Condition type GMPP (GTM Purchase Price)

Does anyone here have experience working with condition type GMPP? I
I am working with Global Trade Contract (Links SD & MM SO with PO) and would like clarification on how GMPP is used.
Is GMPP used to capture MM Purchase price, so ir can be statistically transferred to SD side?  I am trying to figure it out, as the identical condition type exists in SD.
But I am getting stuck in the configuration....does anyone have any insight on GMPP?
Within condition type for GMPP, there is a box checked off under Sales pricing that are fishy.
rel. to pricing      CHECKBOX
Princing On/off   CHECKBOX
My goal is to have GMPP captured on the MM side, and have this value transfer (statistically) to the SD side so I can see profitability.
If anyone can provide any insight into this condition type, it would be greatly appreciated!!!
BTW, We are in ECC 6.0 and any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Ken

Hi, I am facing the same problem now. Did you able to get the purchase price statistically to sales side? Reg, KK

  • Excluding condition type for a Purchasing document type

    Dear all,
I want to excude a particular condition type from pricing in a Purchase order. How to do this and where actually it is assigned to a dcoument type? Please give steps in both spro and easy access?
    thanks and regards,
    Prashanth

    Hi
In standard SAP as far as I know there is no link to the condition type and the document type used. Condition types are included in Pricing procedures/schemas . This schema is assigned to vendor in purchasing and as per the schema the procedures gets activated during PO creation. We can have multiple pricing schemas customised to our requirement but the procedures ralways refer to vendor and not document types. Domestic vendor and Import vendor will be having separate Pricing schemes and the conditions types will be entirely different. You can include/modify all these condition types as per your requirement. You can take a decision whether to use a particular condition in a pricing condition in a PO or not  there is no problom in this.

  • EDI1 Condition Types for Purchase Order

    Hi All,
The vendor sends a price change(855) that can be accepted automatically. The IDoc is updated but the purchase order is not updated with the confirmed price.
I found the below from SAP Market Place
    Answer:
Prerequisites for the use of the price update are:
    a) Condition types EDI1 and EDI2 must be maintained in the condition schema.
    b) The price transfer must be activated in the confirmation control key.
I have configured EDI1 and i can see a different Vendor  Price in  in INBOUND IDOC Seg E1EDP01 -VPREI AND THE 855 is posted the Application and i see the Order Ack on the PO
    T-Code M/06  : Condition Type
    Cond. class   B Prices
    Calculat.type C Quantity
    Cond.category d Confirmed purchase net price/value
Manual entries      B Automatic entry has priority
Manual entries      B Automatic entry has priority
Amount/Percent , Qty Relation ,Item Condition , Deletion check Boxes are Selected
Question 1 ) Acess Sequence is Blank
                  2)  PricingProc is Blank ( i believe we are using ZM000  PricingProc)
    T -Code  M/08
Step  90  ( Its the last Step)
    Counter     0
    Condition Type EDI1     Vendor Price
    Print  = X
    Another  question is
    1) Do i need to do anything at Vendor Level
After getiing the 855 , if i do an analysis on Pricing ,
I see  EDI1     207     Condition has been found (without condition record)
I Don't see the Vendor Price Any where in PO
I would appreciate if anyone can provide any help
    Thanks
    Venki
    Thanks

    Hi ,
    I'm sorry for the confusion.
The user creates a PO for an EDI Vendor and the PO is sent out to Vendor Immediately i.e EDI 850 and the Vendor Responds back with an EDI 855 PO Ack back and its posted to the application we get the PO Ack in the Confirmations Tab of PO.
    This works fine.
But we are try to implement the Price Mis-match .
Lets say we have Material For $10 as per Material Master and we created a PO with Material and sends out an 850 , but the vendor has increased the price between now and last order from $10 to $12 , and the vendor sends new price $12 in 855 and we are receiving into the IDOC and we want that price to show up in our PO and I believe thats the PURPOSE of EDI1 Pricing Condition.
I would appreciate if anyone can help me how to Configure the EDI1 Pricing Condition -Its Purely on Purchasing Side
    Hope i'm clear this time
    Thanks

  • Purchase Order - Condition TYPE FRB1 question

    Hello All,
I have a Condition Type FRB1. The price comes from an external source. Once we recieve the price which is automatically sent into our system. We then continue on. But when we recieve the item is the problem:
If the PO item Quanity is 45000 LBs and we just recieve 44, it still calculates the FRB1 price as if it is 45000 lbs.
Is there a way to have the system check the FRB1 and quanity when we do the recieving? Someone on my team thinks it is Prorating, but I am not sure that is the correct term to use.
Is there a config procedure possibly for the  FRB1 to calculate a different price based on the quanity and not the Quanity on the PO, or do I need to have a Developer code a validation check?
    any advise would be helpful
    thanks
    Walter

strange - to my knowledge  SAP proportions the freight rate while doing GR with a different quantity.
and SAP has released an OSS note 304178  telling that there is no other solution.

  • Condition type Purchase per delivery and per purchase order??

    Please advice.
    I have 3 questions:
    1) Who knows a condition type in a purchase order with the goal that I can
register costs per purchase order item ? Example 10 Euro for a certificate per item?
    2) The same but now per purchase order 10 Euro.
    3) Is there a condiont type where I can use the number of deliveries as basis?
For example: we get charged 10 Euro per delivery. The total of deliveries are not known during PO creation.
Thank you very much in advance.

    2) This will be from the Info Record.

I'm not sure about your own pric proc, but in standard it should works, and also its apply per organization level.
    RM0000 and RM1000
Control the price determination process in POs, quotations, and
        scheduling agreements.
Both calculation schemas require 2 condition types for the gross
price: one for automatic price determination (standard: PB00) and
one for manual maintenance (standard: PBXX).
    RM0001 and RM1001
Determine which condition types you can enter in purchasing document
headers with time-dependent conditions (e.g. contracts).

  • Issue in Exporting the Sales Price List and Purchase Price List for the Materials from SAP Business ByDesign (SAP Cloud)

    Hello Everyone,
I would like to have a discussion on the issues, which I am facing at the time of Exporting the Sales Price List and Purchase Price List for the Materials from
    SAP Business ByDesign (SAP Cloud).
    (1). Sales Price List :
We have maintained Customer Group Specific Sales Price List for the Materials in the following Location.
Location :         Product and Service Portfolio Work Center > Pricing > Price Lists > Customer Group Specific Price List (Type of Price List)
Target :             We want to export the entire records in some reports or excel sheet.
Records :          Number of Materials in the Customer Group Specific Price List is more than 2,00,000
    Issues :
(A). In the SAP Business ByDesign Screen we can filter by number of records but we can export till  50,000 records.
And if we are trying to export records more than that limit, then it throws "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error".
(B). We could not find any SAP standard reports in Product and Service Portfolio and/or Business Analytics Work Center
for getting the entire record set of the Sales Price List, so that we can have the entire set of records together.
    Searching For :
(A). Is there any SAP reports or data source available for getting the entire Sales Price List records?
(B). Can we have any other filter conditions for exporting the Sales Price List records in a single shot or module wise?
    (2). Purchase Price List :
We have maintained the Purchase Price List for the Materials in the following Location.
Location :           Product Portfolio Work Center > List Prices > Active List Prices (Type of Price List)
Target :               We want to export the entire records in some reports or excel sheet.
Records :            Number of Materials in the Purchase Price List is more than 4,00,000.
    Issues :
(A). In the SAP Business ByDesign Screen we can not see more than 10,000 records and the actual number of
records are more than 4,00,000. We could able to download the records till 10,000 but that is not sufficient.
We want to export the entire records in an excel sheet.
(B). We could not find any SAP standard reports in Product Portfolio and/or Business Analytics Work Center for
getting the entire record set of the Purchase Price List, so that we can have the entire set of records together.
    Searching For :
(A). Is there any SAP reports or data source available for getting the entire Purchase Price List records?
(B). Can we have any other filter conditions for exporting the Purchase Price List records in a single shot or module wise?
Please go through the attached screen shots for the references and more clarity on the issues.
I am waiting for the valuable responses.

  • Values in Condition types in a PO.

    Hi All,
We are maintaining different Condition types in a Purchase order and we also have pricing procedure setup. But there is a requirement for a report where for a PO, I need to find all the costs maintained for different condition types.
I mean for Gross price, there is a value maintained and similarly for discount, customs, tax etc there will be some cost values maintained. So I am in need of a table or the logic to find the values of the condition types in a PO.
Is there any table where in SAP, the values for the condition types in a PO is maintained?
    Any help is highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Shane

    Hi C. F. F and MA,
    Thanks for your quick response.
Here is my requirement in detail.
Our costs for different condition typeu2019s freight, customs etc varies frequently and we update them in a PIR frequently.
We set up pricing procedure and whenever we create a Purchase order the conditions relevant for the PO combination automatically updates in PO. I mean in a PO Item level under Conditions I can see all the condition types maintained.
We are maintaining different condition types like Gross price: PB00 with $15.00 and absolute Discount RB00 with $5.00. And Freight FRB1 with $1.00.
My requirement is create a report with a PO for a material with all the condition types maintained and compare with the costs maintained in PIR as shown below for a material.
Gross price PB00 (in PO):   $15.00
Gross price PB00 (in PIR):  $16.00
Absolute Discount RB00 (in PO):     $5.00
Absolute Discount RB00 (in PIR):     $5.50.
    Freight FRB1 (in PO):                       $1.00
    Freight FRB1 (in PIR):                       $1.50
So for this I need to know for a created PO where exactly the values $15.00, $5.00, $1.00 are maintained. I mean which table. I can explain again if you need more specific than this.
    regards
    Shane

  • Condition types are to be deleted from pricing procedure

    Dear Experts,
I want to delete the condition types in the pricing procedure which are currently used on production system by my client. open purchase orders are exists, Purchase orders with GR and IR completed are also exists with those condition types.
So please guide me on what are prerequisites for deleting condition types? Which purchase order processing is to be completed before deleting condition types !
    Thanks in Advance

    Thanks Murlidharan !
Ya, please tell me the search for POs with condition type.
Conditions are deleted and affected the 300 POs, Approx. 600 GRs and Invoices.
    it affected like -
    a) PO Quantity 10 EA, Per unit price 10Rs
Material Basis Price = 100 Rs
    b) Suppose Condition ZFCP - 10%
        Condition Amount = 10 Rs.
The total order Amount = 110
The Goods Receipt and Invoices were posted already with Amount 110.
Stock Account as well GR/IR clearing account was heat with Amount 110 Rs.
Also Goods issue has been made for those items.
Conditions were deleted after completion all above mentioned procedures.
And as the effect of condition deletion every where system is showing Amount posted only 100. Like, In PO, Stock Account, GR/IR Account and Vendor Account.
And I have to resolve the issue.
I have checked for the Subsequent debit option in invoice. but it will not work with Stock Account effect.
So only one option is there, Documents reverse (GR and invoice)
But i am Confused on that because Goods Issue has been posted for those items.

  • Condition type EDI1 and EDI2

    Dear all,
we have to a requisition that we will receive confirmations of order (ORDRSP) from our suppliers in the future.
In OSS note 456127 (FAQ EDI MM) question 14 it says that prices will only overtaken in the purchase order,
if the condition types EDI1 and EDI2 are part of the calculation schema.
In our calculation schema we do not use EDI1 and EDI2 so far.
I can not find a manual that says what to do.
RM0000 does not contain these two condition types either.
In which way do we have to add EDI1 and EDI2 to our calculation schema?
Thank you for your help in advance!

    Check these Schemas
    RM2000 - STO scenarios
    RMMP00 - Market Price Scenarios
    Define Calculation Schema
In this step, you define the calculation schemas.
In the MM area, a calculation schema - a framework of steps used to calculate or determine something - is used among other things to calculate costs, prices, period-end rebates, and taxes.
    Note
This concept is referred to in the Sales and Distribution (SD) area as a pricing procedure.
In the calculation schema (pricing procedure), you specify which condition types are to be taken into account in which sequence.
In the price (or cost) determination process, the SAP System automatically determines which calculation schema is valid for a business transaction and takes into account, one after another, the condition types it contains.
    Standard settings
The following calculation schemas are predefined in the standard system. You should not change these schemas.
    RM0000 and RM1000
Control the price determination process in POs, quotations, and scheduling agreements.
Both calculation schemas require 2 condition types for the gross price: one for automatic price determination (standard: PB00) and one for manual maintenance (standard: PBXX).
    RM0001 and RM1001
Determine which condition types you can enter in purchasing document headers with time-dependent conditions (e.g. contracts).
    RM0002, RM1002
Determine which additional condition types you can enter in purchasing document items with time-dependent conditions or in the purchasing info record.
    RMMP00
Defines the condition type for determining the market price which can be entered for each material.
    RM2000
Controls the delivery cost determination process in stock transport orders and stock transport scheduling agreements.
    Note
In the calculation schemas RM0000, RM1000, RM0001, and RM1001, the field "Subtotal" must contain the following values in the following lines:
    Gross value:     9
    Effective value: S
If the interim total 'S' is not set, the PO values cannot be updated in the Purchasing Information System (PURCHIS).
    Actions
    1. Check to what extent you can use the calculation schemas provided in the standard SAP System.
    2. Create new calculation schemas by copying similar existing ones and changing them.
Enter a key (length max. six characters) for the schema you wish to create, and a descriptive text.
For each schema, specify the condition types in the order of their usage, and maintain the relevant data.
