I want to create a condition table for Taxing procedure with application <b>TX</b>  with the following fields : <b>Plant , Control Code</b>
Kindly tell me the SPRO path where i can create a condition table for Taxes.
Regards
Jyotsna

Dear Jyotsna,
We can create taxes in two ways.one is FICO side and another one is SD side
in FICO side you can do in FTXP
in SD you can do OVK1
hope this helps you

  • Condition table creation in pricing procedure

    Dear Sir ,
I have some queries relating to Condition table used in aceess sequence in pricing procedure .
Whether a ne w condition table is transportable from DEV to Production server or not . OR it is to be directly created in Production server .
    thanks & regards
    Shailendra

For access sequence Workbech request is created. If you want to transport in developenment server  from one client to another  then their is no need to transport as these comes under cross client. And if you want to transport it to quality server or production server then you need to transport through proper work bench request
Please create a request not create directly into production server
    hope this will help you

  • Transparent table field for Tax Indicator on Material Master

I am trying to find the transparent table which holds the Tax indicator field for material in the purchasing view of a material master. Usually it has values - 0,1. Where is this field stored ? I am unable to locate it. I looked into CDPOS..It points to DMLAN. But that is a structure..
TAXIM is the field ( Tax Ind. f. Material). I need to retrieve this field for a report).

  • Table SAP for Tax when parked document

    Hi All,
I have a probelm, when I parked document in FV60. I cannot take the tax amount with standard table SAP.
I can find expense in Table VBSEGS and Vendor in Table VBSEGK. But I cannot find the tax amount for VAT and WHT in Table VBSET and WITH_ITEM. Please kindly need your advice, if you know the right table to store the amount of tax when parking document.
    Thanks,
    John

    Hi All,
Thnaks for your reply. Pramitha, I have try to VBSEG, but it is a structure not a table. Murali, Are you sure that SAP didn't save the tax date when document is parked? Because I have to take the tax amount from table when the document is parked. Please, give me your idea about it.

  • Best Practice Table Creation for Multiple Customers, Weekly/Monthly Sales Data in Multiple Fields

We have an homegrown Access database originally designed in 2000 that now has an SQL back-end.  The database has not yet been converted to a higher format such as Access 2007 since at least 2 users are still on Access 2003.  It is fine if suggestions
will only work with Access 2007 or higher.
I'm trying to determine if our database is the best place to do this or if we should look at another solution.  We have thousands of products each with a single identifier.  There are customers who provide us regular sales reporting for what was
sold in a given time period -- weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly time periods being most important.  This reporting may or may not include all of our product identifiers.  The reporting is typically based on calendar-defined timing although we have
some customers who have their own calendars which may not align to a calendar month or calendar year so recording the time period can be helpful.
Each customer's sales report can contain anything from 1,000-20,000 rows of products for each report.  Each customer report is different and they typically have between 4-30 columns of data for each product; headers are consistently named.  The
product identifiers included may vary by customer and even within each report for a customer; the data in the product identifier row changes each week.  Headers include a wide variety of data such as overall on hand, overall on order, unsellable on hand,
returns, on hand information for each location or customer grouping, sell-through units information for each location or customer grouping for that given time period, sell-through dollars information for each location or customer grouping for that given time
period,  sell-through units information for each location or customer grouping for a cumulative time period (same thing for dollars), warehouse on hands, warehouse on orders, the customer's unique categorization of our product in their system, the customer's
current status code for that product, and so on.
Currently all of this data is stored in a multitude of Excel spreadsheets (by customer, division and time period).  Due to overall volume of information and number of Excel sheets, cross-referencing can take considerable time.  Is it possible to
set-up tables for our largest customers so I can create queries and pivot tables to more quickly look at sales-related information by category, by specific product(s), by partner, by specific products or categories across partners, by specific products or
categories across specific weeks/months/years, etc.  We do have a separate product table so only the product identifier or a junction table may be needed to pull in additional information from the product table with queries.  We do need to maintain
    the sales reporting information indefinitely.
I welcome any suggestions, best practice or resources (books, web, etc).
    Many thanks!

I assume you want to migrate to SQL Server.
Your best course of action is to hire a professional database designer for a short period like a month.
Once you have the database, you need to hire a professional DBA to move your current data from Access & Excel into the new SQL Server database.
Finally you have to hire an SSRS professional to design reports for your company.
It is also beneficial if the above professionals train your staff while building the new RDBMS.
Certain senior SQL Server professionals may be able to do all 3 functions in one person: db design, database administration/ETL & business intelligence development (reports).

  • Reg: Table creation for generic source

    Hai,
I tried to create generic data source using a table that I created. But when I tried to enter entries into the table using se16 transaction, one field is not at all coming.
I didnt understand why this field is not coming. I checked the enhancement category, but that is allowing too.. I changed the position of that field in the table and tried. But still its not coming in se16 create entries..
What can be the problem. When we check the table in se12, that field we able to see.. When we check through se16 also its available. Only when we want to make entries its not coming..
Can someone help me to resolve this issue..

    Hi,
Yes I am able to see the filed in the data source also.
I want to do flat file loading. So I am using LSMW recording for the same. So in se16 i need to create dummy entries. But as this filed is not coming, I cant populate.
When i tried outside lsmw also in SE16 that filed is not there.

  • Condition types for Tax

    Hi,
I have included a Condition Type CTX1 for tax in Canada. It does not show up in my order, even though it has not been marked manual or statistical.
Can you tell me what i need to do so that i get to see the actual value being taxed from my base price?
    Thanks and Regards,
       Aditya

the informatin wqht you provided is inadequate anyways taking granted that you have maintained condition records for that cond type as you are sayin it is a tax condition type you need to maintain the appropriate indicators to get that condtype in your order like ,.  tax indicator for customer master record and material mster record and not only that u should do tax determinatin and then in your condtion records maintain tax with appropriat tax codes hope thos tax codes are given by FI pepole.
and as the above guy mentioned u can eaily do analysis in sales order by go to item level conditions .......bottom analsis and check for ur cond type on left hand side and then read the message on right hand side.
    revert back nay further,.

  • Cannot find a field for creating a condition table

    Hi all,
I m trying to create a shipment scenarios which involves shipment cost based on prices,boxes,material....etc. to start with i tried to create a condition table, here the key combination needs to have the filed 'boxes' in it. I am not able to find it even in the master table. Is there any other place whr i can find it or how can i add this into the list?(master table)
    any input is highly appreciated.
    regards/aryan.

    Hi
Try to ad the filed from the field catalog ,In case the required combination field is not there u can add the field through the following process to filed catalog and create the condition table.
It is most common that one or other time we need to use this function while configuring multi tasking & complex Pricing Architecture.
Here Aim giving a simple guide to add fields to the Pricing Field Catalogues:
For example you want to use field PSTYV ('Sales document item category') that is included in structure KOMP ('Pricing Communication Item') as a key for a condition table.
When you create a condition table (Transaction V/03), however, the system does not propose the field in the field catalog.
Condition access, field catalog, allowed fields, KOMG, KOMK, KOMP, KOMPAZ, KOMKAZ, PSTYV are the other terms which we need to know about, to add Fields.
    Reason and Prerequisites
For technical reasons, field PSTYV was included in structure KOMP, however, not in structure KOMG ('Allowed Fields for Condition Structures').
    Proceed as follows:
    1. Call up the ABAP Dictionary (Transaction SE11) and create data type ZZPSTYV. Choose PSTYV as a domain. As a short text, you can use, for example, 'ZZ - sales document item category' and as a field label, you can use the field labels of PSTYV.Save, check and activate your entries.
    2. Call up structure KOMPAZ in the ABAP Dictionary (Transaction SE11) in the change mode and make the following entry:
    Component Component type
    ZZPSTYV ZZPSTYV
Save, check and activate the change you made.
    3. Note:Because of the change in structure KOMPAZ, field ZZPSTYV is now known in structures KOMG and KOMP because structure KOMPAZ is included in both structures.
    4. Call up Transaction SPRO. Navigate to 'Sales and Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Pricing Control' and execute 'Define Condition Tables'.
Choose 'Conditions: Allowed fields' and include ZZPSTYV as a new entry.
    5. Note:Now you can use field ZZPSTYV as a key field when you create a condition table Axxx.
    6. Supply the new field you defined by including the following source code line in USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP:
    MOVE xxxx-PSTYV TO TKOMP-ZZPSTYV.
In order processing you find the user exit in Include MV45AFZZ, and in billing document processing you find it in Include RV60AFZZ.
Consider that you can also use this note as a help if you want to use other customer-specific fields as key fields in a condition table.
For header fields, use structure KOMKAZ instead of structure KOMPAZ and USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK instead of USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP.
For more information, see Transaction SPRO via the path 'Sales and Distribution -> System Modifications -> Create New Fields (Using Condition Technique) -> New Fields for Pricing' and OSS Note 21040.

  • New Condition Table not working in Sales order

    Dear All,
I am facing problem in pricing procedure. I have created new condition table(LIFNR & ROUTE), included Vendor(Fwd Agent) and Route in condition table with sales area. I have added that condition table in access sequence and assigned access sequence to condition type. Then Condition type added into pricing procedure and assigned pricing procedure to document type.
In sales order I've added route and fwd agent but while checking in analysis system does not determine route and fwd agent.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Kaushal

    hi,
i have a query to ask why you need LIFNR in condition table creation.
where in sales order it will trigger automatically.
please check the config settings for route determiantion automatically.
so that if route comes automatically into the sales order then from where you will trigger LIFNR.
    please clarify.
    regards,
    balajia.

  • Condition table field order

    Hello folks,
Is it important to list the fields in a condition table in the proper order ?
I do not think so and like to clarify with you pls.
    regards
    Ravi

    Hi
A condition table defines the combination of fields (the key) that identifies an individual condition record. A condition record is how the system stores the specific condition data that you enter in the system as condition records. For example, when you enter the price for a product or a special discount for a good customer, you create individual condition records.
    Example
    Example of a Condition Table
A sales department creates condition records for customer-specific material prices. The standard R/3 System includes condition table 005 for this purpose. The key of table 005 includes the following fields:
    Sales organization
    Distribution channel
    Customer
    Material
The first two fields identify important organizational data and the last two fields express the relationship between customers and specific materials. When the sales department creates a condition record for a material price or discount that is specific to one customer, the system automatically uses condition table 005 to define the key and store the record.
    AS per SAP Help
