Constructors don't work properly

Question

I have kind of a weird problem, I never had before: when I run my app it says blabla NullPointerException( ok, this still is not so exceptional) but then when I start debugging step, it seems that wherever I use a constructor, it just passes it and doesn't fill up any of the fields of the object, just leaving them null. Which of course explains the NullPointerException.
Does anyone know what the problem could be??

Ok, here is the code of a test class i wrote. I just want to test the project up till now so I just make the MethodInvocation objects inside the class.
When I jump past the first constructor, while debugging, the variables don't have any value, like I said they're still null.
I don't see how this can be?
Further you see the code for the constructor, if I should post anything else, tell me. The thing is I have like 30 classes, so it would be a bit much...
