Commit and refresh

Question

In jspx page, I have a table of rows in panel collection on TOP and a form in the bottom.
In the form, after "create insert" in pressed and entering the values in the fields
then when the "commit" button is pressed it currently commits the changes.
In the same "commit" button action I also need to refresh the "top" and bottom" also please.
I already have the "partial trigger" hooked up. That doesn't help. I
I guess an explicit refresh call will help.
So need is to "commit" and refresh in one button click.
How do I do that please?

use this code to refresh the page

        String currentView = context.getViewRoot().getViewId();
        ViewHandler vh = context.getApplication().getViewHandler();
        UIViewRoot x = vh.createView(context, currentView);
        context.setViewRoot(x);
