Creative Cloud, not in full version
Hi, i have paid for the fully Creative Cloud but only have axess for a few of the apps. For example, i can download Edge Code but Indesign is only a test version. Please help.

Your browser has to have tracking enabled and open a pop-up for Checkout to work. Browser add-ons and custom settings can block this from happening. In Firefox I had to temporarily disable Ghostery to advance past the Checkout button. You may have a similar tracker/pop-up disabler in your browser that you need to turn off temporarily. Alternatively try a different browser with no custom settings. Doing this I was able to download and install a $79.99 upgrade version, so it does work, but they don't make it easy to find or do. They want you to subscribe instead. (In fairness, though, you'd have this same Checkout issue trying to subscribe to CC if your browser settings block advancement past the Checkout button.) -
Book files stored in Creative Cloud not syncing
Hi everyone!
We are working on a project that is stored in Creative Cloud to take advantage of collaborative workflow. Everything is working fine so far.
I've just created a book and added a few files so that I can sync styles, master pages, etc. This is working flawlessly on my end so far.
The problem comes when another teammate tries to open the book file I've created on his/her end. The book opens but it is empty (no documents listed at all). However if a send the book file to them via email or store it on a network drive and they open it everything works perfect.
So the problem seems to be related with Creative Cloud not syncing the book files properly. Any clue on the matter? We must store the project files on Creative Cloud so work from a network drive is not an option for us.Yeah, you are absolutely right, we are using Google Drive for pretty much everything else, is way more faster, more reliable and is full featured (how about download entire folders Adobe or zero errors when syncing, Adobe?). And on top of this is cheaper (way more is you ask me).
Sadly, we really MUST work in Adobe CC for this particular project so no scape here. -
I have installed creative cloud and a trial version of illustrator on my laptop since then my IT department has purchase illustrator but is having problems installing it onto a PC workstation.
Hi, the problem is that my IT department was sent a link on his laptop to install Illustrator, however the request was for them to build me a workstation and install it on there. they have built the workstation and is having problem installing the CC desktop app on there, just to clarify would you be able to answer the following:
1) Do you have to have CC desktop app to install Illustrator from the given link?
2) If you have signed up & installed CC on your laptop, can you install illustrator on a workstation by simply installing the CC desktop app on the workstation, log into that with your username & activate the link to install illustrator, basically the provided link should not be specific to a computer or user?

Lightroom Mobile is not a cloud storage service. You shouldn't treat it as a way of backing up your files. You are merely storing Smart Previews of your files in the cloud space, high-quality JPEGs of your files regardless of their original format on your desktop. The point is that they are there so you can continue editing them in a Lightroom-like environment even while away from your desktop/laptop computer. The files in Lightroom Mobile can only be used in Lightroom Mobile.
This is very different from what is offered by the Creative Cloud storage, which can be used to synchronize your files between any device (that can support the individual files).
The vast difference in how each service works and its intended use is why they are separate. -
Any one else having trouble with Creative Cloud not opening?
Anyone else haveing trouble with Creative Cloud not opening? All I get is the splash screen and the :loading: symbol that keeps going around and around---forever.
This just started ---.
I am running Windows 8 on an i7 machine with 16 gigs of RAM. My internet connection is good---all other internet access opens just fine.

A12E5 is a download error. Please follow the mentioned steps:
Mac:
Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old .
Navigate to Applications/Utilities and trash Application Manager and Creative Cloud desktop folder.
Download and install CC desktop again. If still the issue persists then restart Mac in safe boot and try installing again: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/start-safe-boot-mode-mac.htm l .

If it is Mac , follow below steps :
OR
1) Right click on Finder icon and select "Go-To" Folder option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( Do not miss ~ symbol)

3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe.
Right click on Adobe folder and select "GetInfo" option.
Expand the Sharing & Permissions section.
Click the lock icon in the lower-right corner. Enter your administrator user name and password when prompted, and then click OK.
Please click on '+' symbol , Add currently logged in user name and user named named Administrator.
Click the Gear icon, and select Apply to Enclosed Item. Close the Get Info dialog box.
Then try to install Creative Cloud -

Not getting the option to install creative cloud. Only trial version or choose new plan

I'm trying to install Photoshop on a second computer. Problem is I can't find the installer for Creative Cloud. When I log in at adobe.com and go to products, all i get is the option to get a trial version or sign up for a new plan. It's like it thinks I'm not already on a plan.
Explicitly going to menu -> pc apps -> clicking the creative cloud icon takes me to the general creative cloud promotional page. I can't see any option to just install the creative cloud app.
Am I missing something? Seached the forums and all the replies just tell me to go to adobe.com/products and install.Oh, it was that simple?

Got to say that's a bit of baffling gui design. One would think a link to install Creative Cloud would be one of the main things needed for the account page on the website. Not only did I have to do something I didn't want to do (get the trial), but after installing the manager, it immediately started downloading and installing photoshop. I really hope it's not installing the trial version. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

It says i can't purchase the student version of Creative Cloud because it is not available in my country (Anguila). This is weird because on my profile it says i am in United States?

Creative Cloud Provides Only Trial Versions?
Does the purchase of creative cloud provide a serial number, or will I have to download the programs every month. I have been using the trial versions and leaving them open so that I do not run out of the aloted number of program openings.
Overall, the lack in ease of use for this creative cloud system has frustrated me countless more times than I have been satified. I will always need to use Adobe programs, but I hope in the future things can be smoother for customers.

BIf you've purchased a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud, then you can use your Adobe ID to log in and download the apps. The apps will exist on your hard drive. You should not have to download the programs every month as long as you continue to pay for your subscription.
