Conversion of Japanese Code to English Language

Hi,
I have a requirement to convert existing Oracle Forms 4.5 coded in Japanese. I need to convert it into Oracle Forms 6i. Can any body tell me how can I convert existing Japanese code in to english.

overloading, it might be difficult to translate
cleanly into Java.Isn't an operator only a function written in a special idiom?
So
x = a + b
is the same as
x = a.operator+( b )
If you simply search all those kinds of operator-function calls and replace them by calls of well-named functions, you get the same semantic and a better code.
The problem may be that + and the other operators are just the opposite of unique keywords, so you have the same long during manual searching as if you had used a lot of function names like x() or i().
I guess the major problem will be implicite casting by using complicated constructors.
There are some big design errors in C++ and in the code of programmers who have been misled by that philosophy, that
1) simple data types like int (no methods, no constructor, no identity) were seen adequate to real objects
2) objects can live on the stack (automatic destruction when scope is left) or on the heap (you must explicitely destruct).
Because Java fortunately avoids these features, you can't simply translate them into Java, but must rethink. Result will be a better design, I'm sure.
Examples for 1):
int a = 3;
int b = 3;
a == b ? Yes, because an int has no identity, only a value.
Object* x = new Object();
Object* y = new Object();
x == y? No, because they are pointers on different objects on the heap.
Object p;
Object q;
p == y? Depends on the == operator.
