CONVERTING PAGES SPREADSHEET INTO LABEL FORMAT

Is there a simple way to do this? I've searched Help but cannot find the answer.

Your simplest method might be to export the numbers file to a CSV file, then import that into Address Book and print the labels from there.
This assumes that the four items for each address are contained in a single row of the spreadsheet, and the equivalent part of the address is in the same column for each person.

If each address is already recorded a list over 4 rows, then the simplest route is to keep them in the spreadsheet, arrange them in as many columns as there are labels across the page, and use either 5 or 6 rows for each name and address (ie. 4 rows for what will be printed on the labels plus either a single row after the address or one row above the first address, then 2 rows separating each from the one that follows. You'll use these 'extra' rows to adjust where each row of addresses prints on the page.
Neither of these is a particularly 'elegant' solution, and it's possible that there is a simpler way to do it. I've not done mailing labels using Numbers or Pages, or a combination of the two. (Mine are still in Appleworks.) If no one offers a better solution, and you want further details on either of these, just ask, let me know how the information is currently arranged in your spreadsheet, and I'll try to walk you through it.
