Contract for 3 years,

hell everyone,
would you please advise regarding the doability of the following scenario:
we need to create a contract for 3 years, where the price is known for the first year.. but it is not for the remaining two years, it will be decided later..
how can we do this??

This is very much doable and is supported by standard SAP because conditions in contracts are always time-dependent
i.e you can enter a validity period for all your condition types (like say Gross price PB00 )
So just Create a contract by entering the validity period of the contract it self ( in your case 3 years )
And then enter details .i.e material qty etc ->go to-> item conditions-.> Enter your condition types (like PB00,FRB1) -.here you will find  Validity i,e Valid From and Valid to enter dates as per your need (first 1 year in your case)
At later stage when you get the price details for the next periods
Go to ME32K -.Overview ->Item conditions ->It will open a Pop up (show your previous validity periods) ->New validity period
here maintain next validity (2nd year in our case ) ->and Price for this validity  - >Save
Like this You can maintain as as many validity periods and price for that validity period as you need

    You are probably using an old version of iTunes with which the stream link service seems to have stopped working for many users of older iTunes.  No, Apple makes no comment about this kind of thing.  It may reappear, it may not (it has been dead for over a week now).  Your solution is to upgrade the operating system version on your computer from 10.5.8 to 10.6.8 so you can run a newer iTunes, or live without.  You can still open streams if you can get the URL, and you can then save them as playlist items.

    It's not going to happen. Even a cursory reading of the forums would have revealed this fact.
    Apple can NOT help you. AT&T WILL NOT help you.
    Leave your iPhone at home or in airplane mode while you're in India and buy yourself a cheap disposable phone to use while you're in India. I believe AT&T still has a program where they will put your account "on hold" while you are gone for a small fee.

        Hi there nursegrl02! We can help here with your questions regarding the upgrade fee and device charge. The upgrade fee is a one time fee that is applied when upgrading with a 2-year contract. If you pre-order with a two-year contract, you would need to add a credit card to your order as you will be charged for the device once it ships out. If you happen to purchase the iPhone with Verizon Edge, there is no upgrade fee. You will also be billed for the device in installments. You may have to pay a down payment with Edge.  Go to vzw.com/edge for more information.
    Did you upgrade with Verizon Edge or our Device payment plan in the past? If so, that is most likely why you were not charged an upgrade fee.

    under UK legislation, if your are out of contract (and not owing the carrier any debts!) they are LEGALLY obliged to unlock you, and within a certain number of (few) days.. search OFCOM for the regulations.
    That said, they are also entittled to charge you for this (usually about £20!)
    I believe, that this can also be done via an APPLE STORE, but the first option is always the Origional Network carrier.
    Orange has a terrible repuation now for customer service (which is just one reason they changed their name to EE!, and yes, this is fact which is why they came Bottom in several recent customer satisfaction surveys.. so they are not going to rush to help you leave them are they..)

    Hi, i'm from Bogota, Colombia, a friend is going to purchase me an iPod Touch 5, she's in Miami and of course she needs to send me the product. But anyways, at the time she was buying it, a seller told her that the iPod needs to be with a contract for 2 years with AT&T, Verizon or Sprint. I had an iPod Touch 4G before and that never happened to me.
    Besides that, the guy told her that if she does not buy the iPod with a contract the product will cost 800 or 1000 dollars, i do not really know if i'm wrong but in your page says 299 dollars (Ipod Touch with 32 GB) and free shipping, i guess in the stores we can find it for the same price, right?. I'm kind confused, so i appreciate that you answer my question.

    This is incorrect. An ipod is wi-fi only and verizon/att is not needed. The details he was explaining is for an iphone.

    However you had already stated you did not choose a "free upgrade", but paid the difference for an iPhone. So much for your "free upgrade". Additionally, I was not aware Verizon was in the business of giving away "free service"(s)?????? Purchasing a "free" or "reduced price" phone IS NOT a free service. You sign a contract in exchange for receiving that benefit. There is an upgrade fee along with that service you are contracted to complete or you will be charged an early termination fee(ETF), so this IS NOT a free service.
    Yes, you have a choice to go with another provider which ALSO charges an upgrade fee OR charges you full retail value for your phone. So much for a "free upgrade" there.
    AT&T = upgrade fee
    Sprint = upgrade fee
    T-Mobile = no upgrade fee but must pay full retail cost for the phone
    For what it is worth, you would not have had to pay an upgrade fee had you simply paid full retail cost for your phone OR purchased it with Edge at full retail cost. Depending on your calling plan and data allowance, you may have even ended up paying less for your phone had you done so. That is why a little research before you make a purchase can go a long way.
    I know it is cheaper for me to pay full retail for a phone than to purchase a discounted device in exchange for signing a contract.

  • Terrible connection dragging on for years

    I have been trying for years to get some sort of a decent service from BT. We have had many engineers round and many, many phonecalls promising it will be better but nothing new has happened.
    BT speedtester won't work right now (daytime) cos the connection isn't good enough it says.  But on a 'good' internet at 4am its:
     Download speedachieved during the test was - 690 Kbps
     For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 400-1000 Kbps.
     IP Profile for your line is - 750 Kbps
    Note: An Upstream test was not conducted on this line due to a technical issue.
    Speedtest.net says 2275ms ping, 0.1mbps d/l and 0.01mbps u/l
    Someone else who lives at this house was called by BT and accidentally extended the broadband contract thinking it was the house phone (said they couldnt understand a word they were saying and we got a letter a few days later highlighting our mistake). BT is the most expensive and the worst service but we are stuck with it....
    We had a Fibrecity free optic cable installed....their ISP's can guarntee us 25mbps 24/7 (for £10 cheaper) but we are tied in now.  Can BT not use this cable??
    Please help! What can we do? Its just so frustrating

    No, BT cannot use the cable, they can only use the cabling they put up.
    Can you please post your ADSL stats by following this direct link; http://192.168.1.254/index.cgi?active_page=9116 << it only works if you have a Home Hub 2.0+ and remember to type your password in! so we can see if there are any underlying problems?
    Can you comfirm if you're connected at the Master Socket or an extension? and also post your ADSL Stats connected there

    Dial 17070 and Press Option 2 for the Quiet line test, do this once with the broadband plugged in and once with the broadband disconnected.  Also have you changed your filter?

    The offer from EE was presumably to fix the phone , which they are entitled to do, you turned it down.
    You can either go back to them and take up their offer to repair or you can try the Nokia warranty which will involve you contacting Nokia direct either by taking it to an authorised/approved Nokia care centre or submitting an online claim under the warranty to Nokia and following whatever instructions they issue for sending the phone to them.
    You have not so far contacted Nokia as you have dealt only with EE.
    I'm surprised the EE assistant told you the phone was being sent to Nokia rather than their inhouse technicians although I think that was simply a mistake on the assistant's part.
    How did you get a PAYG phone from EE? I thought EE were offering contracts only.
    So far as time scales EE don't post phones backwards and forwards on an individual basis. The shops use courier services and the frequency of deliveries and collections will depend on the number of shops in a town and the level of goods going back and forth.

    You need to start by understanding the distinction between iTunes and iCloud - Apple confuse the issue by referring to 'iTunes Match' as part of iCloud. It isn't.
    You don't have to have the same login (Apple ID) for iTunes and iCloud; many people don't and there's no problem about it.
    Your iCloud ID gets you email, calendars, contacts, iWork documents and PhotoStream syncing between devices.
    Your iTunes ID gets you the iTunes Store, the App Store for iOS, the Mac App Store for OSX,, 'iTunes in the Cloud' (downloading of purchased items to any logged-in device) and 'iTunes Match' (uploading of songs not purchased in the iTunes Store).
    Your family members can easily each get their own iCloud account to keep email etc. separate - in each case they will need a different non-Apple email address (a free one from Yahoo etc. would do) to set up the ID. If they are sharing a Mac they need to be using a separate user account.
    They can have their own iCloud accounts and still all sign into the same iTunes account: or they can open their own iTunes accounts using their new iCloud Apple IDs.
    BUT they cannot transfer items purchased under the present iTunes ID to different iTunes IDs.

    iGoogle has been my homepage for years. All of a sudden when I logon I now get the Firefox welcome page not Google. I have done all of the steps Firefox indicates to make iGoogel my home page but it keeps reverting to Firefox after I logoff.

    I have been a loyal customer for years and have a hot spot because internet options are very limited in our rural area.  I have stayed with 10G since the beginning.  Most months I don't use the 10G.  Verizon has no problem with me paying for Data I don't use.  This month my daughter comes home from College and she accidentally uses 24G.....14 over get blind sided with $140.00 in overages.  I called Verizon today......stopped in to the store today......My neighbor told me they waved charges for her one time.  Lots of charges.....But I'm am getting no help.  Not even an offer of a payment plan to help me out.  I went back just 6 months and I have over paid for 19G.....Seems like they would like to help out their loyal customers!!!!     Does anybody have any suggestions on how to deal with them?   We are not wealthy....or I would just pay this and walk away......

    There is a big misconception in what customers believe a cell carrier is obligated to do.
    You pay a set price to use up to that amount of xx data. It makes no difference if you use it to the paid limit or way under. Its like peace of mind when you don't have to worry about a data counter.
    Your daughter used the data, your plan is quite clear of what overage charges are. Why should or would Verizon wireless just forgive the charges because you are a customer? Your daughter used the data, get the money from her. That is the responsible thing to do.
    There is no "I have been a loyal customer so please remove the $120, or $250, or $2,000.00 since I did not mean to use it"
    Your electric company, or gas company or any other company does not remove valid charges. Why should Verizon wireless?
    Just pay the invoice and don't think you are being mistreated because Verizon is a business and not a charity.

    But we are not copying from BP01.

    this function is not possible, you have to use a fiscal year variant with 24 real periods instead.
    Check the IMG documentation concerning "Use of Half Months in the Company Code":
    - When you specify the use of half periods in the definition of an asset company code, half periods are automatically specified in all other company codes that use this fiscal year version.
    - You cannot use half periods with non-calendar fiscal months.
    - You cannot take back the use of half periods once the specification has been made.  It is noted internally by the system in the asset master records.
