Creation of Multiple Shipments with respect to Single inbound.

Hi,
This is regarding creation of Multiple Shipments with respect to Single inbound.
In standard SAP, you can create Shipment cost based on Inbound number.Requirement is here for single inbound can we create multiple Shipment document.
Can we do shipment costing for Multiple shipment in single document through VI01.
Yours Help in this will be highly appreciated.

to process shipment cost documents you can either call up a shipment cost document in change mode or you can create lists of the shipment cost documents
you can create the following lists:
-Shipment cost documents for calculation
-Shipment cost documents for settlement
to process a single document use t-code VI01
to create lists of shipment cost documents to be changed use t-code VI11
so, if you need something very special you would think about the new enhancement...

I had a following scenario to map in PM module. can anybody guide me to map this process?
we had no.of equipments under one functional location and will go through preventive maintenance on yearly basis. For this, i will create the single cycle yearly maintenance plan which comprices of maintenance items, which is fine. out of these equipments some of the equipments will go for routine maintenance like quarterly, half-yearly, tri-quarterly. user want to club these scenarios also in single preventive maintenance plan. when we scdule this plan, system has to deliver monthly orders and as well as yearly orders from single preventive maintenance plan.

It can be acheived in the following Manner.
Create a Strategy say "Test" with Packages 1M, 2M,Q,H,Y packages.
Create 5(say) Equipment Task Lista for each of the 5 Equipment at that FL.
1st Task List will have Operations related to say Monthly(1M), Quartely(Q), yearly (Y)
2nd Task List will have Operations related to say Monthly(1M), Quartely(H), yearly (Y)
And so on... as per Business Requirement.
Now create a Maintenance Plan with 5 maintenance Items with respective Task Lits.
Now Schedule the Plan and give the Last Completion date as the Yearly package (A date one year less than the day you wanetd the yearly plan).
Then check the calls.

Is it possible to create multiple entities with associations in a single LUW.
For e.g. we have a Sales Order and Item. This is modelled as 2 DB tables and 2 entities.
In XSOData I have defined association relationship between them.My XSOData definition is like this...
"XSDemo.DB::SO"    as "SalesOrder"
   navigates ("SalesOrder_OrderItem" as "SOItem");
   "XSDemo.DB::ITEM" as "OrderItem";
   association "SalesOrder_OrderItem" principal "SalesOrder"("OrderID") multiplicity "1"

From the post, I get a response 201 (Created). However, only the Sales Order is created. The Items are not created.
My question is:
1. Is it possible to create Order and Item together in a single post call ?? If yes, how. What is the syntax of XSOData / Post Request
2. If it is not possible to create Order and Item together in a single post call, then how do we ensure atomicity of the transaction.
For e.g. What is Order creation is success and then the Item creation fails ...
How can we ensure that all is committed or none is committed.
3. From the documentation I understand that this might be possible using modification exits... However, I want to achieve this without using modification exits...

Actually the problem is that Sales Order and Order Items are modeled as different entities... So, XSOData allows creation of Sales Order Item independently WITHOUT creation of a sales order header.
For e.g. URL : http://server:port/SODemo.xsodata/OrderItem
Ideally, the XSOData should implement a logic that a Dependent entity cannot be created without a Principal entity.
For e.g. using a Sales order BAPI you cannot create a sales order item alone !
Similarily, since XSOData is the end point service for the consumer, the XSOData should have the logic to ensure that both principal and dependent entities are created together.
Otherwise, in the UI the developer has to ensure that the post body is build correctly...

Creation of Outbound delivery with respect to sales order

I am an Abaper.
I have a requirement to create outbound delivery with respect to sales order.
Currently I have the purchase order details.
My coordinator has given me a logic.
From the Purchase order, we have to get the Purchase requisition.
From Purchase requisition, we have to get the sales order.
From the sales order, we have to create the outbound delivery.
Please explain me how to creaet the outbound delivery with respect to sales order.
Also, how to get the PR from PO and SO from PR.

1. To get the Pur. Req. from PO
Note that PO_NO and PO_LINE_ITEM are variables.
       Select VEBLN VBELP into (EBKN-VBELN,EBKN-VBELP)
       from EKPO inner join EBKN on EKPOBANFN = EBKNBANFN
       where EKPOEBELN = PO_NO and EKPOEBELP = PO_LINE_ITEM
2. And using VL01N you can create the relevant outbound delivery. Use above sales order for this. And record a BDC and write the code.

I tired giving all the PO for a collective inbound delivery in VL34, but it still creates one delivey for every PO item

Chart creation using multiple series with same name

I'm new to Numbers and to chart creation in general, so I'm not sure if Numbers is capable of what I need. But if so, I'd like to know how...
I have a large spreadsheet with hundreds of lines of expense data, wherein each line item falls into one of a dozen categories of expense types. I would like to create a pie chart by expense type (ie, Healthcare, Automotive, Travel, etc), but Numbers wants to treat each line item as a separate expense, even though many of them share the same name. So I'm getting multiple pie slices that all say "Travel" and so forth. I really just want one pie slice for Travel, one for Auto, etc.
So how can I make Numbers calculate the subtotals for each expense type and use those subtotals to create the chart? Is there a way to do this within the chart function or do I need to create a separate table for just the subtotals (not sure how to do that either) or what?

In Tableau 2 column B the formula is:
=SUMIF(Tableau 1 :: B,A,Tableau 1 :: C)
The column A of Tableau 2 is a header.

Multiple Audio with in a single Time Line

I understand that a single time line can contain multiple audios (dubbed voices, foreign languages, director's commentary, etc). And when I do this, I can hit the "Audio" button on my DVD remote and the audio will change seemlessly while viewing the movie. This is desirable because you don't have to render several time lines of the same video. I'm trying to achieve this very thing - in order to reserve as much space on my DVD/Blu-Ray for the feature presentation. Here's my actual question.
Now that I have this single timeline with 2 audios, I want my menu buttons to interact with these different audios. I want my "PLAY FEATURE" button on the main menu to play my main time line with audio #1. Then I want my "DIRECTOR'S COMMENTARY" button in the Bonus Menu to play the same time line, but with audio #2 this time. Is there a way to make Encore do this?
I was hoping there was a way to "group" that time line with the 2 audios in that they each create their own asset in the project panel (and can be linked via pick-whip), but each asset uses the same main timeline, just different audio.

I'm not sure what your question is there, and this may be clearer to you in reading the above section of help. But the timeline (with the video asset) must have both audior tracks, or there is no savings in creating two timelines, for each audio, but each then also requiring instances of the video.

1. If Qty is one number - based on value of the order - it is possible to create different billing doc.'s based on billing date and value using billing plan , again these are periodic billing or milestone billing
2. Using Contract process- create material /qty contract- release partial qty by creating release document and create billing document w.r.t to contract or release document (sales order)

Need to load multiple skins with only a single .swf and config.xml

Hello
These are part of some instructions that were of a AS3 Mp3 Store I purcased
Well guys the new AS3 flash cart system can have skins hot swapped in and out with out having to recompile the actionscript code.
You can even have multiple skins on the same cart and use different ones in different places of your website.
This is all because the flash cart system itself runs seperate from the graphical user interface that the customer visits.
When you purchase a new cart skin, or if you edit your own custom skin, you can place the swf file for it in the "skins" directory of your flash cart installation directory. Then in the config file where you "embed" the cart on your website you include the name of the skin you'd like to use (the skin MUST be available in your skins directory).
The other plus to using the skin system is you can keep the cart application seperate from your site. No longer do you have to have all that ugly php code and cramped swf files floating along side your website html files. No instead you create an install directory then simply embed the cart from where ever it is. The only litigation is that the cart must exist on the same server as the website you are showing it publicly on.
So right now I have a website with the store set up and working, allowing the buyer to listen to the tracks, add to cart and checkout after which they are given an instant download link to the purcased files.
What I want to do now though is break up the songs into differents carts/skins within a dropdown list in my website as quoted in the instructions above, according to genre.
So I have published 4 different skins as
MusicSkin 1.fla
MusicSkin 2.fla
MusicSkin 3.fla
MusicSkin 4.fla
and have placed these on my server
The cart works by Index.html > loads the Main.swf >loads MusicSkin.fla which is called by via config.xml

I am having trouble configuring how to call on 4 different Skins into different pages on my site if I only have ONE index.html, Main.swc and config.xml files which according to the instructions is possible!

I am wondering if i have to copy the instances of the different skins into the config file above and each swf and html file loads the corresponding on in the list, or does each instance require it's own config file, which would then be a problem I think, because I could not have 4 config.xml files in the same directory which is what the Action Script is calling on.

Hi,
Here when i am trying to start the listener with LISTENER_PRB i am getting error which is shown below.when i am trying to stop the listener with lsnrctl stop LISTENER_PUB the default listener LISTENER is stopping .Here my doubt is it must throw error when we are stopping the listener LISTENER_PUB.

Multiple shipment agaisnt single delivery

Hi Gurus,
Can we have multiple shipment documents against a single delivery. If yes what are the instances where we can have this scenario. i.e. what we need to do in the config and also which process business need to follow to satishfy this scenario.

Hi Laxmikanta,
Yes we can do multiple shipment for single delivery please follow the below steps.
1) Once you create a delivery go to t-code VT01N
2) Create the first shipment as you generally do.
3) If you want to create another shipment then you need to change the shipment type and create subsquent shipment.
4) You can create as many subsequent shipment as you want.
5) For this you need to remove the check mark from the delivery status " Do not select deleveries already in subsequent legs"
Once done you will be able to create as many shipments as possible.

Vendor invoie for multiple POs with different payment terms

Hi,
We have a vendor which send a single invoice for multiple POs which have different payment terms. Now if we create a single invoice in MIRO, then only a payment term can be applied.
However user want to pay to the vendor corresponding to the PO terms.
Please let us know any way apart from creating multiple MIRO documents.

You can achieve so in standard SAP.
Go to OBY6 and activate the check box "Enable Amount Split" in your company code. Then in MIRO, a new tab will appear in the header as "Amount Split"
In this tab, you can split the vendor invoice in multiple lines with respective payment method and payment term.

Inspection lot before GR with respect to Purchase Order

Dear Friends,
Here is my Question
If i use inspection type 01 ,Normally there is a inspection lot creation while doing GR with respect to PO
but my Question is
we need two inspection lot one is before GR and another is after GR , is there any settings or solution for this

you can create inspection lot before GR by using inspection type 0101
normally this inspection type is used for source inspection
assign this inspection type 0101 to that material , create quality inforecord for material and vendor
assign inspection type 0101 in that inforecord, now when P.O gets generated in MM
you can generate inspection lot W.R.T that P.O through transaction code QI07
please revert back for any help reqd.
