Condition records will be stopre in which table

Hi Gurus,
Freight, discount,Taxes condition types are maintaining in pricing procedure. whenever we run the transaction above condtions will trigger and calulate the based on the order quantity. After that this amount will be stored in particular table.
In which table that amount will be stored
Prem

Condition records are stored in KONH and KONP.
You need to extract the values using teh joint
KONH-KNUMH = KONP-KNUMH.
There are also other tables for scales like KONM, KONW. But KONH and KONP are the basic ones.

  • Condition Record PB00 gets deleted from A018 table

    Hi Gurus-
Could anyone of you explain how the PB00 condition is getting deleted from A018 table (Purch Org Level Condition)? It looks like some batch job is randomly setting the Valid to Date A018-DATBI to yesterday's date and today there is no valid time dependent condition.
    I don't know any process/program that accesses PB00 condition in table A018 other than MEK1 or MEK4.
Does SD condition type change has any impact in Purchasing Price (PB00). Although all the Rate/Price is stored in the same table KONP but separated by application area and table (A017, A018, A071, A073).
Can anybody shed some lights on this please?

Thanks for your reply. We know the user name who is making the change in A018. It is a batch user ID that makes the change but we have about 100 differentg background batch job that is scheduled everyday and I went through every one of them but did not raise any flag.
And the worst part is since it is done by the batch user id (batch job), there is no change record (if I try to do MEK3-Environment>display changes) not even an entry in CDHDR table or CDPOS table.
Trying to see if you guys know of any SD or MM program that accesses that table and set the valid to field to yesterdays date and create a new condition record (KNUMH) with valid to date 31.12.9999 and rate (value) to 0.00?
Please let me know if you have any suggestion.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Service Tax Condition record - Table-3 and access sequence MWST

    Dear All,
For maintaining the service tax conditon record , it is required to have the condition record to maintain under Tax classification table, which is available in access sequence MWST or we can add this condition table( table no :3) in any other access sequence and that access sequence needs to be assigned in Service tax condition type i.e JSRT, becasue system will check the rates from the table A003 while doing the service tax transfer from intermediate account to service tax account in report RFUMSV50.
But the issue in there is NO validity period defined in the condition table : 3 , which signifies that we can not maintain the service tax condition record along with the validity period.
Is there any way , we can add validity period field in Tax classification table.
and how can we see the maintainace of Taxes table , is there any T.code avaiable for the same, as I could't find the same.\
    Please suggest.
    Thanks & Regards
    Nitin

    Hi Nitin,
SD can give validity period for a tax code either for an individual customer or for all the customers through their pricing conditions.

  • SD: Condition record not getting automatically determined

    Hi,
Condition record not getting automatically determined for a condition type for which following access is maintained.
The access has table containing following fields:
    Sales Organisation
    Distribution Channel
    Division
    Sales Document type
    Sales Document No.
    Material no.
    Following is the scenario:
A sales order is created  for Project Systems attach a WBS element to the line item .
With respect to the above created sales order a Billing request ( a sales doc. type which is different than the above sales order). When the billing request is created materials appearing in the line item will be different.Different materials will appear in the billing request because of the DIP profile maintained.
The prerequisite is that before creating billing request the sales employee has to maintain condition master record with above access. The condition record will combine sales organisation, distribution channel, division, sales document type ,
sales document number ( the 1st refered sales order)
    and the material are different
than the ones maintained in the 1st sales order.
This will enable in getting billing request generated without manual intervention in pricing for other materials for which condition records have been maintained as stated above.
Following is the error message we get
    ===================================
" Inactive        X   Inactive via formulae of incorrect "

As I know, thats just a warning message(if its a std one).
    Ignore it and save.
Check your pricing date of the document. For execution it should be similar or after valid-from date maintain in condition record.
But, you need not create a condition record. Simply change the existing one combination of your desire. But, this warning will come there also for your combination.

  • Additional Field for Condition Record ..............

    Hi Gurus
    Plz read the Question Properly
I know that for adding a new field as key field for condition record , one needs to append the structure( main ) KOMPAZ so that the field appears in KOMP structure .
Say want Shiiping Point as one of fields in Condition Records. ....VSTEL field
Now when the field appears in KOMP , then we can CREATE CONDITION RECORD FOR THE SAME
FOR EG: *SALES ORG - DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL-CUSTOMER-SHIPPING POINT-MATERIAL..... BASED MATERIAL PRICING
    WHAT I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND
1.WHY WE PASS SHIPPING POINT ( VSTEL) FIELD FROM LIKP -VSTEL TABLE TO NEW FIELD DEFINED.
2.LIKE SALES ORG/ DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL ALSO ARE DEFINED IN ENTERPRISE STRUCTURE AND VALUE IN CONDITION RECORD IS PICKED FROM THERE ONLY, WHY NOT SHIPPING POINT.
    WHY THIS ??????....
Supply the new field you defined by including the following source code line in
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP:
    MOVE xxxx-VSTEL TO TKOMP-ZZVSTEL.
In order processing you find the user exit in Include MV45AFZZ, and in billing document processing you find it in Include RV60AFZZ.
    Regards
    Rohit

    > Plz read the Question Properly
I read the question properly ;-).
    > WHAT I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND
    >
    > 1.WHY WE PASS SHIPPING POINT ( VSTEL) FIELD FROM LIKP -VSTEL TABLE TO NEW FIELD DEFINED.
The first thing you need to understand is that the condition records value is not based upon the the enterprise structure which you have defined. Rather it will pick value from the sales documents which we have created. The reason behind including this LIKP-VSTEL is that only, Just imagine, where you are using condition records??? in Sales order, in delivery, in billing..... and based on the data passed in these documents your condition records will be populated.
Again for example : you have maintained record for Sales org 1000, DC 10, division 00 shipping point 1000 then the record will come into the document provided the document should fulfill these all.
I hope this will make you understand this.
    > 2.LIKE SALES ORG/ DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL ALSO ARE DEFINED IN ENTERPRISE STRUCTURE AND VALUE IN CONDITION RECORD IS PICKED FROM THERE ONLY, WHY NOT SHIPPING POINT.
No the records are only coming from the Sales documents. only.
    Thanks,
    Raja

  • Pricing condition records should not be picked up

    Hi,
I have configured a scenario for Supplementary Invoice for which I created a new sales order type. The requirement is such that this order type should not pick the pricing condition records that have been created in VK11. Please suggest how can this be configured.
Do I have to use any Userexits, if so which one?
    Regards,
    Abhishek

As mentioned by you, you have created a new Sales Order Type, you can create a new document pricing procedure, based on which you can determine a new pricing procedure.
To configure new Document Pricing Procedure:
IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Define Document Pricing Procedure. (Maintain the new Document Pricing Procedure in new Sales Order Type)
Maintain a new Pricing Procedure, maintaining the Condition Types as manual. Maintain the determination of Pricing Procedure appropriately.
    Pricing Procedure Determination:
In SD, Pricing Procedure is determined (T.Code: OVKK) based on Sales Area (Sales Organization + Distribution Centre + Division) + Customer Pricing Procedure + Document Pricing Procedure. Sales Area is determined in Sales Order Header Level. Customer Pricing Procedure is determined from Customer Master. Document Pricing Procedure is determined from Sales Document Type / Billing Type (if configured). Once the pricing procedure is determined, Condition records are fetched. If appropriate condition records are found, the price is determined. If Mandatory pricing condition is missing, system will through an error message.
    Pricing Procedure Configuration:
In SD, the steps to configure Pricing procedure are as under:
    Step 1:
Condition table (T.Code: V/04): If existing condition table meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition table. Considering the requirement for new condition table, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Table (select the required fields combination, which will store condition record).
    Step 2:
Access Sequence (T.Code: V/07): If existing access sequence meets the requirement, we need not create a new access sequence. Considering the requirement for new sequence, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Access Sequence (Access sequence is made up of Accesses (Tables) & the order of priority in which it is to be accessed. Here we assign the condition table to access sequence.
    Step 3:
Condition Type (T.Code: V/06): If existing condition type meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition type. Considering the requirement for new condition type, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Type. It is always recommended to copy an existing similar condition type & make the neccessary changes. Here we assign Access sequence to Condition type.
    Step 4:
    a. Pricing Procedure (T.Code: V/08):  It is recommended to copy a similar pricing procedure & make the neccesary changes in new pricing procedure. Pricing Procedure is a set of condition type & arranged in the sequence in which it has to perform the calculation. Considering the requirement for new Pricing Procedure, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Maintain Pricing Procedure.
    b. Pricing Procedure (T.Code: VOK0): After maintaining the pricing procedure the next step will be determination of pricing procedure. Configuration for determining pricing procedure in SPRO is as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Determine Pricing Procedure.
    5. Condition record (T.Code: VK11 / VK12): Condition record is a master data, which is required to be maintained by Core team / person responsible from the client. During new implementation, the condition records can be uploaded using tools like SCAT, LSMW, etc. Condition Record is maintained in T.Code: VK11 / VK12, which are captured in Sales Order & Billing.
Also check document pricing procedure in Sales Document Type (T.Code: VOV8 - Sales order Type, VOFA: Billing Type (If Required)), customer pricing procedure in Customer Master Data (T.Code: XD02), ... are in place.

  • Export NAVS condition records

I am trying to find out a way to export to csv or excel the NAVS records.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
For example, something that would look like this (these fields):
Country     Material group          Tax ind f plant     Tax ind f acct assg     Tax code
    US     C010     Professional Services           2                1                           S7
I know that you can export from the Condition Info area (MEK3->Condition Info->Display condition records) but that export does not include the Tax Code which is what I really need.

    Hi Allison,
SAP doesn’t make it easy to look at this data for multiple records, as the data is stored across multiple tables.
You can download the data into Excel for each table using SE16 and then use a vlookup to link the data together.
First download the condition records from the table A??? that stores your condition records – you can find the table name by looking at the technical information behind the selection parameters in transaction MEK3.
The condition item details (including the tax code) are stored in table KONP and the two tables are linked together by the condition record number field KNUMH. If your system is anything like ours, KONP is huge (9 million records + ), so you will need to us the condition record numbers that you downloaded from table A??? as selection parameters for KONP so that you only get the records that you need. You can copy the column from the spreadsheet and paste it from the clipboard into the selection parameters. Note that the condition record numbers have leading zeros which are stripped out by Excel, so you will need to put them back in before copying the column – use the Concatenate function in Excel to do this.
The other alternative is to either write a program or a query to do the same thing, but I think it’s quicker and easier to use SE16 and Excel.
    Hope this makes sense,
    Monika

  • Condition record is missing in sales order

can u please help me on my issue,my issue is in my sales order there are the different types of materials are there,on which the tax is applicable as12.5% on few materials,20% on few materials,on service materials tax is 10%, 2%, 1%,depending on this i have mapped the conditions and it is calculating accordingly, but when i  see in sales order by selecting one material, when i go to conditions, analysis of that particular line item,it shows 10% 2% 1% condition records are missing, same wise verse when i select another condition and see the analysis it shows 12.5% condition record is missing, when i go and select the another condition,if i check the analysis it shows 20% tax condition record is missing, but its not throwing any error, and showing document is complete, can any one suggest is it the right procedure or i have to make any changes in to it.

    Hi
I see no issue in this. It is correct system behaviour.
When you have different tax rates for different materials, obviously the condition records will be accessed based on the entries maintained for each material.
E.g For material with 12.5% tax rate when you check in vk13, you will find only that entry and no entries for 20% and 10%, 2% and 1%.
So the access sequence fetches only what has been maintained in VK11 for each material.
This is absolutely fine. Go ahead and save the order.

  • Pricing Condition type controls- Formula and condition records

    Hello experts
I have one question in pricing.
Is it possible to determine the value of a single condition type by means of the maintained condition records vs a formula depending on the scenario?
Eg- In my case for the requirement is:-
If in my sales order the item category is X or Y then i need to use the condition records to determine the value of the condition type  say ZCON but if the item category is Z then i need to use a custom formula?
Can this scenario be achieved using only one condition type with the appropriate formula or do i have to maintain separate condition types to achieve it?
    Thanks for your inputs.

I believe it can be achieved with the single condition type. Since the routine assigned in the Requirement in pricing procedure controls the system's access to condition records...create a new VOFM routine which should check the item category and if satisfied, the condition records will be accessed.
If the requirement fails and a value is not determined, the routine in the alternate calculation type should handle the calculation (based on PR00 value etc.,) and determining the value for this condition type. If not possible this way, should be able to handle this requirement through a userexit.
Your condition type should be configured allowing both automatic and manual entries.
This is just a wild guess.

  • Link between customer and condition records

    Hi All,
I am developing a pricing report which display prices and condition types with customer numbers where can we can find out the the link between customer and condition record?
    Thanks&Regars

    hi,
customer tables start with K such as KNA1, KONV.
Conditions are stored in several tables:
    KONH, KONP are most important general tables;
so check the link between those tables like

  • Most Specific Condition Records

    Team,
Pl let me know, the Most specific of Condition Records of all these and which is most general.
    Sales Org/ Customer/ Material.
    Sales Org/ Price List/ Material
Can you please explain how it is most specific.
    Best Regards
    Durai

    Hi,
    Create a condition record with combination of 1)Sales Org/ Customer/ Material=100 then for 2)
Sales Org/ Price List/ Material=200. in your access sequence for the required condition type mark the Exclusive indicators, so that it will search for the most specific record
then create the sales order as required.
    Hope this will help u.

  • Tracking deleted pricing condition records

    Hello,
I Have a condition record for a condition type with a  particular price of USD 100 with validity date from 1.10.09 to 30.10.09.
Now we create another condition record for the same condition type with a new price of USD 50 with same valid date from 1.10.09 to 30.10.09..
So now the systems delete the old condition reocord of USD 100.This is standard sap.
Now I want to know is there any way of tracking the deleted condition records like  the ones the system has deleted. If there is no standard report and if we have to develop a Z report, then how to develop that since the tables do not contain the old conditon records.
    regards
    sachin

    Hi,
Yes, from the condition table that you are going to maintain the condition records (check the condition table assigned to the access sequence, from the condition type), we will get all the condition records maitained for specific combination/material
Now go to se16 and enter the condition table name and give the proper selection criteria then you will get all the condition record numbers maintained to your selection with validity dates. then you can go to KONP and pass the condition record and you can get the condition values for that particular combination with proper validity dates.
(Actually from VK13/VK12 based on validity date that we have mentioned in the selection screen will display the condition record valid on that paricular date, from the system those condition records will not be deleted at all)
    OR
There are two possible methods of displaying change documents:
Choose Environment -> Changes -> For condition record.
Change data for the selected condition record(s) will be displayed.
Choose Environment -> Changes -> Report.
A selection screen will appear where you can choose multiple criteria for displaying change documents. The result of the selection report is displayed.

  • Trace changes to Output Condition Records MN05

    Hi Friends
Is there any way to trace changes to Output Condition Records made via MN05 ?  NACH table gives initial creation of the condition record, date of creation, User ID of who created it, etc.  This table also displays the updated changes but not the change history, as to who changed and when it was changed.
    Thankyou
    Francis

No these changes are  not logged in CDHDR and CDPOS.  there, only expected changes are logged, means there is a program part in the application program that is resposible to write this change logs.
In this thread we are speaking about table change logs. Hence the table name you have to  enter is the condition table for which you have set the log indicator in SE11.

  • Change Logs for condition record

    Hi Experts,
Is it possible to see the Change logs of condition records ?
    Regards,
    Venkata Prasanna.R

Condition tables do not have change logs.
But you can define that a table log is written.
    You do that in SE11
Enter your conditon table, click change, then click the technical settings button and set the indicator to log data changes
