Condition Type appear twice in PO Header in Change mode

Hi Gurus,
I have done the following steps:
1. I have created an import PO and added few Freight Conditions in the header, and Customs Condition in Line item
2. I have booked a customs invoice against the PO. (MIRO posted for Planned Delivery Costs)
3. Now when I go to the change mode of the PO, then in the header I can see same condition type twice, one with the value maintained earlier and another with value 0.
Issue:
I should not be seeing the condition type twice in header.
Please help me resolve the issue as early as possible.
Thanks in Advance.
Regards,
Ankush

Hi Ankush,
Make sure that header conditions are marked as header only and same for item condirions in m/06
try creating a new PO after making these changes

  • Condition Types appearing two times in a Purchase Order

    Hi,
The condition types are same in supplementary schema (for Info Record) and Purchase Order Calculation Schema. When I put some value against a condition type under conditions in Info Record then that condition type appears 2 times in the purchase order. It seems the condition type appears 1st time (with value from Info Record) because it is picked from Info Record and 2nd time (with no value) from the Purchase Order Calculation Schema.
The requirement is condition type should appear only single time in PO (by default) with or without value in spite of having info record. In case some value is maintained in Info Record then the condition type should appear with value but in a single line in PO which can be edited if required. There should not be second line of same condition type by default in PO.
Can anyone provide some idea to resolve this?
    Thanks in advance

There is only 1 condition line (apart from PB00), which comes 2 times in PO by default, in MEK2 and also one condition line (one line was deleted and then saved) in last PO (from the Info Record). But the condition type still comes 2 times while creating a new PO.
Please provide some more answer to resolve this issue.
    Thanks in advance

  • Condition NAVS appearing twice

    Dear All,
For particular material and vendor combination Condition NAVS is appearing twice in condition tab.
I have removed info record from PO then it got corrected but i am not able to know what was the reason for NAVS coming twice...
Also after saving PO info record again is displaying and this time NAVS is not displaying twice...!
    What could b the reason?
    Naren..

Looks like you are in the post mortem mode. Let me try to help you with your investigation.
In the same PO conditions tab, try maintaining NAVS manually, so you will now have to NAVS conditions. This gets updated in the order history and the info record.
Now try creating another PO with the same vendor / material combination, NAVS will appear twice.
Someone in the past might have manually entered NAVS once again, resulting in this problem. You can stop this by ensuring that duplicate entries are not allowed (ikn the condition type configuration).

  • Condition Type entered twice per item

    Dear SAP Guru's,
I have an issue. In the sales order discount condition types can be entered manually. I want to restrict the condition type to enter once only, system should not allow to enter the same condition type for more than once (per item). Can anybody through some light on this.
    Thanking you,
    Rajam

    Dear Rajam,
    Do the following:
    1. Mark exclusion indicator for all the tables in access sequence for the discount condition type.
    2. Go to V/06 for discount condition type & there is a field for manual entry, change it to not allowed.

    Hi,
Ask your ABAP consultant to check program MV45AFZZ.
Here in item pricing update i.e
          FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP   *
    write   PERFORM preisfindung_gesamt(sapmv45a) USING charc.
where charc is  'C' (copy manual pricing elements & redetermine others) or you may also use 'G'(Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes.)
    This surely works.

  • DIFF condition appearing twice

    Hi,
I have added the rounding off condition DIFF in my pricing procedure. But now when I am creating the contract the condition DIFF is appearing twice at the header level where as at the item level it is appearing only once.
I am not able to understand why is it appearing twice at the header level when it is appearing only once at the item.
    Can someone please help.
    Regards,
    Wasim.

    Hi Vishal,
The settings as per what you have said. Its group condition with no access sequence and not possible to process manually.
My contract is having 10 line items and some line items is having positive DIFF value while some are having negative DIFF value as below:
Line item 10 is having Price as 100.10 the DIFF is -0.10 Final value is 100
Line item 20 is having price as 98.89 the DIFF is +0.11 Final value is 99
At item level there is only one DIFF condition but at header levelits appearing twice as sum of positive value and sum of negative value.
    Can you please advice.

  • Discount condition type not appearing in sales order but in invoice

    Hi,
I have two discount condition types (MPDI,ZSDI) in my pricing procedure,at the time of sales order creation one discount condition is not appearing.
On analyzing the condition type MPDI,system throws message "Access not been executed due to previous access",what would be the reason.
In the billing ,i could see the condition type appearing.I have checked this, but i could not understand why it is happening.Even the condition catergory of condition is empty not L.
Also please find the screen shots below,
    Pradeep

    Pradeep,
Am sure user might have deleted the condition type in sales order, the same condition type woudl have entered manually in invoice.
Please check my testing, i have done the same entered ZA09 manually and after saving have deleted again in sales order, after dilivery and when i created invoice here i have entered manually the same condition type.
So in your case also the same thing could have happend, check the change log and also in invoce condtion tab check the condtion type in analysis ( Invoice analysis not order). so that you can udnerstand whether it was entered manully or not.
On analyzing the condition type MPDI,system throws message "Access not been executed due to previous access",what would be the reason.
This is because in the condtion tyoe the abvoe key combiantion was found with records hence the below key combition was ignored. this you observe in your screen shot with with 5.00
So my guess is the condtion records was deleted in sales order.
    thanks,
    srinu.

  • Header Condition types

    Dear Fnds,
I created 2 Header condition types ...in PP
Whenever i create Sales Order...these 2 condition types are Comming into Sales Order item Condition and Header Condition Tabs...but i need to maintain only at Header level
    What could be the Prob?
    Thanks in Advacne
    Rej

    Hi
How come the Header conditions are coming in the Sales order automatically.
Remember, Header conditions are always mannual there are not determined automatically , they do not contain Access sequence.
You have to enter those in the Sales document at Header level.
In the condition type (V/06), mark the condition type as "Header condition", remove the any activation from "Item condition" check box.
Remove the Access sequence if any you have specified.
In the Pricing Procedure mark the condition types as "Mannual".
Now, in the Sales order, go to the Header details > condition screen and enter the Header condition mannually with the amount as required by you.
It will be copied to each item by default.
If you want that, the header condition amount should not be copied to each item, instead it should be distributed, then in the condition type(V/06) , mark the Header condition as "Group condition ">

    Hi,

  • Link Pricing condition types

    Hi,
Can any one tell me if there is a way i can link a manual condition type to an automatic one.
so that during sales order processing,  the automatic condition has the value from the condition record and the manual condition does not have any value but still appears in the sales order. If the user wants to assign any value can do so in the sales order.
    OR
Can i have a manual condition type appear in the sales order, without any value. If i have to enter a value i can do so else just leave it the way it is.
i do not want to enter the condition manually, just the value.
    Any I/p is greatly appreciated
    Thanks,
    Michelle.

    Hi Michelle
Generally the item  condition type triggers automatically if you maintain condition record and and mostly for  header conditions we can enter manually in the sales order. as they don't have access sequence to maintain condition record
But as per your requirement we can assign a sub routine in the alt calc type, requirement fields in pricing procedure.
In condition type details ,tcode V/06 maintain the ref con. type by entering some other condition type .For example for MW15 condition type MWST condition type can be maintained so . once you create the sales order automatically the price is also pulled for MW15 as you have maintained conditon record for MWST .May be in this way your problem can be solved

  • Delivery cost condition type in PO coming as display mode

    Hi Experts,
In my Purchase order having delivery cost condition types, for ex freight.  For this PO i have done Goods receipt. PO all the delivery costs are showing in display mode. i have reversed the Good receipt.Again also all the delivery costs are showing grey mode in PO.
I want to make as editable for this PO after reversal of GR. Kindly do the nedful.

    HI makarand  ,
the condition type you have created is this assigend in Item Level or Header level. Plz check this in Header and item Conditions Tab. If you can assigned Delivery cost condition type in item level than it will changed by item level itself.
In Header Level it displays in Display Mode.

  • Condition Types display in a Sales Order

    Dear Gurus,
In our Pricing Procedure we have 2 condition types ZFR1 (Freight) and ZINS (Insurance) which are always Header type and should be entered manually. So according to normal procedure, I inserted them in the pricing procedure and maintained them as 'Manual' and selected them as Header conditions in Details of condition types with no Access Sequence and also selected them as 'No Limitations'.
Now my requirement is that these condition types ZFR1 & ZINS should be available by default in a Sales Order under 'Conditions' tab and under 'CnTy' column and their values should be in Editable mode under 'Amount' column, when we go to the Header data view, but should be greyed out in Item data view, since they are Header conditions belonging to the whole document.
Here my problem is that what ever combination I do in V/06 or V/08, system is not displaying the condition types by default. That is, I have to or the end user has to remember to enter the condition types and enter the values. But if I can display them as default when we go the Header view, Conditions tab,. end user will see them and will remember to enter values in them.
The one problem I have is, I cannot make them as 'Mandatory, as they are not always required in all Sales Orders, so there are times when we dont have to enter any values there.
I went through the search forum but didnt find any useful material, kindly help me out here.
    Regards
    Venkat - Hyd

    Dear Lakshmipathijee,
Thanks for your answer, I have indeed maintained both the condition types at Header level. Normally when we do this kind of settings, the conditions screen is like the following:
    10....0....PR00....Basic Price...........1000.....(this 1000 is from condition record)
Now if the end user needs to add values for ZFR1 or ZINS, he needs to remember the Condition types and enter them to be able to enter values in the document.
But suppose there is a way of displaying the Condition Types with out values as shown below, then the end user will not have to remember to fill them up, he can simply come to the conditions screen and they are visible there and he will just fill them up with values. The following is how I would like the conditions screen to be seen:
    10....0....PR00....Basic Price...........1000.....(this 1000 is from condition record)
    20....0....ZFR1....Total Freight.........._____...(this should be a blank field)
    30....0....ZINS.....Total Insurance......_____...(this should be a blank field)
In these editable fields of Freight and Insurance, the end user will enter the values in case they are neccessary or leave them blank.
If I maintain the condition types as mandatory and manual, header condition screen is not displaying the Condition types??!!!!
If I maintain the Header conditions as Item conditions also in V/06, then the header conditions screen is displaying the conditions in grey mode, without any value (as they are manual conditions) and in the item screen, they are in editable mode, but system is not allowing me to input any value, saying these condition types are not item level condition types and they are to be maintained at header level, but like I said, at Header level, the fields are greyed out !!!!
    So, any help plz..
    Regards

  • Pricing- condition type

    Hi All,
We have a typical requirement, where we need to access the condition value of a condition type, which is not attached to any pricing procedure.
For eg, take the condition type as ZLOM which has got an access sequence.
In case of Sales order, depending on the communication structure KOMP & KOMK the condition value is read using the fm CONDITION_RECORD_READ.
But in our case we cannot use this FM as this condition type is not in any of the pricing procedures and hence doesn’t return any value.
Requirement: Client wanted to use a particular condition type needs to be populated in sales order, wherein that condition type is not presented in any of pricing procedures.
    Is it possible ?
If possible can anyone let me know if you can help out in this?
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,

    Vamsi,
If you have the conditiontype in pricing procedure, then only it will appear in the sales order. It is not possible to make a condition type appear in sales order, when it is not available in the pricing procedure.
However to enable this functionality, you can include the condition type in the pricing procedure and write a routine to ensure that the condition type is updated only when needed , not otherwise. The routine(Requirement) should be created in the tcode VOFM and this should be assigned to the requirement field of the pricing procedure in the row of your condition type. An ABAPer will help you to write the routine and you just have to assign it to the condition type in pricing procedure.
    Hope this helps you
