We have the text below included in the email after the message. If there are multiple replies this message is duplicated and duplicate and dulicated ....
I'd like to add the following as a text attachment to all outgoing emails. How is this done?

I am confused. You alreadfy add it to the text body, from what you say.
That is your ONLY built-in option - global signatures.
Ok thanks. On some emails I recieve, not sure of the systems, the "confidentiality text" is not in the body of the message, but is an attachment. Thanks for the response.

Once your message (attachment) is read by the sender CC, you can perform the basic mapping requirement (if any) to convert the mail message fromat to the file format.....configure a receiver FILE CC and send the message...this should be the design...

Hi,
What ever text you are sending in the email, create a standard text for it using tcode SO10. In the program use the FM READ_TEXT to get the data into internal table which will be of length 132 char. If you want line widht of 255 chars convert using FM SX_TABLE_LINE_WIDTH_CHANGE as below,

    EXPORTING
      line_width_dst              = '255'
    TABLES
      content_in                  = it_data
      content_out                 = it_mess_att

Use FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 to send email.

when i send payload, currently i am receiving as a XML file.

Did you deployed CreateAttachment on PI server. As this is not a standard SAP module this is a custom module?
mail as module key is already used by XIMAILAdapterBean use some other key for CreateAttachment

Receiver Mail adapter - Text attachment

Hi Folks,
sorry to post again & again same issue.
if i want to achieve (proxy 2 mail scenario) Payload as text attachment in email,
do i need to use below 2 modules in My receiver CC?
Number 1 as AF_Modules/StrictXml2PlainBean
Number 2 as AF_Modules/MessageTransformBean
is it right (the order which i used and Modules which i used)?

With XIALL option - i am getting 2 files in a attachment
file name: ATT00001.xml - control records -
output file name : Untitled.xml - Payload (business data)
file name: ATT00001.xml as a attachment in the email
- XI PAYLOAD with out any module( but default sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.mail.app/XIMailAdapterBean - module will be there), with out keep attachments option
output file name : Untitled.xml as a attachment in the email
XI Payload with out any module ( but default sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.mail.app/XIMailAdapterBean - module will be there), with keep attachments
any one has idea on this, plz throw some inputs

Regarding text attachment in Email in ABAP program

i have tried many code either its showing Data in single line without new line , in one of the Codes
data is coming in successive line but there is lot of spacing within Words means all alphabates are tab
separated. coud you please provide ,me the proper solution for this.
in one of the codes is working fine for excel but when Txt extension done data is not coming in successive line all
data is coming in single line.
Ex. Text file should contain 1 head and 4 colunns and Data size 50..

Yes, I just noticed this after upgrading to 5.0.1. That's why I came here to this forum. I tried re-syncing with address book, but it didn't help. Not only is my text messages only showing phone numbers, instead of contact names, but my call log is doing that as well.

You cannot update iPhone 4 to IOS 8.1.2, the highest you can update is IOS 7.1.2.
Unless you've iPhone 4S (looks similar to iPhone 4)

SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 Text attachment issue after upgrade 4.7 to ECC6

We are using function module so_new_document_att_send_api1 for sending mail with text document. It was working fine 4.7 system but in ECC system it is sending blank attachement with mail. Program remain same and no changes in that. I have attached code. please advise how to resolve this issue.

Move attachment to packinglist internal table and clear lt_packing_list-transf_bin as below.
I copied your code and did some correction.

   lt_packing_list-doc_type    = 'RAW'. " You can give RAW incase if you want just a txt file.

   lt_packing_list-doc_size    = lt_packing_list-body_num * 255.
   APPEND lt_packing_list. CLEAR lt_packing_list.
In FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_ATI1, no need to pass the ITAB attachment i fyou can merge everything to ITAB packing list.
