Creating New EEO Information Fields

Hi,
I am using E-Recruiting 3.0 and I want to create a couple of new Information Fields to hold other Equal Opportunites Information that is required, but I am not sure how I go about this.
I have looked in the IMG -> E-Recruiting -> Applicant Tracking -> Questionnaires -> Equal Employment Opportunites, but these IMG nodes only let me updated previously created ones.
Does anyone know how to add new fields to this?

Have you tried going into administration personal pages and click on questionnaire maintenance if you have already configured I MG you should find

    It is mandatory to give the org unit to which the position is being associated with.
    Give the org unit and try saving it.

    I am not sure where your question is directed.  The forum that you have posted your question in is for questions related to the SAP Business One SDK.  Are you looking to create new user tables/fields in SAP Business One?  If so you can do this either through the SAP Business One SDK interface using Tools > User Defined Fields and/or Tools > User Defined tables.
    You can also create metadata objects in Business One programatically using the UserTablesMD and/or UserFields objects.
    SAP does not support direct SQL writes to the SAP Business One Db.

  • Changing values for EEO Questionnaire Information Fields in E-Recruiting

    We are implementing E-Recruiting 6.0.  I have changed entries for EEO values for Race Category via the IMG SAP E-Recruiting>Recruitment>Applicant Tracking>Questionnaires>Equal Employment Opportunities-->Assign Values to Information Fields.  When I attempt to create an EEO questionnaire using the new values, the old values are retained.  I have been able to determine that when an EEO questionnaire is created entries are created in the T77RCF_MBO_ATTR table linking the values with a VC object, but I haven't been able to figure out if there is a way to clear out/fix the entries in that table.
    Any assistance with this problem would be appreciated.

    first of all: thank you for your very fast reply. I tried to delete the cache as mentioned above and invested some hours in investigation. Your answers gave me some new searchwords and it looks like I found the solution.
    I found note 830251 where SAP said, that there is a difference between old and new way of implementing Corporate Desing to BSP-Applications.
    The old method is the one I mentioned above, but this works only as long as SAP_BW 3.5 SP04 is not in the system. After SAP_BW 3.5 SP04  is used, there is a new way to change the design of BSP-Applications.

  • How To Add Additional Fields When Creating New Contact From w/in Mac Mail?

    Hi there. When in Mac Mail and clicking on contact information provided within an email, we are able to either (1) CREATE NEW CONTACT or (2) ADD TO EXISTING CONTACT (by clicking on the arrow next to a phone number, address, etc.). If I choose "Create New Contact," how can I add additional fields BEFORE clicking on "Add to Address Book" button in lower right corner? Let's say, for example, I know this new contacts URL or company. (Currently, I am creating the new contact from within Mac Mail and then going to Address Book and finding the contact, then editing, the adding the additional fields, then saving, and then going back to Mac Mail. This all takes time.)
    Note: When creating a new iCal event from within Mac Mail, we can click on Option/Alt key when selecting drop-down arrow...and this will allow us to add additional information. The same feature isn't available for address book???

    I have the exact same question and problem. If there was a way to automatically open the AB entry after "creating new contact" this would solve it.

    How do we create new field on UI and store data into existing field in database?
    Is there any option in AET to skip the creation of new field in the database table ?
    Custom field is already created in GUI and database table while using CRM 4.0
    Now, after upgrading to 7.0 EHP3 , I need to bring this field on the UI .
    Using AET may create new field again in the database table.Please suggest.
    New filed needed to be created in Marketing Campaign Element Header data.

    Hi Jayasri,
    As a custom fields are already there in crm 4.0. You don't need to use AET again to add field.
    These enhancements still exist after the upgrade. Dependent on the enhancement object and type some manual steps are necessary.
    For example regarding a single field enhancement for the BP the whole framework is enhanced after the upgrade. There is only one manual step to bring the field on the relevant view(s) via the UI Configuration Tool. For whole BP tables some more manual steps are necessary, these steps are described in the note 1069791 - CRM WebClient UI for EEW enhancements (reference to more notes regarding the EEW after the upgrade).
    For set types, we need to generate UI With the help of the UI configuration tool the settypes could become visible in the Web UI.
    I didn't understood your scenario, can add little more information why you want to add field by AET if available in DB?

    click on apple ID listed there
    select Sign Out
    sign in with the proper account
    from then on, when the store ask for your password it should be with the correct ID

  • Create New Field - Package is null and non editable

    7.0 when choosing the Create New Field in the UI, I get a window where the Package is empty and I can not edit it, the Namespace contains a Z and is not editable.
    I select ORDERADM_I but when I select OK I get the message the Package is Required.
    I am guessing I need to do something in EEWB? but not quite sure.  I did find any other forum questions with this issue.

    I assumed you are using Application Enhancement Tool.
    The prerequesite to use Application Enhancement Tool is you have to maintain the system settings in transaction AXTSYS.
    Here you can define a default value, which will be displayed in WebUI.

    I checked in Web UI configuration for urgent change document as you mentioned but still that button is not coming.
    In transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB, i have created enh. set: Z_ENHANCEMENT_SET.
    Can you tell what to selelect in application and page popup which comes after selecting Enhance component button. Actually i tried but i am not able to add new record in conf.

  • Creating new fields - But whats the package?

    I'm new to CRM 7.0 and SAP CRM in general.  Just trying to do something very basic - Adding CUstom Fields using the web CRM tool (AET)..
    I read this article by Tzanko Stefanov who is a product manager for SAP: /people/tzanko.stefanov2/blog/2008/11/18/application-enhancement-tool-creating-and-reusing-custom-fields-with-crm-70-part-1-of-2
    In this blog he explains how to create a custom field and reuse it.  The issue is he skips a step that I am just not understanding.  If you look at the screen shots he posts one of the first screen shots shows a package: "Z_EXTENSIBILITY_800".  I am not sure how or where this package is created.  Do I need to define this in my ERP system somewhere and then use it in the CRM?  My question is how to define a package and where to define it?
    In my case when I try to create a custom field it is asking for a "package" but I don't know which package to use or whether or not to create a new package?
    Can anyone help with this please.

    Ok as I understand it the package then asks for a transport request number?
    So lets say I create a package Z_CRM_CUSTOMIZATIONS.
    Then when I go into the CRM 7.0 AEI (Application Enhancement Tool) to add new fields I can use this as a package?
    Once i am done I can transport the entire package from Test client to production is that how it works?  Can you give me any reference on how to perform the package transfer?  Would I be using STMS like our ERP system ?
    Or is there a different process ?

  • How to create new form fields in several columns (spreadsheet) and have them named consecutively?

    Hopefully someone can help.  I created a new form from an Excel spreadsheet, but the form field recognition didn't "take" well and very little of the spreadsheet translated into form fields.  I need to create new fields (31) for each column (about 10) and I want the fields in each column to have a keyword from the parent column and the fields numbered consecutively.  I'm really hoping I don't have to do this manually!
    Next, is there a way to total the values in a column of fields (the same as the SUM function in Excel?) or does the form user have to dig out a calculator and add everything?
    Can I create an email (submit) button and direct how (ie email) and by what method the form is sent?
    Once the form is completed, is there a way for the user to lock it before sending it - ie a button they could press to make it no longer fillable?  Or can I set the document to be a regular .pdf once it leaves the host machine?
    I think that's it!  Hopefully someone can help soon - this is a work project that could be potentially very time consuming if I have to create each form field manually.  Thank you for any assistance!

    Yes, this can be very tricky. If you don't get the exact right offset between each field, the difference will accumulate and after a while it will be completely off.
    You just have to play around with it, until you get it right. Or almost right, and then adjust it manually.
    Another thing I've noticed, is that when you select one field and right click for properties, you get an expanded version, as opposed to select/shift/enter for a bunch of cells only yields an abbreviated properties box - what's up with that?  Is there a way to change this?  For instance, I had set the properties for a column of 31 cells to be number, 1 decimal place.  Halfway through my project, the lady I am doing the favor for tells me she would like 2 decimal places, requiring me to manually change each box for 62 cells!  Apparently cell formatting is not an option in the abreviated properties dialogue!  Is there a fix for that?
    No, there isn't. Some propeties you have to set manually (or get right the first time, before copying and pasting...). There is a way to do it with a script, but it's a bit complex and requires using an undocumented method.
    This next question is a bit more complicated, and may not be possible.  The form I am creating is for payroll purposes, so at the moment it is generic (31 days) and the user fills in the month manually. Is it possible to get the form to recognize a month value (or create a pulldown menu with a selection of months to choose from) and limit the days accordingly?  Or better yet, run a calendar function so that weekends and stat holidays are highlighted on the affected row?  Kind of like what you can do with an Excel spreadsheet, which is what I designed the form in at the start (then printed to .pdf - the form field recognition did NOT work well on my spreadsheet!  hence me doing every cell manually).  Is this even possible, and if so, is it something I could learn to do?

    If you want to do it yourself, you would have to learn a lot about both the Date object in JS and about the various date printing and scanning methods in Acrobat JS.

    Im following this blog while creating the new field using AET.
    After filling all the field details and trying to create a Transport request its going for a runtime error.
    The error is happening in class  CL_CRM_GENIL_AXT_API
    method get_editable_properties.
      data lr_field_ext type ref to cl_genil_field_extension.
      field-symbols <axt_field_extension> type gtype_field_extension.
      data lr_fieldext_ref type ref to if_axt_field_ext_access.
      read table axt_field_extension_tab assigning <axt_field_extension> with key ext_bo       = is_key-ext_bo
                                                                              ext_bo_part  = is_key-ext_bo_part
                                                                              extension_id = is_key-extension_id.
      lr_field_ext = <axt_field_extension>-axt_extension.
      if sy-subrc = 0.
    While Debugging we can see that the table axt_field_extension_tab  is having zero values during the last execution.
    But the Zfield is getting generated and the status is in green.
    Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

    the reason that AET does not work is because there is/are missing entries in one of DB table.
    Namely the enhance BO assignment to the UI Object Type.
    Could you please tell me, what is the UI Object Type in you current IC application.
    In order to figure this out, you can put mouse cursor in one of the field in the UI and then press F2.
    Then you can go to SM30 in SAP GUI open the View BSPDLCV_OBJ_TYPE and search for the UI object type.
    Select the UI object type and see whether any enhanced BO is defined.
    In your case it should be empty, otherwise you can use AET in IC.
    And if it is empty we need to figure out which enhanced BO is relevant for the given UI Object Type.

    Step 1
    Using transaction PM01 chose the 'Enhance Infotype tab' and press the create 'All' button.
    Step 2
    Enter the new fields you wish to add to the Infotype.
    Step 3
    Once saved and activated the new fields will appear in the Infotype screen and database table

    1. Added MATWA (Material Entered - Material determination) field in the structure KOMPAZ.
    2. Activated the structure.
    3. Now I need to allocate the new field in the table T681F to the usage and the application area, in which it is to be used.  (These are the steps I got from few documents and in the following link   [Re: Allowed fields are not showing in the Condition table])
    My question is.. How to add this field in T681F table?
    Ultimately, I am not getting this field in the Field catalog while creating condition table.

    I hope you would have added the field MATWA with ZZMATWA as we need to do it with ZZ or YY for custom fields additions in the communication structure.
    After doing this, ideally there should not be any problem in adding ZZMATWA in the field catalogue. Try with the following menu path in the IMG
    Sales and Dist.->Basic Functions-> Pricing->Pricing Control->Define Condition tables Execute - Add field catalogue.
    Or in transaction code VOK0 by selecting the condition tables option in the menu.- Add field catalogue
