Create user column in Identification number assigment block

Hi!
Does anybody know how to find user that create the identification number.
I want create new column in Identification number assigment block.
BuilIDNumber entity  and BUT0ID table don't have fields with that information.
Searching BAPI doesn't give any effect.

I have new task.
Add "Create user" column in "Addresses" assigment block.
In BuilChangeHistoryRel I can find records with full text of address ( Country, PostCode, City etc ) , but not records with addrnumber or addressguid what unique determinate any address.
Does anybody know how to find address author from addrnumber or guid?

  • 'Created by' column in SM37 contains inactive users - audit issue?

    Hi,
    Most of the jobs in sm37 in our systems have been created by staff who had already left. So under the 'created by' column in SM37 we can see jobs running under users who have been locked/deleted. But it's only the 'created by' column. All the 'steps' run under a system user called 'BATCHUSER', that's why the jobs run fine.
    Is it a problem to have inactive users under the 'created by' column in SM37? Is it an audit issue? I've thought that as long as the steps run as a system user then it shouldn't be an audit issue but having discussing about it in my team.
    Any comments will be very welcome!

    Yes,
    This is purely depends on your org understandness, As in system there won't be any issue as long as the jobs run.
    In SAP there is no such way to change the owner (Created by) of background job, we only can change the step owner.
    If you feel that there will be an issue, my suggestion is to copy the jobs to BATCHUSER and delete all old jobs created by inactive users.

    I assumed that the serial number only needs to be present if you have entered some information in the other columns of the corresponding row.

    As a first time user of Numbers, I created a table of info which I imported from Address book.
    Everything looks good.
    I would like to be able to see how many addresses I have on the table.
    I looked at the Numbers 08 manual, and went to Preferences, then Auto correction, then -automatically detect lists.
    The manual says to choose something on Table Inspector- but I couldn't find it.
    I did choose - have Press Return to automatically move to next cell.
    I created a column before the first column on my table ( which was last name) and typed 1.
    I thought that when I pressed return it would automatically type in 2 and 3 and so on.
    But I guess I missed a step.
    Any suggestion?

    It's not clear whether you want to Number the names or Count the names. I'll give you the solution for each.
    To number the entries, begin as you have done, typing a "1" in the first cell, and hitting Return. Then type a "2" in the second cell. Now select both cells and grab the little circle in the lower right corner of the selection rectangle, pulling it down to continue the sequence that you have begun typing.
    To count the number of entries without numbing them, here is one pretty easy way...
    Click on the column label over the last names, which will select the entire column. Then click on the Function Icon on the Toolbar and select Count. This will insert a Footer Row in your Table, and will display the number "0". The zero count is because you have no numbers values in the column. To edit the function to display the count of text items, Names, we need to edit the Function from COUNT to COUNTA. Just click on the footer cell to select it, then click in the Formula Bar, just above the Column Labels, and place your text cursor behind the "T" in COUNT and type an "A". Then hit Return. Now your new footer cell will show your count of names.

  • Customer number got blocked in previous dunning

    Hi Friends,
    This is with regard to customer number got blocked in previous dunning which the printout has already generated and the job got deleted by the user.
    When I tried to execute the same customer number in new dunning, it is showing the message "Account D 0010003064 is blocked by dunning run 20090326 MAN01"
    Also I tried to change the dunning level in line item, but I'm not able to change as it is only showing in display mode and showing a message "This document is scheduled in the dunning run 26.03.2009 MAN01. Making a change to this document does not affect the dunning status, You should not make any document changes until the document does not appear in any further dunning selection".
    Could you please let me know how to release the blocked customer from previous dunning.

    The invoices are blocked in one of the previous dunning run.
    Goto F150, give the identification and date as mentioned in the error.
    Identification : MAN01
    Date            : 26.03.2009
    Delete this proposal and dunning run.
    Similarly delete all those dunning run which are only proposed but not run completely.
    Now do a fresh run and you must be able to post the dunning forms..

    I am trying to create columns in Pages, but when I do, they are not equal (refer to image). Whatever I do just does not work, how do I get them to be the same?

    I found out that when the uneven column on the right was created, all I had to do was create a dummy bullet line above and then delete it. This allowed the formating of a new line to remain in place and therefore create even columns. It seems a bit silly that an additional step like this is required, maybe I did something wrong setting it up, if anyone has a solution to my original problem, please let me know.

    Page 50 of the Number'09 User Guide explains how to define columns. Download the Guide from the Help Menu in Pages. Inspector > Layout Tab > Layout Button shows details of the columns.
    To see the column margins, View > Show Layout:
    The blue upside-down triangles on the ruler show left and right margins for Column 1 (the active column where the cursor is). If you thought they were the left margins of both columns, I can see why the columns appeared unequal.
    When setting columns, the default is that they are equal. Hope this helps.

  • "The CREATE USER statement must be the only statement in the batch" in SQL Azure - why? what to do?

    I'm getting an error on a line in the middle of a larger sql script, only in SQL Azure.

    Error: "The CREATE USER statement must be the only statement in the batch."
    I don't actually understand what 'the only statement in the batch' means.
    What is a batch? Is it a SQL file? Is it related to a 'GO' statement or an 'IF' statement? What is the reason for the error? And how do I avoid it?

    I understand the general purpose of an If statement. I could let go of our definition of statement counting disagreeing too except that because of the error I'm stuck.
    It's less important for Create User but what I am really puzzled over now is a very similar issue how am I supposed to do a safe version of CREATE LOGIN, when I don't know whether a login has been previously created on the server or whether I
    am setting up the database on a clean server?

    The second unworkable workaround idea is to do
    DROP LOGIN [foouser]

    Obviously this throws an error in the second block if the login doesn't already exist on the server.
    The third workaround idea I have is to go conditional by putting an IF condition around DROP instead of CREATE:
    Unfortunately that doesn't work for me either!

    (This is despite the fact that 'drop login' is listed on the
    supported commands page, not the partially supported page..?! Which disagrees with the notes on
    this page.)
    Anyway the real question I am interesting in addressing is: is there actually a way to have a 'Create/Delete login
    if exists' operation which is SQL-Azure compatible and doesn't throw me error messages (which messes with the sql execution tool I am using)?
    If there is no way, I would like to believe it's because it would be a bad idea to do this. But in that case why is it a bad idea?

    Can someone tell what is the use of field Withholding Tax Identification Number? Does it help with the reporting? Where does it get populated on the report if given at vendor or master record or within the withholding tax customization for company code? What is the difference between creating it in the customization for withholding tax information for company code and vendor/customer master record?
    As per SAP:  Withholding tax identification number
    This is a number issued by the tax authorities per withholding tax type.
    This number must be specified in Customizing either:
    (a) As part of the withholding tax information defined for the company code, or
    (b) As part of the withholding tax information defined in the customer or vendor master record.

    The only thing that I could check is the content used in US:
    See content of this field for US:
    LFA1-STCD1      Social security number
    LFA1-STCD2      Employer identification number
    LFBW-WT_WTSTCD  Withholding tax identification number for WT Type
    In order to populate it, please kindly check the following:
    The reason why you cannot fill in the field WT_WTSTCD in transaction
    Fk02 however you can do it in XK02 (Change vendor centrally) can be due
    to wrong customizing of the field status group.

    Finantial accounting -> Accounts receivable and accounts payable ->
    Define screen layout per activity (vendors) -> Change Vendor(Accounting)
    Company code data -> W/holding tax data, w/h tax 2 ->

    display. Please, change it to optional entry.

  • How do I create multiple columns with bullets in pages

    I'm trying to figure out how to create multiple columns within a document in which I bullet information...

    At the point you wish to change to two columns, Insert > Columns and then in the Layout Inspector, select the number of columns. After the insertion point, you will also need to insert another Column Change to return the following paragraphs to single column.
    Then Select the text to be bulleted and in the Text Inspector > List tab select the type of bullets.
    Note: This creates two columns that flow together. This can be tricky if you add any text later.
    If you wish to ensure alignment, create a two column text table and remove the lines with the Graphic Inspector > Lines > No Lines option and insert your text in each column and apply the bullets as above.
    This will create a text box - you then need to ensure it moves with the text by electing "Object Moves With Text" in the Wrpa Inspector.

  • Error has come while creating USER from SU01

    I have got typical error while creating user from T-Code SU01.
    Problem is like that : I suppose to  use SU01 and "User Maintanace: Initial Screen
    has come. Now I put the new user name like ABAP2008 or FI2008 (what ever the name thats hardly matter) and click on CREAT button then next screen Maintain User has been appeared.In this screen Address TAB is on and asking for fillup all the required user information.So I have been made all information like :First name /Last name /Tele ph/Fax / email etc etc. After complete this tab when I clicked on next tab is called "LOGON DATA, it has been given a error "Specify a valid country indicator
    Message no. T5027" . Even thogh I didn't able to go to next screen LOGON DATA.Because of these problem I doesn't able to creat a user.

    DB:SQL2005
    OS: Windows 2003 server

    Are you using ECC with ISU.. ? I am not sure but I feel your issue can be solved with information provided in SAPnote,
    Note 1046566 - EC70: address-independent telephone number no country.
    The system does not transfer any country from the master data template with the address-independent telephone number.  The system issues the warning message T5027 "Specify a valid country indicator".

    I am using a DATAEXPORT function to export level0 data from my essbase 11.1.2.2 to Microsoft SQL 2008 tables.
    So what I did first I exported the level0 data to a flat file using DATAEXPORT and the created the SQL columns by the same  in that order only in my SQL table.
    When I run it fails with this error:

    It created the new rows successfully ..
    So with this I think the error which I am getting with my other application might be because of the same column issue  .. but then I have created all the columns by looking at the export file only as I did in sample ..

    First make sure you add
    DataExportRelationalFile ON;
    to your set commands it is missing
    I alwats like to also add
    DataExportColHeader dimensionName;
    so I am sure what dimension is getting put into the columns.
    Then count the number of dimensions in your outline (exclude attribute dimensions). You need at least that many columns in your table  -1 + the number of  members you will be returning as columns in the export
    Taking your example Sample basic has 5 dimensions
    Measures
    Years
    Scenario
    Product
    Market
    Since you did not specify a dataexportcolheader it took the dense dimension Scenario as the columns. Your fix statement is limiting that to one member. Doing the math
    5 -1 + 1 = 5 columns in your table which is what you found works.  Suppose you fixed on bothe Actual and budget in scenario then you would need 6 columns 5 -1 +2
