Creative Cloud install error code 11

When I try to install CS6 from Creative Cloud Website, AAM initialized, downloading and unzipping was just fine, but installing is failed.
AAM said "Application Manager was executed. Retry after Application Manager getting done. (11)"
Of course there is no another instance.

There is no file like these. Also There is no folder like caps.
Actually I try to
- Download and run the CS6 Cleaner Tool and remove everything CS6 related form ~/Library and /Library
- Reboot
- Reinstall Acrobat X through AAM and install updates
- Reinstall remaining CS6 products
but same result.

Failed to install Creative Cloud desktop error code 1 Windows 8.1

I just recently tried to begin a trial of creative cloud in order to get access to photoshop. I really need photoshop for my school because of how powerful it is and the tools is offers. A couple weeks ago I tried to download and install creative cloud for windows 8 64-bit, and the download begins, but once it reaches around 50%, it raises an error message saying "We've encountered the following issues: Creative Cloud desktop failed to install (error code 1)". I was having problems with the internet at the time so I just naturally assumed it was the cause. So I went ahead and gave it a couple of days before I tried again. When I tried again I received the same error message at the same time. I continued to look around for a solution and trying it everyday but I have had absolutely no luck with it, and honestly am getting quite frustrated with it. I have looked everywhere for a solution, I tried the adobe clenup tool, I have checked to make sure I don't have any previous versions of adobe products on my computer, and even tried installing it as an admin in safe mode, and still nothing. I have no idea what to do next, but I know that I have to get ahold of photoshop, one way or another, and it must have the professional tools included in the creative cloud edition. Please tell me there is a simple solution and I have been blind this entire time. If there is no solution, can someone direct me to another software similar to photoshop that has access to the plug-in dDo? (I am in game development and have heard how powerful dDo is and have been dying to use it. I have also been anxious to get photoshop, but it doesn't appear to be possible without the creative cloud desktop app).

Cannot update Creative Cloud desktop Error Code: 204

I have tried for 5 days to update my Creative Cloud desktop manager, but it only gets 2% into update and fails each time. Message says There seems to be a problem with the file download. For troubleshooting tips, please visit our customer support page.(Error code: 204) Get help
The "Get Help" leads me to adobe forums with other people having this problem with no solutions other than 'Chat with an expert' which I've been trying to find on this site. I don't need tutorials, I've quit the CC desktop app several times, restarted the computer several times, the Preferences option under CC desktop is greyed out and can't access.
I can't update any other adobe product until this nuisance of a CC Desktop can get updated.
Any ideas? Untinstall and reinstall? If I uninstall the CC desktop will it magically break some mystical link with all my other CC 2014 programs?

Thanks for the link, Jeff. Even though error code 204 wasn't listed, everything around points to the download being corrupted/stalled/stopped. Was talking with an IT guy here and are exploring our firewall settings and securities. From your link I found the document "Creative Cloud for enterprise - Network Endpoints file" and have forwarded it to our IT dept to review.

Retrying doesn't help it ends with a new 207 Error a few minutes later...

Peter from the previous discussion you indicated that this was a fresh install and you had no security software installed correct?
If so have you tried the alternate Internet connection suggestions offered in Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html? If you are on a wireless connection especially it can be beneficial to try a wired connection in case you are facing a quality of service issue with your current connection.

Dave: I did the Microsoft Update two days before this happened, and rebooted as required. I just created a new restore point and lauched Creative Cloud. Now I get the famous white screen:
It just sits and spins (been 10 minutes now).
Fortunately, I saved away this command (which I've had to use 4 or 5 times already):
del %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\opm.db
Unfortunately now, I get this (even after closing the above window):
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
So I killed everything that said "Adobe" in the task manager and this time, the command succeeded.
Fortunately, the current apps seem to still work. I can't seem to find the "Creative Cloud" app in the applications on my system, but I launched Photoshop CC, told it to look for updates, and got a list of the 5 prgorams that need updates in the Adobe Application manager:
I will proceed with the updates, holding my breath.
