Creation of MIC for every materail???

Hi Gurus,
I created MIC's( dimension, tensile etc) thatt needs to be inspected through QS21 and assigned qualitative/quantitative as well as lower specific limit and upper specific limit for the MIC.
But, my issue is This lower specific limit and upper specific limit vary from material to material.
Kindly help me is that i need to create MIC for evry materail or any other option available????
Please suggest possible solution to create MIC for evry material?

You can use "Incomplete copy model " for this MIC wherein you get option to enter upper & lower limits etc while assiging MIC to Inspection plan.

Unable to select Quantitative data during creation of MIC while using Clas

Dear All,
I want to transfer MIC Result recording to Batch class.
For that, i am trying to create MIC & giving class characteristic name in QS21, and then under control data, I am unable to select, Quantitative. By default system is selecting Qualitative. But I want to create that MIC as Quantitative.
Is there any setting for this?

After GR for subcontracting materail we doing result recording.Materails which will not meet quality parametrs are rejexted by Quality dept in QA11/QA12.Batch management ia activeted for all material in plants.
While doing Return delivery tio Vendor in QA11/12, getting error message (M7 389)

The only alternative is to recreate the component batches during
the goods receipt in the background of the return delivery. To do
this, you must make the following settings:
- As described in Note 566147, message M7 389 must only be set as
a warning message (transaction: OMCQ).
- For the movement type 544, automatic batch creation must be
allowed in transaction OMJJ (field: V_156_VC-CHNEU).
- For movement type 544 O, you must not define a search scheme
for the batch determination (transaction: OMCG).
- Internal batch number assignment must always be activated
(transaction: OMCZ).

To create a room for every user or not?

My application requires that guest/participants do not need to login. They only enter names. Also the meetings are not scheduled. It's on walk in basis where host waits for the guests. In my case, I will have hundreds and eventually thousands of hosts. For every host, do I need to create a new room and allocate it to only that user? Is that how the rooms supposed to used or there is any other data structure such as groups which I can use? Are there limitations to how many rooms one application can create?

Same answer, you can do both
I wouldn't create a room per customer, but you could potentially create one room per agent. You'll need to build your own application that would allow your to select the correct agent given the customer needs, but you need to do that anyway.
Once you know the agent, again, having the agent always enter his/her room and wait for customers, or have the agent enter a random room and then pair it with a customer is pretty much the same.
Fixed rooms will save you to manage room creation/deletion (you will still need to create a room when a new agent joins a company and remove it when he leaves, but that can be part of the normal management of agents).
One feature that we are planning to add is rooms that "autodelete" when the session terminate, so you can easily create a random room on the fly and don't have to remeber to cleanup.
But basically I think what you do depends on a couple of workflows :
1) A host (teacher, agent, advisor) has routinely scheduled sessions with customers (or students). In this case it may be easier to have a fixed room for the host and direct the guests to that room for the scheduled session (again, using external authentication you can guarantee that only users registered or authorized for that session can join that room)
2) Two users (host/guest, agent/customer, two random users, etc.) wants to initiate an ad-hoc conversation. In this case it may be easier to create a room on the fly (or pick a room from a pool of existing rooms) and direct both users to that room.
As I said in the previous post the serverIntegration modules are your friends here: they have all the methods to create/delete rooms, create authentication tokens and in general manage your account.

Table that contains the change date for every cost element

If you basically want to find out if anyone changed the cost element, you need to use transaction KA05 and enter the cost element and controlling area.
This would actually bring you whatever field was changed and on double clicking give you the actual change and the date on which the change was made.
Problem is this change date is actually the creation date of a change document which is in the table CDHDR.Its not like the change date is on any master tables.

Is there really that much of a difference in
bandwidth speed between Firewire 400 and USB 2.0?
You'd have to do some web research to get solid numbers. I know what I've read, and experienced, and FireWire moves more data more easily. On paper, I believe USB 2.0 is speced to be faster (480mbs vs 400mbs), but with FireWire handling all it's own smarts in moving data, it just does a better job in the REal World.
guess I didn't think that with USB, bandwidth would
be something to consider, unless you are talking
Firewire 800 which most machines don't come with.
My opinion is that it really depends how far you are going to push the machine and GB. I'm working on a 52 or 53 track project, I need every bit and every cycle I can get (and it's playing fine via my FireWire drive)
I have to admit, I am kind of curious now ... maybe when I get a chance I'll try copying the project to a USB drive and see if it can still play it. If it can, perhaps the difference is small enough that it doesn't matter. Probably the REAL test, which I'm doubtful I'll tackle, would be pushing the project to just the point where it will play from the FW drive (iow, one more track and it can't), and then move that to the USB drive. Not perfectly scientific (fragmentation could be an issue, etc), but it would be interesting to try.
On the USB/Firewire using CPU issue, that I didn't
think about. I guess in some situations it might be
an issue, but again, for audio podcasting I just
didn't take that into consideration.
Yeah, for a PodCast, how many tracks are you REALLY going to create, half dozen tops? Maybe a few more for special-special effects, but they won't be playing through the entire cast, so, agreed, it's not likely to be an issue on a small project.
As far as one being better, or "cleaner" as an input
device, have there been any tests and results posted
on this? I would like to see that if there were.
The bus is not going to make a difference. All USB and FireWire are doing is moving the data, not changing it. Th quality comes from the Mic PREs and line-level preamps, the A/D converters, the mic you're using (the room...)

Automatic TO creation and confirmation for a Material document

I have to customization for auto transfer orders and confirmations for material documents what ever created with 101 movement type in Inventory Management. I have down configuration like below.
SPRO->Logistics Execution->Warehouse Management->Activities->Transfers-> Set Up Autom. TO Creation for TRs / Posting Change Notices
Double click on control data tab
Hear for my warehouse I given input like   Auto TO = 1,
                                                                         AddId = select check box.
And in Assign control tab for 101 movement type I have given input like below.
Automatic TO = 1.
TO item can be confirmed immed. = tick checkbox
Propose Confirmation = tick checkbox.
Foreground/Backgrnd = D.
After creating of Material document I am executing report RLAUTA10 in SE38.When I execute this report system showing message like TO processing finished: TR total:   17, TO created:    0, Errors:   17.
If I check header details of transfer requirements in LB03, i am not seeing Tick Mark in Auto TO Creation field.
Can any one tell me what the mistake i have down or if i need to do any further configuration. Please help me regarding this concern?

Despite your objective, this is not a Java issue. The real question is "How does one run a program just before system shutdown?"
How you execute such an application is system dependent. Java doesn't know when the system shuts down, only when the JVM shuts down. Unless you're willing to have JVM running the entire time the system is up, you'll need native code to detect system shutdown & launch the notification app.

Adobe Bridge (CS6) - bulk action - JPEG Options must be OKed for every image

Hi all-
I created an action script for a watermark in Photoshop CS6. Then, I ran my script as a bulk action in Adobe Bridge (CS6) against my JPEGs. However, the JPEG Options dialog/window appears for every image in PS. Is there a way to have this automatically OK (and at the highest quality) so that I don't have to sit and click OK over and over?

Log Error : Invalid Input Parameter %s for every SAP B1 Client

Hi Everybody,
in my company we have performed SAP B1 upgrade from 2007A to 8.81 PL07, in two steps upgrading first to PL04.
Everything is working fine for all our clients, we are able to post and work normally with the system.
The only annoying problem is an error message coming up every minute for every client in the log:

I couldn't find anything regarding this topic in the forum, only one similar post but unanswered.

Hi Julie,
it must be a triggered action from the system. The only problem is that log files grow very big, few mb every day, and it is a situation that's not very ideal. And also i don't want to turn them off because it is always a good resource for other errors.
It is very strange that SAP hasn't noticed this behaviour and there isn't any note available for the purpose.

Multiple Queries in Workbook - Refresh Screen Shows Up for Every Query

We have multiple queries in a workbook. All of these queries have the exact same selections for the variable selection screen. When all the queries are refreshed once, the selection screen used to show up once and all the queries are refreshed with the same selections.
We were on BI 7.0 and SP10. We recently moved to SP12. Since the SP12 installation, the multiple query refresh pops-up the selection screen for every query. It is nothing like "multiple query refresh" at once since the user has to click "execute" button for every single query. It is interesting to note that the selection screen only contains hierarchy variables and hierarchy node variables. The other variables of selection screen do not show up. I couldn't find any OSS note on this topic. Please let me know if anyone has any comments on this issue. I will assign points to useful posts.

Autocorrection for every keyboard not working in iOS 6

Apple promised at WWDC "Autocorrection for every keyboard". I am using a Bluetooth keyboard on an iPad 2 with iOS 6 and it's not working. The same is true on iPhone 5. I have it enabled in settings and it works with the virtual keyboard.

I have an iPhone 4 with current iOS.
I've noticed this over the past few months. I always notice it on the FB app. My short cuts stop working. I will check email or note. I figured restarting the phone would fix it.
Here's the thing. Obviously I use FB a lot, but this short cut issues never happens in text messages, Whatsapp, or email. Always with FB.
In fact I noticed that I get sluggish typing performance typing using the FB app whether I use the keyboard short cuts or not.
Just wondering if this common among iPhone 4 users.
