Complete item in sourcing - the item remains in sourcing cockpit

Hi,
In sourcing cockpit when pressing Complete Item / Requirement to be completed the items will not disappear in the worklist. This is only the case in our production environment and not in development.
Anybody knows why? I haven't been able to find a note for this.
We have SRM Server 5.5.

Yes, the pop-up says Requirement to be completed.
We are in SAPKIBKT12 which makes the notes included. Thank you though.
But, we are using Swedish in production and there is the difference as Georg pointed out! I changed to Swedish in Development and then it failed there as well.
Do you have a clue why this happens and how to correct it?

Just an update...
I took my computer into the Apple Store and they gave me a new battery (again). I also erased my hard drive and reinstalled Lion. I am still having the same problem with my battery icon not counting down (when i have the power cord unplugged). Another thing I may have not talked about is when I unplug my power adapter from my MacBook the screen used to dim slightly, It no longer does that. Hmm. And yes I have checked the power settings.
I am seeing a big difference in my new battery though. The 6 month old battery I was using before my replacement wasn't lasting but maybe and hour before completely turning off my laptop. SInce I got my replacement battery I am back to a regular battery life. Maybe a couple issues going on here...
As a fix, I purchased Battery Guard from the app store and placed the icon on my tool bar. It actually counts down my battery life as a percentage. So its a huge help. I just don't know why the native Mac icon isn't working properly?? One thing I have noticed is the 3rd party app will only count down using a Percentage. But, like the native Mac icon it will not count down using time. Something else to add... After using my battery, and I plug my MacBook back in, the battery icon will count up. Kinda strange that it will count up but not down.

Why SAP keEp editable Contract FIELD /ITEM in the workarea sourcing cockpit

Hi All
Why SAP kept editable (easy to enter) a contract in the work area of the sourcing cockpit.
since buyer may enter irrelavant contract w.r.t shopping cart right.
Any specific reason?
Unfortuntaely buyers enter any contract which is not relavant to contract details to create a PO...
PO also successfully created w.r.t contract and PO release values are updated in contract too.
Hope that for specific reason SAP kept the same as easy enter. why?
buyers can use propose source of supply right? why SAP made it editable entry here .Why design kept CONTRACT entry become manual. here . it really confuses me .

The little box, next to the reminder on the reminder page. Touch it, and it puts a check mark there, i suppose to mean completed. Leave the app. When you go back, the items are gone. ( at least on mine...)

Some SC Items not getting transferred to sourcing cockpit

Hi,
Even after the SC is complete, approved and the "sourcing is always carried out" setting is maintained in the config, still some requirements are not transferred to sourcing cockpit.
The sourcing relevant indicator in BBP_PDIGP table is set to blank.
In table CRM_JEST the SC status is approved but the item status is not changing to "Item in transfer process- inactive".
We are now forced to run FM BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER manually for those SC's to push them to the sourcing worklist of the buyers.
Can someone please say why?

Find Your SC in transaction BBP_PD and check 'organizations' fields (table BBP_PDORG).
There should be list of purchasers. Logon to any purchaser listed in BBP_PD and look at Sourcing.
If You don't find your SC, check following in SPRO:
- SRM Imp. Guide -> Supplier Relat. Managm. -> SRM Server -> Technical Basic Settings -> Define Backend System for Product Category
- SRM Imp. Guide -> Supplier Relat. Managm. -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Define Objects in Backend System (purch. req...)
SRM Imp. Guide -> Supplier Relat. Managm. -> SRM Server -> Sourcing -> Define interactive Sourcing for Product Categories

CMS - Items remain "Waiting for assembly", even after succesfull assembly

When we assemble components in the Integration Directory track, the assembly is succesfull and the components appear in the approval tab.
But... the components remain in the assembly tab with state "Waiting for assembly" (there are also corresponding entries with state "assembled"). The components also remain in state "Waiting for assembly" after approving or rejecting.
We have checked the How to guides several times and searched sdn and sap notes, but could not find any leads.
We would really appreciate if anybody could help us.

anyways, how is it possible that after the complete format, the ACL problem remains.
what about removing the recovery partition.
the reason I want it to be done is to get rid of the problems I had with the new installation, tham I'm afraid will not be fixed otherwise: crashing apple applications (safari quitted unexpectedly), slow performance, computer freezes, GUI lags (copying 138 items to another folder stucks and I have to relounch finder) and other animation bugs at almost everywhere on the system.
restoring lion clone and turning on the time machine sounds like the last option right now...
and I'll be happy to hear opinions about what to do with the backed up data on the external hdd permissions.

Alert - Items were canceled in Sourcing Cockpit

When a Item is "Rejected" from Sourcing Cockpit, an alter "Items were canceled in Sourcing Cockpit" is created for the user in Work overview.
The alert alone doesn't give the user any clue what Shopping Cart / item is cancelled. I tried to use the transaction ALRTCATDEF but not sure how to add the shopping cart / item number to the message.
Any help is well appreciated.

Delivery Completed checkbox provides a lot of fonctionality like an additional delivery is not expected, but is possible. If you prevent posting of migo , you can benefit from system messages M7 163 and 254.
You want to ensure that the delivery is made before the planned delivery date : Set message 254.
You want to ensure last possible delivery date : Set message 163.
However ;
The open PO quantity of the PO item equals zero.
The PO item is no longer relevant for materials planning.
The PO item is ignored when letters urging delivery of overdue goods are generated.
The PO item can be deleted and archived.
You can specify whether the Delivery Completed checkbox is to be selected automatically.

Incomplete items in catalog. Only complete items were transferred

Hi Gurus,
Need your expert advise on below scenario:
We are on SRM5.0 using classic scenario. We have created material in SAP. Materials created will supposedly be reflected in SRM and can be viewed in table COMM_PRODUCT, but there is no entry of this material in the table upon creation. We have checked SMQ2 and and found that they were stuck in the system. We have triggered material change but another entry in SMQ2 for this particular material has been created.
Weird thing is that contract has been created for this material and has been uploaded in CCM without any error. However, during shopping cart creation when requestors were trying to shop this item error "Incomplete items in catalog. Only complete items were transferred " appears.
Please advise on how we can push the material from SAP to SRM.

Please flag Dont check product ,so this product will not be checked in SRM.
so the check will not happen in ebp .so you complete the card first.
However if you try to bring material from r/3 to ebp. Please dont flag Dont check product. option is yours.
check r3am1/smq1/smq2/smw01/slg1 log area and make ensure that your filter condition is correct.

How to set button for 'View' and see Completed items or not completed inside Tasks?

You want to set custom views for Tasks folder so that when we click a view button, it will show all Completed or incomplete tasks, am I correct?
Which version of Outlook are you using? There are existing views for completed/incomplete tasks in Outlook. In Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013, we can find the buttons under View tab > Change View. Click Completed button to view all completed
tasks; Click Active button to view incomplete tasks.
In Outlook 2007, just click View > Current View to switch between different views.
If I've misunderstood something, please feel free to let me know.

Shopping cart item not appearing in sourcing cockpit

Hi,
I have an issue which is related to sourcing activity.
I ordered a shopping cart and the status is approved the product category is set to sourcing always carried out after ordering when I check the status of the line item it is showing that the line item is in purchaser work list,but when I login as a purchaser I am not able to see the cart in sourcing cockpit.
I have maintained strategic and operational purchaser roles for that user and product responsibility for that pruchasing group even then line item is not appearing in sourcing cockpit can any one among you throw some light on this.

Hi SRM Gurus,
We are using SRM 1.0 with Requisite catalogue.
We are able to connect, shop and add to their shopping cart.
However, after they click the Transfer button, the items do not transfer into their system. The shop displays an error "Incomplete items in catalog. Only complete items were transferred" message from the shop.
They have checked their SLG1 logs and the we are getting the error message that <b>S:BBP_PU:349</b>.
We are not getting the error message.
Could you please let me know what is the error message. I would appreciate if you send me the reply ASAP.

Hi Ramesh,
The following SAP Note is very useful to get additional data when you have Catalogue errors : Note 487917. This note, once applied will give details to what has been transfered via OCI and which components have failed in SLG1.
Jason is correct in saying that there are duplicates but I believe the error occurs due to assigning a product type (material or service), via the OCI. This product type is needed to distinguish between materials and services if a material and a service have the same number.
At present, the product type is ignored. If there are a material and a service with the same number, this leads to error message "Incomplete item data" during the return from the catalog since no unique assignment is possible in the system.
SAP note 519671 should address this error. Hope it helps.

Hi Dear Experts,
I need your help again.
I`m working with extended classic scenario (SRM 5.0 and R/3 4.7)
I have a big issue in my process: I need to choose the type of PO by item in sourcing cockpig, but that needs to be done manually by the user, because I don`t have rule of business to include in the program for automatically determining the type of PO - by the system (like Pgroup or POrganization).
I checked the note 1052650 - Sourcing cockpit: Split criteria for creating follow-on docs, but this note doesn`t resolve my issue.
I need to include one new field in item level (Sourcing cockpit) and use this new field in split_po_loc_cmp_criteria.
Someone knows if it`s possible or not to resolve this issue ? Or Someone knows wich badi ou other criteria I need to use for solution this big problem ???

But at logon under the Ukrainian language function doesn't work. At logon under English language function in SOCO works.
How can it be? And why?

either you need to install the Ukrainian language completely (including supplementation) or if you plan to use the translation workbench for mass translation, you need to translate the texts included in the application you use.
Please note: If you plan to use Translation Workbench (SE63) for mass translation, supplementation in that system should be avoided (see e.g. SAP Note 353852) !
