Could not load bean class

Hi all,
I am beginner to J2EE technology. But I have a few experience in java programming and JSP. Now, I got a problem when I develop a very tiny bean. I can compile java files and I can make new application via deployment tool. But I cannot create new Enterprise bean and I got an error like "The class (mypackage.MyBean) could not be loaded". How can i solve that problem? Pls help me. I used JDK 1.5.0_02 and J2EE 1.4.
regards,
mielay

hi,
I am sure that all of my bean class, component interface and home inteface is under correct package and I also imported package declaration correctly.
But I got such error...
thanks,
mielay

  • BeanInstantiationException: Could not instantiate bean class

    Hi,
    I am working on a small part of j2ee app and creating a couple beans. Now I get stuck here:
    This is my bean class:
    public class KomplexniPseudoOsoba extends POsoby{
         public KomplexniPseudoOsoba() {
              super();
         public class KomplexniOsoba extends PAdresy{
              public KomplexniOsoba() {
                   super();
    I want the inner KomplexniOsoba class to be my bean. Now when i add it to webmvc-config.xml (using springframework) like this:
    <bean id="KomplexniOsoba" name="KomplexniOsoba"
         class="cz.edu.mub.pef.ja.xkosteln.model.KomplexniPseudoOsoba$KomplexniOsoba">
    </bean>
    I get
    org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'KomplexniOsoba' defined in ServletContext resource [WEB-INF/spring/webmvc-config.xml]: Instantiation of bean failed; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.BeanInstantiationException: Could not instantiate bean class [cz.edu.mub.pef.ja.xkosteln.model.KomplexniPseudoOsoba$KomplexniOsoba]: No default constructor found; nested exception is java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: cz.edu.mub.pef.ja.xkosteln.model.KomplexniPseudoOsoba$KomplexniOsoba.<init>()
    What am I doing wrong the constructor is there!

    and BTW I absolutely love Oracle forums... some people were sad when Oracle bought Sun but I HAVE TO say that the support went WAY UP. I love the speed with which people reply here. ... It is incredible compared to e.g. Spring forums...I don't know anything about the spring forums, but most of the people who respond in the oracle java forums are the same people who responded in the sun java forums (and in a similar fashion).
    Thank you :)no problem.

  • Deploytool could not load my class files

    Hi,
    believe me I have searched half of the web and I hope some of this forum could help me now.
    I have created three class-Files for a Session Bean I want to create for my Application.
    First I created a new Application in the forlder c:\workspace\fs and then I wanted to add an Enterprise Bean. With the button "edit Contents" I found myself in the folder c:\workspace\fs. I clicked on my class-files in the subfolder com\abc\session\ and added these files.
    But when i close the window and want to get to the next step the following message comes: "the class (com.abc.session.homeimpl) could not be loaded. Please ... in setting up the class root directory and choosing class files".
    So, I just have to set up the class root directory? Thats all?
    Where can I do this???
    Thanks to everyone who try to help me!
    Hannes
    PS: excuse my english, but school was not long enough ;-)

    Hello,
    finally I found out why it doesn't work.
    My class-Files were compiled by JDK 1.5. After I compiled them with JDK 1.4 everything works.
    Does anybody know how I can switch my J2EE to Java 1.5 ?

    Hi ,
    by any chance are you having multiple weblogic servers in your farm that have different version of idm war files deployed ? may be one without the class or with a class that is having an incompatible byte code version ?

  • Could not load mediaLib accelerator wrapper classes. Continuing in pure Jav

    Can anyone provide an explanation/solution to the following error message:
    "Could not load mediaLib accelerator wrapper classes. Continuing in pure Java mode."

    This problem seems to occur if only the JAI JAR files are installed without the native DLL's. Is there some property that can be passed in to JAI so that it doesn't look for the DLL's? The lookup is causing quite a delay in initial server response time. We don't want to include the DLL's since they are a big pain for our customers to install and the performance issue is not a concern.
    Thanks for any help!
    -Matt

  • What does the error "Could not load class!" mean?

    I've just loaded Lookout 6.1 on a new computer and have tried to load a process file onto it.  I'm getting the error messages: "Could not load class!" and "Error running process file!" I can take the same process file and load it onto a different computer with no problems.  What should I look for?

    The direct logic driver WILL NOT work with Windows 7, and Automation Direct says they are not upgrading the driver to work with windows 7 .
    We are in the process of moving to NIOPC Servers for our DirectLogic PLCs. So far, the move has been going well.

  • Could Not Create Navigator class

    Hello,
    I hava a bean on an oracle form to invoke the Oracle Help for Java.
    I placed the jar files(help4.jar,oracle_ice5.jar,ohj-jewt.jar) in <oracle_home>forms90/java and my forsweb.cfg has an entry to load these jar files.
    when I open the form I am getting the following error messages in the java console
    Could Not Create Navigator class "oracle.bali.share.collection.SingleItemEnumeration"'s signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package
    Could Not Create Navigator class "oracle.bali.share.sort.StringComparator"'s signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package
    Could Not Create Navigator class "oracle.bali.share.sort.StringComparator"'s signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package
    Can any one please help me to rectify this.
    Thanks,
    Lavanya.

    I believe that the problem is that the forms jar file contains a subset of the classes in the oracle.bali.share package.
    The full set of oracle.bali.share classes is also shipped with Oracle Help for Java (in ohj-jewt.jar).
    The ohj-jewt.jar file is not signed, but the forms jar file is signed. Thus, the error. In order to resolve the problem, you will need to have all of the classes in the oracle.bali.share package added to the signed forms jar (and then you can remove those classes from ohj-jewt.jar). You could either file an Oracle Support request, or bring this issue up on the Forms forum.

  • Could not instantiate bean

    Hi Guys,
    I am not much familiar with Java. I have developed my java program using jdk1.6 and am trying to register java bean using jdk.1.3.1.08 sun.beans.ole.packager utility and when i reach step 5 and click register i am getting below error message. Can someone help me understand what i am doing wrong. The class file is located in excel\test\Getfileinfo.class and it does have constructor definition in it. Thanks.
    c:\jdk1.3.1_08\jre>.\bin\java -cp .\lib\rt.jar;.\lib\jaws.jar sun.beans.ole.Packager
    The definition for excel.test.GetFileInfo in the JAR file
    has a format error.
    WARNING: Could not instantiate bean "excel.test.GetFileInfo" from JAR "C:\excel.jar"
    But were unable to load the class "excel.test.GetFileInfo" because of
    java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: excel.test.GetFileInfo
    Common reasons for this failure include:
    (1) The class is not defined in the correct package
    it should be in the package "excel.test"
    (2) The class has not been given the correct name
    it should be called "GetFileInfo"
    (3) The class file contains the wrong class or no class at all

    This is a very general error in spring. If the jvm cannot find the class in classpath which you have defined in your spring bean configuration file it throws this error.
    Try placing the hibernate3.jar and spring-orm.jar or any other concerned jar files inside the /WEB-INF/lib directory.Only adding jar files in classpath will not suffice.
    Best will be put all the jar files in the /WEB-INF/lib directory and then add the jar files in classpath from here.

  • Could not load app module after upgrade to R12.1.3

    Hello,
    We migrated from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3 and I have a small custom app on my hands which worked fine in 11i but I am getting
    "Could not load application module 'xx.oracle.apps.ak.xxgl.MapAM'" message.
    I checked that the MapAMImpl.class is there (classes are under $XBOL_TOP/java) and permissions are OK. The xml page loaded into the DB has a correct reference to the module as
    amDefName="xx.oracle.apps.ak.xxgl.MapAM"
    and I am running of other options I should check. Appreciate any feedback.
    Thank you

    Syed,
    Thank you for the reply.
    Were you following some documentation from Oracle related to R12? What was that?
    I guess you can place your class files anywhere but just update the CLASSPATH accordingly? Is it correct or wrong? Because I am hearing different opinions and some people talk about XBOL_TOP, some mention JAVA_TOP etc...
    And in your case all you did was place the class files where you said and appended the entry to the CLASSPATH, bounced apache, correct?
    Please let me know.
    Thank you
    Anatoliy

  • Web Logic 10.3.6 (64bit) - Could not load the sitemesh filter and library

    Installed Web Logic 10.3.3 (32bit) and Java JDK 1.6.0_21 (32bit) in a customer's server (Windows Server 2008 R2 and 64-bit Operating System). The web page can be displayed with header and side menu.
    However installed Web Logic 10.3.6 (64bit) and Java JDK 1.6.0_31 (64bit) on that same server. The web page cannot be displayed with header and side menu, it is just displayed with a blank background. Refer to the below "ERROR LOG", found the application could not load the sitemesh filter and library properly. We are using sitemesh-2.3.jar.
    Have tried installed Web Logic 10.3.6 (64bit) and Java JDK 1.6.0_31 (64bit) in a test server (Windows Server 2008 R2 and 64-bit Operating System). The web page can be displayed with header and side menu.
    Please assist on this issue. Thanks.

    I am suspecting if it has to do anything with the native libraries being loaded JAVA_LIB_PATH.
    Please review the server log file again for identifying differences in LIB_PATH or PATH or any messages saying "Unable to load native.. performance pack.."
