I want to Add my client in default client with description, how to configure sap login page with my company lobo. Is there any transaction code for that.

Iu2019ve created a simple Web Module Application that I wish to use a custom login page for authentication. From previous posts it looked like this would be easy. Iu2019ve made the changes below and have redeployed my application. When the application runs it forwards to the standard SAP login page rather than my login page. What am I missing? Xsodata service redirecting to sap account page.

Hello All,
whenever i m trying to access .xsodata service, its redirecting to sap account page.
instead of this is it possible to take username and password from popup, and then it will display data directly.
i don't want to redirect to sap account page again n again.
and yes i don't want to remove the authentication part from odata service.

Yes we are running the UI5 application and HANA from the same system,
When we try to get the odata services with basic auth , it is redirecting to the sap login page (HTML) even if we are logged in a different tab to the scn account
we are calling like this

and in the console we get the error

Partner application configuration is missing error on SSO login page

We have APEX 3.1.2 setup as a partner application and an application within APEX setup to use SSO for authentication. Following a link to the APEX application redirects to the Single Sign-On page, as it should, but it also shows "Error: The partner application configuration is missing or expired." I type in my password and username, click the Login button, and (if I entered my username and password correctly, of course!) then the APEX application is shown. So, I cannot figure out why we're getting the no_papp_err error and I have not found any solutions to that issue on Metalink or anywhere else on the Internet. Any ideas? I'm concerned that we have a misconfiguration somewhere that is causing this error and will affect any other partner application we setup in the future.
We're on Oracle Portal 10.1.4, SSO 10.1.2, and SSL is setup on both infra and mid tiers.

Did you try checking the partner application entries on the SSO-login server page?
please login as orcladmin or some other user with membership in, i beleive, iasadmins group. verify that for this partner application, what you see here corresponds to the application URL. it looks like your login page call may have issues. so check for login url too.
also check the ORASSO.WWSSO_LS_CONFIGURATION_INFO$ for entries corresponding to Apex application.

SAP brand Image change in Login Page of portal

Hi All,
Currently we are using Portal 7.0 SP6 version.
we have a requirement to change the SAP standard brand image in the login page of portal with the our customer logo,
We have the only requirement to change the sap brand image ( which is -the person is writing something on standing- this is sap brand image-at left side of login page) in the login page, which we need to change to our customer image
Please provide supported documents and links for the same then it would be great help to me.

2. Open the folder
a. com.sap.security.core.admin
b. Navigate Till root folder through servlet-jsp/logon
c. Inside the root go to Layout folder
d. In the Layout folder there exists those branding images
e. Replace the branding Image (Keeping the same name of ur image as that of the existing one ).
3. Restart the J2ee engine and the Portal .
are the above steps will work out to change just the brand image in the logon screen

Configure the Guest to NOT see the login page?

I'm trying to get my portal to allow the guest user to see their default community (as set inthe default subportal).
I can't get it to do anything other than show the login screen.
On a .Net portal, the n_config.xml seems to be the key file, but I can't figure out what it is looking for ... what are the possible values?
In this context, what is a "space"? Is it a community ID, an activity space, or other?
How are values configured? Replace the value="", or does it go between the propertie's tags? (<AllowGuestAccess value="1"></AllowGuestAccess>, or <AllowGuestAccess value="1">1</AllowGuestAccess>)

You're right -- the Login space is always accessible if you type space=Login, even if you're using SSO and you follow all of developersupport's suggestions. Of course, you already have to be logged in to get there, so the risk is minimal, however, it allows you to "su" to another user (including Administrator) as long as you know the password.
One of our customers thinks this is a major security hole and as a result, we've hacked the LoginView to automagically log you out and redirect you to a protected resource, which forces another SSO login. That's the only thing I could think to do to plug the hole. If any Plumtreevians are listening to this thread, it would be great to get a real fix for this into your next release.
If anyone has any better suggestions, I'm all ears.

If you search google with "javascript disable right click" you will get loads of javascript code. This will also help you to gain knowledge.
@Explanation to last post : You need to import standard logon par file in NWDS. Create javascript file to disable right click and then include this file in your logon page. i think login page name is portalLogin.jsp and then deploy this new PAR file.

Integrated ITS on SRM:Login Page Problem

Hello All,
   I am working on SRM 4.0 with Internal ITS.I have done all the required settings for Internal ITS.I am able to get the login page but when I enter the user Id and password of my SRM system,It shows the erroe that "Incorrect SSO configuration on this server ".
   I have checked the transaction RZ11 on SRM Server for the parameter login/accept_sso2_ticket.It is set to value 0.
   Can anyone tell me what extra settings are to be done for the Integrated ITS?Please help.

Hi Raja,
   I have changed the default language in the system settings for the service BBPSTART as English.Also I have made the following changes for the same service :-
1>Changed the Logon procedure to "Alternative Logon procedure " and in that I have removed "SSO Authentication".
2>In system Logon Configuration,I have changed the default client and language.
3>In service data,I have changed the Basic authentication from Standard r/3 User to "Internet User".
After doing the above changes,I have republished the service.
Now i am getting the Login Page(in language English) but with the message "SSO cannot be used for logon To continue, choose "Logon". A dialog box appears, where you can enter your user and password. This server does not support HTTPS! It is therefore potentially unsafe to send your password ".
After that when I enter the ID and Pwd,I get the same Login screen(USER,PWD,CLIENT,LANGUAGE AND ACCESIBILITY Labels) but this time below there is the message "Inocrrect SSO configuration on this server".
Please tell me the exact changes so that I can login to the homepage.
Also to avoid the Login page,I have tried entering the Login Details in anynomous Logon data,but then I directly get the Homepage with the Menu on the Left hand Side and when I click on any of the items,I get the screen with the following text:-
SSO is not active in system
To continue, choose "Logon". A dialog box appears, where you can enter your user and password.

Not able to pass portal login page with valid credentials using WebDispatch

We are implementing SAP BillerDirect Portal. To make BillerDirect Portal available over the internet, we Configured SAP WebDispatcher with SSL termination. We followed the steps mentioned in SAP Help Documentaion for SAP WebDispatcher with SSL termination.

We created certificate and send it to CA (TrustCenter CA). We received the CA response and we imported the certificate.
AS mentioned in the help document, we configured the SAP Web Dispatcher profile to support SSL termination
We tried to access our BillerDirect Portal over the internet using below link

We are getting login page, once we enter correct user ID and Password, portal is not loading (not going to next page) portal remains on same login page.
If we enter invalid credentials portal login page is giving u201CUser Authentication Failedu201D error.
If we try to access any portal login pages which brings a pop-up for login, login gets succeeded and we are able to see next pages

Redirecting user to login page after session expiry

Hi,
Default session expiry implementation in sap EP6.0 doesn't work properly. To overcome this, we have implemented one component where we check the idle time and throw the user back to the login page if the idle time has exceeded the session expiry period. This component has been added to desktop inner page as an iView. Following is the logic put in this component.

We are successfully getting the login page after session expiry. Issue is, our portal server is running on 11111 port. We cannot change this to 80 on unix because of unix limitations for the port number. So we have put one apache web server before our portal server. Apache web server is listening on port 80 and forwarding the request to our portal server.
Now when user is redirected to the login page, url being shown in the browser is http://<host_name>:11111/irj/portal but I am expecting http://<host_name>/irj/portal (without port). I have tried putting the full url in sendRedirect() method but that too doesn't work.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Let the URL be relative in the sendRedirect i.e.
httpResponse.sendRedirect("/irj/portal");
However since you have a Reverse proxy in front, the response header for redirect will not contain the address of the reverse proxy in this case, your servername without port. You have to properly configure your reverse proxy so that the HTTP Headers are changed properly before sending the response to the users.

Login Page coming for Anonymous User

Hi All,
we have configured anonymous user for our portal. Created a role for anonymous access - added pages and iViews under that. All the iViews and pages are modified with authentication scheme property to Anonymous.
Now when we access the portal with the url http://host:port/irj its showing the login box in the top part of the page and in the bottom part its showing the anonymous role which we created.
Let me tell you what we have done...
Created role, iViews for Anonymous role, set the authentication property to 'Anonymous'.
In Visual Admin-> Server-> Services-> UME Provider set the variable ume.login.anonymous_user.mode to 1.
Variable ume.login.basicauthentication to 1.
Variable ume.login.guest_user.uniqueids to Guest.
Then we have updated the index.html file under <drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\<instance_number>\j2ee\cluster\serverX\apps\sap.com\irj\servlet_jsp\irj\root .. we changed
<b><body onload="location.replace('portal' + document.location.search)"></body></b>
to <b><body onload="location.replace('servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.navigation.portallauncher.anonymous' + document.location.search)"></body></b>
But now when a guest user accesses the portal http://host:port/irj it gived the strange screen (logon + content page) as I described earlier.
Please let us know where are we missing...

1 . I have created a iView and set the authentication scheme anonymous.
2. Also I created a role and added the iview to a role.
3. The role has only 1 iview. The entry pt is yes for the iview
4. The role has permissions of end user for anonymous user.
5 I checked the masthead iview also.. It aslo has authentication scheme anonymous
When I try accessing the iView in the form <http/https>://<server>:<port>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fmyfolder!2fmyiView
I am able to view it without any login..
But when the url is accessed <http/https>://<server>:<port>/irj/portal/anonymous
I see a login page in the Detailed navigation..
Please help me solve this problem ..

you have to maintain two points:
1/ appropriate MIME repository for image,
2/ specify the correct path for correct ICF service.
1/ Appropriate MIME repository for image
Create a new custom repository in repository /sap/public/bc/ur/Login/assets/.
Upload image in this new repository
2/ Specify the correct path for correct ICF service
Either create a Z SRM NWBC service as reference to SRM service or directly modify the SRM service.
Then, logon screen is handled through "Configuration" button:
On new screen, click onto "Adjust Links and Images". Now, populate "Image" field from "Adjustment of the Logon Page" with your image path "/sap/public/bc/ur/Login/assets/myrepository/myimage.jpg"
