Converting Reports to Forms

Question

I have a Report finished, but in the parameter form I need to use a bind variable in one of the LOVs. I am almost sure this can't be done, so is there any easy way for me to somehow import the information from Reports 6i to Forms 6i?
Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.

I use the following procedure in my forms to call reports. Hope that u will be able to sort things out
