Create BP with OPI interface

Hi,
I've implemented an external vendor list. This vendor list has already mapped to the exist vendors.
We've indentified those vendors that already exist than others that  should be created in SRM Server,
In the fields of the interface we have two numbers:
New_partner_ext_partner_Id as DUNS number and
New_partner_external_key as the SAP number.
If this number is empty the vendor must be created like a new BP, but if this field is full the vendor must not be created.
But the system always creates a new BP when I invite a vendor to participate in a bid for the first time.
In SRM Server, only the BP that have been created via Interface OPI  have the DUNS number. The vendor that have been replicated from ERP have not this DUNS number completed.

Hi Muthu,
I'll try to explain better.
We create the vendor in ERP and replicate them via BBP_VENDOR_SYNC.
So, in SRM the vendors have the same number than in ERP.
But in bids we can invite the vendor via external vendor list where we can find a evaluation of them. But in this vendor list some vendors may already exist in SRM and others not.
In this case, when the user select a vendor that not exist in SRM yet, the system creates a new BP. This action is right.
But if the vendor already exists and the user select it, the system creates a new BP as in the other case. This behaviour is not correct.
In the interface we can find two fields:
- new_partner_ext_partner_id[] ( identification number) as DUNS number
- new_partner_external_key[].
Via this last field the vendor list indicates to the system that the vendor exists because this field has the vendor number in ERP.
