Creation de boutons dans un PDF

Bonjour à tous,
Je souhairerais pouvoir créér des boutons sur un pdf afin de pouvoir rattacher à ces boutons par exemple . lorsque l'utilisateur appuie sur le bouton il va sur la page 2, ou envoie par mail etc...
Pouvez vous me dire quel logiciel utilisez, et si cela est réalisable?

Acrobat fonctionne très bien pour ajouter ce genre de boutons.
Si vous utilisez un programme comme InDesign pour créer vos documents, vous pouvez directement ajouter vos boutons dans le document InDesign et exporter le document sous forme de PDF.

J'utilise Adobe Acrobat Pro.
J'ai crée dans un PDF des champs de formulaire dans lesquels on peut saisir du texte en multilignes.
J'aimerais savoir s'il est possible de régler l'espacement des interligne pour condenser un peu plus le texte dans le sens de la hauteur (ex : j'ai un champs de texte dans lequel là je peux écrire 2 lignes avec une taille de caractère de "8". J'aimerais pouvoir faire tenir 3 lignes!)
J'ai remarqué qu'il y a, dans les propriétés de ce champs de saisie, un onglet "Format" qui pourrait me permettre de régler ça si je choisis "Personnalisée", à la condition bien sûr d'écrire un script.
J'ai bien évidement pas la moindre idée du code que j'dois écrire là-dedans, ni même à quoi doit ressembler ce script (Je suis pas développeur ^^)

Le panneau Format dont vous parlez ne concerne pas la mise en forme des caractères ou du paragraphe, mais l'application d'un masque au texte.
Par exemple, entrer 22-04-10 va s'afficher automatiquement 22/04/2010.
Ceci est très pratique pour les codes postaux, numéros de téléphones, dates, numéros de références....
Je ne suis pas sur que ce soit possible de pouvoir modifier l'interligne dans Acrobat. Ce n'est pas vraiment un programme de mise en page et les options à ce niveau sont plutôt limitées.
Je vois 2 possibilités :
1) Réduire la taille du texte qui est déjà à 8 points ou agrandir la zone de texte
2) Cocher l'option FAIRE DÉFILER LES LONGS TEXTES sous l'onglet OPTION des propriétés du champ de texte.
Si vous êtes sur PC et que vous avez Adobe LiveCycle Designer, peut-être que vous aurez un peu plus d'options pour la mise en forme du texte dans un champ de formulaire, mais j'en doute !

Dps bouton dans un état d'objet

J'aimerais coller dans un état d'objet un bouton qui lit une vidéo
mais lorsque le bouton se trouve dans l'état je n'ai plus accès à la vidéo (sans vidéo) dans la palette bouton.
Si c'est réalisable. Pouvez-vous me dire comment faire. merci

Ce que vous essayez de faire ne fonctionne pas.
Vous pouvez avoir jusqu'à 3 niveaux d'imbrication d'objets interactifs, sauf pour les états d'objets et boutons dans un état d'objet où l'action sera annulée.
Par contre, vous pouvez, je pense, remplacer votre bouton par un hyperlien et mettre une image du bouton.

Intégrer une variable dynamique dans un PDF

Nous avons produit un document pdf avec indesign.
Notre client souhaiterais que dans ce document on puisse personnaliser le filigrane.
L'idée est donc de passer en parametre le nom de la personne quand ont ouvre le document sur internet: (http://www.monsite.fr/mondocumentpdf.pdf?nom=martin&prenom=jean&societe=greencool).

Je n'ai pas de doc spécifique, mais l'approche du js chez Abracadabrapdf me semble une bonne base (oui, désolé, on dirait que je fais de la pub, mais c'est surtout parce que la ressource est intéressante).
Pour ce qui est de la génération de pdf, pense aux systèmes de banques, qui, par exemple, génèrent 1 pdf de tes extraits de compte si tu le demande, et ce pdf est personnalisé, à ton nom (et tes comptes). Bien entendu, c'est une autre structure qu'un simple pdf posé sur un serveur.
Et je n'ai pas plus d'infos sur le sujet, vu que je suis utilisateur sur des cas moins complexes

[AS2] Navigation à partir d'un bouton dans clip vers une autre séquence

Je suis entrain de développer une animation en AS2, mon problème est le suivant:
Je travaille avec clip qui contient des boutons, et en cliquant sur ces boutons je souhaite passer à d'autres séquences. J'ai réussi à naviguer dans la même séquence en utilisant "_root.gotoAndStop(num_image);" mais je n'ai pas réussi à naviguer vers d'autres séquences.
l'arborescence de mon animation est la suivante :
- séquence 1 (nommée "maquette") : elle contient un premier symbole clip "clip1", qui contient à son tour un clip "clip2" (cad clip2 est integré dans clip1). Clip 2 contient un bouton, en cliquant sur ce bouton je veux aller à l'image 1 de la séquence 2 (nommé seq2), mais je n'arrive pas.

By "sequence" I assume you mean "scene", since you say you can navigate within the first sequence using "_root.gotoAndStop". Unfortunately, Flash's gotoAndStop( [scene:String], frame:int ) overload just doesn't work when you try to specify a scene name.
To work around that, just put a unique frame label on your 2nd scene's main timeline and navigate to it using _root.gotoAndStop("frame_label"). Flash will figure out which scene the label is on as long as you use _root.gotoAndStop.
Your handler would look like this:
clip1.clip2.button.onMouseDown = function() { _root.gotoAndStop( "frame_label_in_scene_2" ); }

Signets sans liens dans fichier PDF

Je signale ce phénomène comme un bug, vu que je n'ai trouvé aucun autre endroit pour ce faire, et que ça peut être utile.
- Depuis une composition InDesign, générer une Table des matières avec l'option «Créer des signets PDF».
- Créer le fichier PDF.
- Dans le fichier PDF (Acrobat ou Reader ou Aperçu), les signets apparaissent bien dans le bandeau latéral, mais ne fonctionnent pas, c'est-à-dire qu'ils ne renvoient pas à la page correspondante (un clic dessus ne fait rien).
La cause:
Se produit uniquement si le nom du fichier de la composition InDesign contient un caractère accentué (dans mon cas: «Manuel comptabilité» avec un «é», donc).
Mac OS X 10.5.8, langue Français suisse, clavier suisse-romand, InDesign CS4 version 6.0.3, trois heures de boulot perdues.

Problème d'affichage de police opentype dans un pdf

Je compose des documents pdf en utilisant Arbortext Advanced Print Publisher (APP) de PTC.
Dans ce document j'utilise la police Univers en version open type.
Lorsque j'ouvre le pdf obtenu dans Acrobat et si je change le niveau de zoom, j'obtiens un affichage très irrégulier de mon texte : les lettres s'affichent avec une hauteur différente ce qui donne un effet de vague.
Lorsque j'ouvre mon pdf dans d'autres viewers (Chrome, PDF-viewer...) ce problème n'est absolument pas présent. J'ai donc tendance à penser que le problème vient de Acrobat et non de mon logiciel de composition (APP).
Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà rencontré ce problème ou as-t-il une idée de son origine ?

Et à un niveau de zoom très élevé, est ce que vos caractères apparaissent pixellisés ou pas ?
Je ne connais pas le programme dont vous parlez, mais d'après une rapide recherche, ce problème est rencontré par d'autres utilisateurs de ce programme. Je pencherais sur les options d'exportation au format PDF depuis Arbortext Advanced Print Publisher.
Commençons par voir si cette police est bien incorporée à votre document PDF.
Allez dans le menu Fichier puis choisissez Propriétés (raccourcis Control D) et cliquez sur l'onglet Polices.
Cet onglet vous affiche les polices utilisées dans le document et vous indique si elles y sont incorporées ce qui va permettre de cibler un peu plus le problème.

Creation of a several-page PDF from an Illustrator file

I have created a leaflet in Illustrator as two print-ready files - one artboard containing front and back pages plus one containing the inner pages.
Now, the need has arisen to also publish the leaflet on the Web as a PDF containing all four pages. Is it possible to create such a file using Illustrator, or must I purchase InDesign for doing so?
And if this can be done using Illustrator, how do I do?
Hope that somebody can help. Thank you in advance.

You have two options:
1/ Create file as a spread
2/ Create file as individual pages
If you're using CS4, no problem as you can create a new file with four pages / artboards and save to a single multi-page pdf. If you're on CS3 or earlier, you can do one of two things:
1/ Download the appropriate version of the MultiPage plugin from Hot Door: https://www.hotdoor.com/multipage
or
2/ Create a multipage document in Illustrator. Here are a some links to tutorials on how to do that (Google will throw up more):

Edit: Forgotten if you need to print or you can just save to a multi-page pdf. Of course, you may have to adjust the artwork a bit... specially if you have art that spans the 'spread' ...

Creation of Smart Forms for PDF

I am new to SFP. So, please tell me how to create Smart Forms for PDF.
I already have an SAP standard form of Customer Invoice in this format (SFP) and I need to change the layout and add some additional fields in it as well.

Storing expense report creation date and showing in PDF document

Hi,
We have implemented ESS buisness package 1.0. In travel and expense.. travel expense PDF form is generated..which is PDF form from ECC..form name is PTRV_EXPENSE_FORM..
i want to modify this...this form should store the day when the expense report is created..
In this form there is one field but it display current server date..
But i want this field to removed and want to store the date on which this expense report was created..

You probably might have placed the code to populate the Data/ time value on the initialize event. Before you assign the current system date, check if the field has a value already. If it has then do not assign a new value.

Initialisation des états de boutons dans une structure case

Bonjour à tous,
J'ai créer une un claseur contenant des fiches (1, 2, 3, etc...) sur la gauche de mon Front Panel (FP). Sur chaques fiches il y plusieurs boutons type bouléen. Les fiches correspondent à une structure "case".
Chaque fiche comporte un schéma de test avec des vannes et des boutons (on/off). Comment définir la position initiale de ces boutons?
En cliquant sur ces boutons, le schéma se modifie (changement de couleur/position) et lorque le schéma est conforme à la procédure de test, un signal (true) est communiqué vers un diagramme de mesure (à droite du FP) et y active le bouton "start".
Comme la mesure est la même pour toute les configuration validée de chaques fiches, est-il possible d'avoir un seul fil d'activation du bouton start depuis la structure case (sous-entendu seule le "case" actif envoi un signal)?
De plus, lors de l'exécution, je souhaiterai que le changement de fiche (de 1 à 2 par exemple), réinitialise l'ensemble des boutons présent sur toutes les fiches (y compris la fiche sélectionnée).
Merci pour vos conseils, je redécouvre LV après 20 ans, et le programme à sacrément évolué (ou ma mémoire est trouée ).

Que voulez vous dire par "Comment définir la position initiale de ces boutons?" Est-ce que vous faites référence à la valeur des boutons où bien les boutons changement litérallement de position sur la face avant?
Pour ce qui est de l'initialisation des valeurs des booléans vous pouvez utiliser des varialbes local sur un changement de valeur du classeur, voir example en pièce jointe.

I have just upgraded to Windows 7 32-bit and was able to install Robohelp HTML without any problems. However, when I try to install the Adobe PDF Creation Add-On I get the following message: "This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."
Since I rely on the PDF Creation Add-On to create PDF files I need to find a resolution to this problem. Is there a Window 7 version of the Robohelp installer that I can use?

Extract embedded xml from PDF/A-3b (also creation)

in the context of a research project, we are currently trying to extract embedded xml from a PDF/A-3b document via code.
The project deals with establishing a new invoicing standard (Zugferd: ferd-net.de, only german). Invoices are expressed via xml, which is embedded in PDF/A.
What we are trying to archive is extraction of the xml via java code. For testing purposes, we are currently using an third party skd to extract the invoice-xml, by calling a .EXE file and then picking up the results in java.
I currently have only one valid example file that can be processed via this sdk. To get more data, i used the test version of acrobat pro to alter the embedded xml file. To be more specific, i deleted the embedded file, added a new xml file, and used preflight to make the PDF conform to /A-3b. Although the file seems to have the same properties as the original, it can no more be processed via the extraction sdk. Since messing around with acrobat does not seem to get me anywhere, i am now looking into extracting data from the pdf my self.
Is there any present implementation/library/solution for extracting data in a java context? The few third party tools i found are all based of a .net/windows native environment. I have heard rumors about Adobe giving out tools to extract embedded data from PDF/A?
How is it the other way around? Is it possible to embedd xml into a PDF via Java? Given there allready is PDF file which we can attach to.

Hi Florian,
I would look for general purpose PDF libraries that can open a PDF and access data objects in it.
All in all it is not too difficult to get to the embedded XML, once you have a library that can access and read data structures/data objects inside a PDF file. Some understanding of the inner workings of PDF data structures will help you get the job done (e.g. read the section about embedded files in the PDF standard / ISO 32000-1, as well as the chapter about PDF syntax).

Importation PDF avec liens dans Indesign CS4

Bonjour,
Je n'arrive pas à importer certains liens d'un PDF dans Indesign.
Dans le PDF, tout fonctionne bien.
Mais lors de l’importation dans Indesign :
les liens faisant référence à un site ou une adresse mail fonctionnent bien,
ceux qui ont été créés dans le document (ayant généré le PDF) avec des signets ne fonctionnent pas.
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi.

Je vais fermer la discussion, car j'ai contourné le problème...
J'ai beaucoup cherché sur internet parce que je voulais savoir pourquoi ces liens ne voulaient pas fonctionner.
J'ai contrôlé au travers de ma palette liens si tout était correct.
Voyant que c'était le cas, et n'ayant plus d'autres solutions, j'ai donc créé mes Hyperliens dans Indesign.
