Complaints email address

can someone tell me how to complain about this bloody apple I tried lots of things on thier website it is very confusing. I need an email adress to thier complaint department please.

I am regular user of apple products . I am using iphone 4, its serial number is JR1250JNA4S.
My phone's screen got completely damaged just because of a small hit. Now i am trying to either got it replaced or upgrade from authorized apple store but no store is giving me any proper response.
Due to all these issues, i am completely frustrated and  unsatisfied with the customer support services provided by Apple.
The responses which i am getting from apple stores are very pathetic.
I feel very sad to inform you that the customer services provided by apple in India is very unsatisfactory.
Through this mail, I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue by providing satisfactory customer support services, so as to keep the goodwill and image of Apple intact.

  • Sky cancelled their complaints email address and problems with my sky box

    After writing an email to the sky helpdesk it appears that that email is no longer in use, and the website has no email address to use for complaints only a postal address, how convenient sky.... lets fob off the customers yet again... and make them wait even longer to get a complaint resolved. I have had issues with my signal on various channels now for about 4 weeks I called this morning and after a very lengthy discussion with the operator it appears I have to have an engineers visit........  Ok but then Im told I have to pay for the priviledge of this visit, even though I pay a fee to sky every month.   I am told I own the equipment and I have to pay for a visit.  Lets squeeze yet more money out of our hard working strap cashed customers....  I advised the operator that this isn't acceptable If i pay a fee to sky and have done every month for the years ive had it i dont expect to have to pay an extortionate amount for an engineers visit. I have had to agree to the engineer visit and guess what ....... nothing until next sunday.. a whole week away..  a whole week of not being able to use a service properly that I pay a lot of money every month for.... diaboloical service and no offer of good will compensation in the meantime for a service that isnt working property and yet Im still expected to pay the full fee every month. This sky dish has been installed originally withouth my authorisation, by a tenant I had living here, who funnily enough worked for sky during his time here and had all this installed as part of his contract, i was neither asked or informed of this sky just goes aheads and installs it, i am told if he states he is the owner and not the tenant not skys responsiblility... Then when the engineer got here last june when i moved back in i pointed out all the shoddy workmanship and am told by the engineer nothing he can do about it and he wouldn't have put the dish there himself..... Anyway he reinstates the service for me, now a year a later i have problems accessing certain channels.. whereby i get no signal, i am advised the engineer will sort this in 7 days when he visits. i am completely disgusted and annoyed with skys lack of empathy or compassion towards their customers especially on this issue in all counts. If i dont receive a satisfactory response to this I am seeking further advise from the likes of trading standards.

    So I will keep posting my updates but during the mean time it would be great if you could collect friends with similar issues so that we can unite and fight to ban such expensive useless and defective handset model like Nokia N8.

    I purchased this device being a fan of Nokia and love for the specification of the Nokia N8 and had used a lot of Nokia devices in the past and still have the older version of it the Nokia N82 which is still functioning good better than Nokia N8.
    This Nokia N8 was a very good device when I got it, looked good and great camera. I loved the device. But then I tried some functions on the phone and came to know that the phone is a complete mess and lots of trouble.
    Problems:
    1. The phone cannot stay connected to the internet via Bluetooth to give internet to my Computer. It connects to the internet for a while say 2 to 5 minutes after which the phone gets hung and restarts or freezes and I had to restart the phone to connect again and again the same issue. Sometimes it doesn’t restart instead it shows it is connected to both PC and Internet and I am not able to go online. So tried switching to 3g services with Airtel still the same issue and tried to change ISP like Docomo and Bsnl as per the troubleshooting provided by Nokia care and Help line.
    2.   Sometimes my phone forgets that it is on a network and tells my friends who try to call me that my phone is either switched off or out of coverage when I am right under the Airtel Tower when I come to know this and look at my phone it shows that it has full coverage and then it doesn’t let me to dial outbound or receive any call but at the same time I can connect to the internet. But to let the phone come back live I must restart it or it will never come back. So in day I have to restart the phone at least once to check if the phone is online or rejecting calls. This is very frustrating  since a phone that costs that much is never supposed to fall under this category. I am sure that a china phone that costs Rs 500 will be able to function better.
    3. When I am watching a movie or going through some songs on the phone restarts by itself and comes right back. This is very irritating when I am composing an email since all that I typed is lost. I sometimes feel like throwing the device but hold my calm thinking that the issue will be fixed by September when the Anna Update will happen.  
      I noticed all these problems in the month of April itself so walked to the Nokia care Silk Tele services Bangalore Marathahalli and informed them about the issues they asked me to format the phone and the memory and then try since they were sure it was just a software issue. I informed them that I was a software Engineer and had tried all the steps that clicked in my mind regarding the software issues. So they said that they will have to open the device to check for fault. I said that my device is not even a month old and I will not give it to them for opening it since I was sure that once the device is open it will never give me the same performance. So I said that I needed a replacement since the phone had some hardware damage and the phone was not even a month old. So to send me away they told me to wait until the Anna Software Update in the month of September. So since I didn’t get any fix from them I called up the Nokia Care Help line number: 30303838 and told them about the issue they walked me through a hell lot of troubleshooting for 40 minutes and I had to pay for the call and the number said that it was a toll free number but those fix they said erased my data on phone but nothing really helped and called them again and another 30 minutes to tell them what happened on the last call and again into some other troubleshooting that never had an end. I felt pity on the technicians that tried to helped me he was not understanding I am a better troubleshooter than him and I am calling him since I was sure that it was a hardware fault which I cannot fix myself I didn’t want to sue him for the useless troubleshooting that he did so planned to wait till the month of September since speaking to these guys were of no use and waste of time for me and them.
    Now During September I got the Anna Update and I formatted the device and including my memory card and built in memory. Started the all new way and was shocked to see that the phone was performing the same manner except that the look of the application and the camera. I did not put any of my data on the phone and walked to the Nokia care Silk Tele services Bangalore Marathahalli and told them that the Anna Update did not fix my issue. So they said that it could be again some software issue and said that they will need to open the handset otherwise. Didn’t know what to tell the customer care lady at desk asked for some manager. So asked me to wait and waited for hours and got a manager  and I told him my complete issue he had also the same thing to say to open my handset. So I told them that I will only give my handset on one condition. And my condition was open the handset only if it is required and I wanted the handset without any scratches on it the same way it was. Since I carried it in a pouch the time since I took it out of the box and had protective cover on display as well worth Rs1000. Instead of me pleading them to not open the handset and to have no scratches on it, they said that they even do it for new handsets that not even a day old to check for hardware damage. So they smiled and said that I can surely get it back the way it is.
    But after hours I got the handset back after almost wasting one whole day there. Then I almost cried to see my handset in a very bad condition with lots of visible scratches and the plastic case pulled out and bent and with engravings of the force applied and on top of that they told me that my phone didn’t have any hardware defect. I spoke the manager Kumar about the broken promise and the damage done on my handset he said it was a part of the service and that is not a problem, I told him that this was a very poor service done on the handset and want the body and the display case of my handset back with a new one. He said he can do nothing about it and I informed him that I would complain about the issue and he walked off saying that I can go ahead and complain and he can do nothing about it. I almost cried that day for giving my handset for its destruction and for its slaughter.
    As a last resort I called up Nokia Help line on 30303838. Told them about the issue and the present status of the phone and the problem still persists so they asked me to submit the phone to Silk Tele Services to send to Nokia. So I submitted the phone to Silk Tele services again on 7th and since did not hear anything from them after the due date that is 15th called them up and they said it was under quality control check and told me to collect it at Silk Tele services on 17th September 2011.Got the handset and found that the problems that I told still remains and on top of it they presented me with scratches on display and paint on the removed at parts that were very much visible. Showed manager Kumar the condition of the phone now and told that it is getting worse now he looked at it and said that Nokia guys just changed the top plastic cover and the IMEI number that was on the plastic cover was also scratched out. I look now like a handset that is handled very roughly and parts inside it jerking. I thought of walking to Police station for the damage but did not know Telengu to speak to them.
    So since I am out of hope and will have to buy a new some other handset anyway not a Nokia Brand any more. Walked into a local place shop to sell away the Nokia N8 for at least Rs15,000 the shopkeeper had a look at the handset and told me that I will not even get Rs5,000 for the device since it is open several times I told him that it is still under warranty till 16-04-2012 and I told him that if he wanted I will even pay Rs 1,412 to increase the warranty of the handset to 16-04-2013. He is still not willing to accept the device even after telling him that I will buy another Samsung Handset from him worth Rs 29,999.He told me son I understand the problem and I cannot take it for that price since nobody will buy a spoilt handset that is in this condition and the one without the IMEI label. Even I felt so and that is the reason why I writing to you. Please help me get justice for this. At least for the tax I pay and the rights of a customer. Question why Nokia is turning out to be selling fake products with no quality at all and poor service centers that spoil the handset and change it from good to worse.
    Ban Defective brand like Nokia N8 to Sell in India. Why make a fool of Indians by selling toys to them that is not capable of lasting even the Manufacture period. For people who are reading this please don’t buy expensive Nokia devices as you will have the same end and experience. Nokia was once good but no more. My old Nokia N82 is 100 times better than Nokia N8-00.Felt like having bought an Expensive snake that bites me and kills me. Bye Nokia forever.
    Sir Please help me with regards to this at least to get a replacement at least. If you need any finance to fight my case I don’t mind paying since I already had spend almost Rs 25,000 for the phone and its accessories. Please contact me by Email or phone if you can help me.     The Complaint has still not been processed and Nokia had asked me to mail this to [email protected] for fast solution.So i had send the mail as per their request.They called me and again asked me to repeat the complaint and asked me to submit the phone again to Nokia for repair so that they can give it to some useless illiterate fellow who doesn't even know how to hold the tools properly to play with someones money and destroy it more.I still value the device since I paid for it.Seriously the service desk technical fellows are too care less about their work and indirectly they are the one to be held responsible for this.
    I disagreed towards the repair again since i don't have any time to waste running back and forth when i know that Nokia can do no fix on my handset and their support representatives are not capable of fixing it.
    1.I am not willing for any compromise less than replacement with a complete fresh box piece one that doesn't have any problems that i mentioned.
     If it is still going to have the same issue then i don't need it.

    SUB Continuation of the Story.Submitting the N8 to Nokia Care for the 3rd time since they insisted on it
                    I at last planned to submit the handset to the Nokia Care for the 3rd and the last time since they insisted on submitting the handset to fix it.
    So what I did was before I held over the handset to the Nokia Care demonstrated the issues with the handset to the Manager at Nokia Care at Marathahalli, Silk Tele services.
    I had demonstrated:
    1.Bluetooth Connectivity issues that disconnects itself after 2 to 3 minutes of its use and the frequant restart of the phone.
    2.The damage on the handset when they took it from me for the past two repairs that indirectly spoilt it. Showed him the scratched out IMEI Label on the phone that clearly indicates that a repair was carried on the phone.
    3.I was not able to demonstrate the loss of network since it doesnot happen often and if he insisted I will have brought the handset to him some other day when it actually happened.
    I want all these issues fixed on the handset only then I will accept the handset since the above mentioned 1st  and 3rd issues was there on the phone from the time since I got the handset and seems to be like a manufacturing defect for the Nokia N8.
    But the 2nd was generated by the Nokia Care agent due to their careless handeling of the handset and useless service carried on the handset without trying to identify the fault in the handset or the model.
    So I want all these issues with the handset fixed or provide me with some other Model for exchange that doesnot have any manufacturing defect or a new Nokia N8 that doesnot have any defects like these.

    I had submitted my handset on 24th september 2011 at Nokia care for the last and final time since they assured me that they would fix the handset or do what ever is required and since I did not hear anything from them till now ie. Today the 27th of September 2011.I shall try calling them to just know if they have started to fix the issue or started to kill it more.Any way I am sure that the Rs 23,824.0 that I paid for that useless device is gone for a toss.Well I don’t plan to leave them alone if they don’t provide me a fix or a solution to the issue. I would sue them and also make my friends and as many people I can to boycot their products due to their poor quality and poor service.NEVER EVER BUY A NOKIA FOR MORE THAN Rs1000.     My issue is still not fixed and i would like to know your status is it fixed or not.
    I guess what we will have to do is file a case at consumer court since that is the only way out since Nokia seems to be teasing us and providing defective handsets like Nokia N8.
    I had proved and demonstrated to Nokia that even after fixing my handset for the second time it still really didn't fix the handset rather than spoil the handset.
    I am just waiting to get my handset back from Nokia so that i can walk into consumer court and have them deal the case on a higher level and take compensation from Nokia for taking the customers to such dissatisfaction by giving them fake promises and non functional handsets.

  • Is there an email address to send a complaint in about an Ipod touch 5th generation?

    My daughter knocked her Ipod touch 5th generation from the arm of a sofa onto a soft carpeted floor and the screen shattered.  I took the Ipod into a store and Apple want £99 + VAT to repair this.  I understand that this was an accident and accidental damage is not covered by the warranty.  However, I was extremely disappointed to be told by a member of staff that the Ipod has probably hit its weak point when it fell, surely these gadgets should be more robust and not have weak points?  I wish to make a complaint to Apple by email but can't find an address, can anyone help please?  Thanks.

    I had my email account ghosted and have had other problems. Therefore I have written a letter of complaint to BT regarding my BT Premium Mail account, but have so far been unable to find where to send it. Is anyone able to provide me with an appropriate email address, or should I just send the letter to the BT Correspondence Centre in Durham?

    Thank you all for the advice and no pottyperson, there is nothing in my sent folder. I only know when the spam emails have been sent out, as either 1 of my contacts tells me or I get a returned email message, because the email could not be sent.
    After a lot of effort, I was eventually contacted by a 'senior' help desk BT person (non UK based) before Xmas and told that my email account would be 'upgraded' and given a much higher security status and that the service would be provided for free for 2 years because BT had not kept my details secure!
    I understand about the spoofing or ghosting, but I am not going to let BT just fob me off with any old rubbish and expect me to pay for my email account. I am going to have to find a new email provider and change all my contact details etc.
    If I delete my BT email account completely, could the spam people STILL send out spam emails, making it out it is me?

  • IS THERE AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND A COMPLAINT TO?

    After being an O2 customer since they were CellNet, I moved to EE for what I was told was better coverage etc etc. What a mistake. We are an SME and require 24 hour coverage. All our phones have been out of action since Thursday 30 th July, and when we tryed to call 150, ALSO NO SERVICE.Visited the loca lEE shop. Useless. They said there might be problems on a transmitter. Rang Customer Services today to log our problems. Total waste of time. At least with O2 they bent over backwards to be helpful. Trying to find an email address to send a complaint is impossible. We will never recommend EE to any of our customers, and look forward to the end of our contract and return to O2!

  • I seem to have two iCloud accounts, how do I merge them so I only have one email address

    I originaly had an apple ID with itunes established many years ago. Some years later I obtained a .me account. It appears that when iCloud was created I somehow seem to have ended up with 2 identities. the original iTunesone and the one associated with the then new .me email. I would like to continue using the original iTunes ID (as most of my content is there) but iCloud insists that I need to create another .me email address for that iTunes ID. I do not want two addresses, can I merge these accounts and only use 1 .me addres?

    You can keep the original ID for iTunes, iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match, and use a different ID for iCloud for email, calendar, contacts and bookmarks syncing and PhotoStream.
    In iTunesStore>Account you can change the email address associated with the login ID if you with - the actual login doesn't have to be a functioning email address.
    This means that iTunes will have a different login to iCloud, but Keychain will take care of this anyway so your won't need to remember which one to use. It's better security to have your iTunes login different from your easily discoverable email address, given the number of complaints about iTunes accounts being hacked.

    Chris, I want to send Apple an email regarding a satisfaction issue I have. The feedback form is not the correct tool as I require a reply. With every other comapny I know of there is a department that deals with customer satisfaction issues, where they will deal with you as an individual and offer a reply. I work for a large international company and customer satisfaction is extremely high on our focus and a great deal of resource is spent on ensuring that our customers are indeed satisfied and always dealt with.
    I thank you again for your comments, but can I offer a word of advice. I read the forums most days and post replies when I feel my response would be productive. I see you also post replies and I would say the vast majority of your posts are extremely helpful but some can come across as rather condescending.

  • Why can't I use my iCloud Email Address as my Apple ID?

    Why won't Apple allow us to use their own @icloud.com domain for an Apple ID. This has upset me since the inception of MobileMe; it makes perfect sense that many people would prefer to use their iCloud email address as there Apple ID. We've all had MobileMe since day one, which is now iCloud; it's been several years, and I still can't do it. Having to frequently log in with an individual Apple ID & Individual iCloud account creates so much confusion, especially with my wife and parents. 
    I know this is an age old complaint, but it doesn't make it any less relevant. Is there a special way to change my existing Apple ID to my existing iCloud email address? If not, then why won't Apple allow it?

  • HT5621 Why can't I use my iCloud email address as an Apple ID?

    I am totally bewildered! I have taken the plunge to leave Gmail, my primary email address and move to iCloud. The first thing I tried to do, was change my Apple ID email address. To my astonishment, while it allows gmail.com, it does not allow its own icloud.com. This means that I either, have to keep on with gmail as my primary address or create another one eg sky.com. What is going on? I simply want to migrate from gmail to icloud and Apple trip me up at the first fence. Any idea, what I can do? Why won't Apple, accept it's own email address?

    When you start from scratch you can create an @icloud.com address and use it as your ID, but though it seems illogical you can't do what you ask. I don't know whether this is a technical issue.
    However, I would suggest that having your published email address as your login is poor security. This used to be the case with MobileMe and there were quite a number of complaints from people who had found themselves locked out of their account because some idiot had tried to sign into their account several times without knowing the password. They then had to change the password in the ID and all their devices, and a couple of weeks later it would happen again.
    This sort of nonsense sometimes arose through mis-typing, and sometimes because some idiot would become convinced that he owned the address and would keep trying to log in with it.
    Of course, someone who knew your email address and felt malicious could render your account useless by keeping on doing this. I know all this sounds a bit extreme, and it is moderately unlikely, but these things do happen.
    For best security, I would suggest creating a new free address somewhere with a garbage username which can't be guessed and is unlikely to be arrived at by accident. I know it's less convenient that logging in with your @icloud.com address, but you might like to think about the security issue here.

  • I want to change my primary email address

    I wan to change my btinternet primary email address to another one, either my sub account address or a new one.  I don't mind which.  I've been trying for 9 days now to have this done, and BT keep saying they'll do it but they haven't.

    Thank you for your reply it is much appreciated.
    Basically I want to change my primary email address as I've changed my surname following separation from my husband, and don't want any association with my old name which it was.  I wish it was only spam I want to get rid of.  Yes, you're right, I'm using webmail not outlook or similar.
    Unfortunately I've already begun the long and tortuous process of getting my primary email address changed and am now on day 9 of frustrating emails, telephone calls with the call centre in India (or somewhere)  Each time I talk to someone they assure me it will be done in 24 hours, 48 hours, by the end of the day..... I expect this sounds familiar to you if you've been there?  Your comment about a breakdown in communication is perhaps an understatement!  I've come to the conclusion they fully understand what I want but just aren't interested in seeing it through. All they want to know at the end of the phone call is if I'm happy with how they've dealt with my call.  Well yes I am at the time, as they understand what I want, relay back to me what I want, but don't actually deliver.  Promises, promises, promises.
    I've now lodged a formal complaint to BT and am sure I'll get the usual responses about process, systems, blah blah blah...
    Sigh.  As you may guess I'm absolutely fizzing about it all!!  I've already wasted hours of my life chasing it, just can't stop though - don't give up!!  However, am pleased to know that someone has got it done,  so I'll just keep trying and boy is it trying....
    Rant over,  I'll let everyone know how I get on!

  • How to send a complaint email to apple?

    I bought my iPhone online about one week ago and received my iPhone by today 29/Jan/2013. Unfortunately, my iPhone dosn't work and there is not any Apple store around my living area. What should I supposed to do with this problem?
    I want to complaint aginst the Apple and send them a complaint email but I couldn't find any email address!
    If I want to go to the nearest Apple store, I should buy a ticket worth 20 US$ to go and back to Kuala Lumpur (Capital City of Malaysia) which is 3 hours by bus. I am so angry because after a week of waiting I was so happy that finally I will get my iPhone but I received a defective Phone. And I am also wondering that why there is not any warranty card inside the box!!!

On June 1, 2013 in your Baku-Azerbaijan branch "Alma Store", I bought on a credit  iMac  (27"/3.2QC/2x4GB/1TB/GTX675MX-1GB/WLMKB) for 2.149 AZN with a period of one year guarantee on the behalf of my friend Asgar Imamverdiev. But a week later I noticed some problems in the screen of computer and I went to Alma Store for asking about this problem. I was told that this problem happens in all computers. Afterwards the same problem happened again. I took the computer to Apple technical service in Baku and I was told that there's a serious problem in the display.
    Showing my one year guarantee, I required a new computer. But I was told the following: "Wait, we'll order a detail, it will arrive in a month. So we'll repair the problematic part and will let you know. If you wish, take a computer till the arrival of spare part. When the part arrives, we'll let you know."
    I don't want a repaired computer. Besides, if I wait for a month, my work will be delayed. For that reason, I ask you to susbstitude my problematic computer with a new one.

    Hey guys, I've just recently bought a second hand iPhone 5s off of ebay for christmas. It's cost me £260.00 plus £8.00 delivery costs I have full proof of purchase including receipts and have also already rung apple's support team as well as taking the phone to local phone repair stores it's clear to me that I have no other options than to get in contact with the phone's previous owner but, I currently cannot view the whole email address even after making an appointment with apple in Westfield yesterday they were quite adamant about me contacting the previous owner but not sure how i'm going to do that when I can't see an email address displayed clearly on the activation screen.

    If a second-hand iOS device has been 'Activation locked' then only the previous owner can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
    If you are unable to contact him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all. Apple cannot unlock it for you nor find the previous owner.
    You should if possible return it to eBay or the seller and ask for a refund as in this event the device is completely useless: the vendor has sold you a brick - I don't know whether eBay have a complaints procedure which might help you.
