companies like Dell that make cheap bare-bones systems. I do not expect that from Apple - if Apple is going to hold themselves to a higher standard, they should back up that talk with true customer-first service.
So I am now sitting in front of my rickety-sounding iMac, wondering what my next step should be. I appreciate you taking the time to read this, and I would further appreciate a follow-up and resolution to this situation.
    Thoughts?

Send it. I feel for you, but the most sympathy you'll get is from fellow users on this board. These forums were one of the best ideas by Apple. Whoever thought it up is probably getting 1% of iPod sales as commission. Besides users helping users so Apple doesn't have to handle nearly as much tech support directly, this board is also a place for people to vent so Apple doesn't have to address your concerns. I'm not saying these boards are a bad thing ... they are very helpful, but you have better odds at winning the lottery grand prize than you do to get a reply back from Apple from a letter like this.

  • Could anyone show me how to file a complaint with Verizon Customer Service?

I would first like to state that this is my first time having an issue with Verizon Customer Service. In all my years of using their service, I had never run into someone that truly had no idea what they were talking about. I would like to file a complaint to save everyone from experiencing the frustration I am feeling and from wasting your time.
    Here is the story, so that you can understand the reason why I would like to file a complaint;
My phone has always had an SD Card in addition to the phone memory because my phone memory is already tiny, less than 1 GB.I put things that cannot be put on my SD Card (my text messages, contacts, etc.).
This past week I kept on receiving air messages that my phone memory was full. I deleted most of my text messages but I still received air messages that my phone memory was "full".  I therefore decided to call Verizon Wireless to see if they could help me solve my problem or at least educate me on what was taking space in my phone memory.
Well, I unfortunately had the luck of being connected with a representative named "Naima" and I told her about my phone memory problem. She said she knew how to fix my problem and instructed me to click on the "Format SD Card" button. Following her instructions blindly, I never once stopped to consider that clicking on that button would erase everything. And so  ALL my pictures, ringtones, and videos were erased.
Trying to fix her mistake she dug herself into a deeper hole. Instead of admitting that she had made a mistake she claimed that my pictures, ringtones, and videos could be recovered, She had me access Backup Assistant, but my stuff was NOT saved there. I later learned that my phone's Backup Assistant can only save contacts, NOT pictures. She knew what phone I had (representatives have all the phone's info and history) yet she led me in circles and wasted my time and could not own up to her mistake.
What upsets me is the fact that she did not even KNOW that the phone memory and SD Card are 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT things. And also she could not own up to her mistake, but instead wasted at least an hour of my time trying to get Backup Assistant to do something it could not.
I then attempted to file a complaint to found that Verizon makes it Virtually Impossible to file a complaint, only through MAIL! Really??

Well actually sending a certified return receipt letter to Verizon Wireless may or may not do any good. you can also file a complaint here http://www.bbb.org
Those out of memory messages usually mean internal memory is getting full. I have no idea of your make and model of device but there are many articles via google that tell you how to transfer files from internal memory to sd card memory.
Now on the off chance your sd card is nearing its capacity you can either hook to your computer via usb and the computer will show two drive letters. One is internal memory and the other is the sd card memory. If its internal memory and your sd card is not full you can drag and drop the files to the sd card. However you can also get a card reader and then make a saved files folder on your desktop, then cut and paste any or all movable files to that new folder you just created. its really very easy.
You can also remove files from internal memory (music, photos, documents) to that folder on your desktop. You can also remove all files and photos from the sd card on a regular basis to never have that low memory problem again. I always purchase the largest sd card that is usable on my device and never save anything like music and photos to internal memory.

  • Is it possible to override the built-in PDF format handler with a custom IFilter for PDF?

    Hi,
SharePoint 2013 comes with a built-in "format handler" for PDF now, so it can index PDF files out of the box. This is great for most users, as it now no longer is necessary to install a third-party IFilter for crawling PDF documents.
My question is, is it possible to override the built-in format handler for PDF with a custom IFilter for PDF? I played with the Set-SPEnterpriseSearchFileFormatState and Remove-SPEnterpriseSearchFileFormat cmdlets. While it is possible to deactivate
the built-in format handler, I was not able to remove it and to create a new one that activates a custom IFilter for PDF files.
Background of the question: While the new built-in format handler for PDF will probably be sufficient for many SharePoint users, some need additional capabilities regarding indexing if PDF documents, e.g. extraction of custom metadata from PDF's document
information dictionary and embedded XMP metadata. PDFlib GmbH, the company I work form, sells an IFilter for PDF, and of course we would like to continue to offer this for SharePoint 2013.
    Thanks
    Stephan

You should be able to replace it with any ifilter you want, this is the procedure for installing it:
Install PDF iFilter 9.0 (64 bit) from
    http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4025 (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4025)
Download PDF icon picture from Adobe web site
    http://www.adobe.com/misc/linking.html (http://www.adobe.com/misc/linking.html)  and copy to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\TEMPLATE\IMAGES\
Add the following entry in docIcon.xml file, which can be found at: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\TEMPLATE\XML
    <Mapping Key="pdf" Value="pdficon_small.png" />
Add pdf file type on the File Type page under Search Service Application
    Open regedit
    Navigate to the following location:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office Server\15.0\Search\Setup\ContentIndexCommon\Filters\Extension
Right-click > Click New > Key to create a new key for .pdf
Add the following GUID in the default value
    {E8978DA6-047F-4E3D-9C78-CDBE46041603}
•Restart the SharePoint Server Search 15
•Reboot the SharePoint servers in Farm
•Create a Test site (with any out-of-box site template) and create a document library upload any sample PDF document(s).
•Perform FULL Crawl to get search result.
Once the crawl is completed we will get search results.
    Kind regards,

  • Can we replace OracleSytemUser with a custom user in ldap?

    HI,
We have installed soa 11g and configured Microsoft AD as ldap provider.
I have couple of questions around this.
    1. Can we remove the default embedded authenticator totally? If yes what are the things we should keep in mind?
    2. We don't want hard coded users like "OracleSystemUser". Can we replace OracleSystemUser with our custom user, maybe assinging our user to OracleSystemGroup in our ldap.
    Would appreciate any help.
    Thanks
    Manish

There are Office-type apps available for iPad.
Skype is also available for iPad.
Whether you, specifically, can completely replace a laptop with an iPad depends on what you use your laptop for. The iPad is not designed to completely replace a laptop. There are many things a laptop can do that an iPad cannot. Whether those limitations are an issue for you, depends on your laptop usage.

  • Agent resolution does not agree with agents of task

    Hi Guys,
I extended B.O-IDOCAPPL to ZIDOCAPPL to catch the inbound error for the IDOC.
The workflow gets triggered correctly when we get the inbound error.
In the workflow i created a custom display method....this is a dialog method. Now when the workflow comes to this point it gives the message in the technical log
<i>" Result of agent resolution does not agree with agents of task"    </i>
<b>Now instead of calling this method if i just put a user decision it shows up fine in the users inbox.</b>
I have tried SWU_OBUF , Refresh from SWUS , Refresh from Inbox
Nothing seems to work, anyidea as to what's happening here ?

    I have tried :
    1.) hardcoding user ID
    2.) using a role
    3.) using WF initiator...
This is set up as a general task......
One interesting observation that i had... (If the below is irrelevant please ignore)
If i run the task via SWUS it executes but still does not evaluate the agents.. and then if i execute the workitem in SWIA it lets me execute...
Now if i trigger the workflow it executes but still does not evaluate the agents but it does not allow me to execute the workitem in SWIA , the technical log says workitem not found.

  • Verizon Residential billed surcharges to his customer with his tricks

Verizon Residential billed surcharges to his customer with the tricks from verizon online bill pay system. I submitted several bill pay payments online for last month's bill, totally
about $48-$49. I indeed found the online bill pay system showed negative balance in "account balance" after I
paid several times. However, Verizon did not do with all the submit and only $43.66 was paid. Then Verizon
told me there is $3.90 balance was forwarded to this month and charged me $7 additional fee. The trick is,
verizon told that you paid full in the beginning but finally he discarded some payments and said that I still
own balance and surcharge me. This is not the first time Verzion did this. From last year there is at least
three times. In the past I talked with customer service to request waive the $7 surcharge fee. But this time
the customer service refuse. Since he refuse to waive the surcharge fee, I'd say either verizon play the
tricks to charge the customer additional fee, or at least his online bill pay system has important problem:
does not show correct balance to customer after customer paid some part of balance first. You know he told me
I paid fully then later he told me I did not. For this kind of late payment, the fault is not on customer, it
should be on Verizon himself. So I think Verizon should not charge addition fee in this case

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases".
There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.

  • Where is the Layers palette with DIV custom names?

    Hello!
Where is the Layers palette with DIV custom names and Z orders? Wy in last update we don't have one?
I think in Ideas area many people request this feature.
    Thanks

The default location for the Layers panel is in the lower right of the Editor (while in Full Edit mode).
If you don't see it, it may have been hidden or minimized. Try going to the Window menu at the top and select Layers from the list. This should unhide or maximize the panel.
