Creative webcam center "load failed" error

hello,
sorry if this has been covered, i tried the search and knowledge base but no luck.
i tried to update the webcam centre software to the new version form the version on the cd. it installs fine but then will not run. all i get is a "load failed" window. click "ok" and it pops up again. does this about fi've times, the propts to send an error report.
any ideas why?
i have reverted back to the cd version for now.

I too have this problem, but even after I re-install the cd software that came with the camera, I still get the load error! What is going on here!!

Hello. Just installed my Creative NX Ultra webcam, and it works good with msn etc, but when I run Creative WebCam Center I get this; "No supported Creative camera detected. I don't have the same issues as you do, but wanted to see if we have the same camera or not, maybe help each other out even.. I'm thinking that I bought my camera a couple of years ago, but I only had it hooked up and tried it once. At that time, it seemed like it worked fine, but now the video doesn't look that great and I'm even wondering if it is the right software! I have a seperate headset. But being as I've never turned it on again after that, I've had to reinstall and not 100% sure if there is an upgrade or not for the software. So what version software do you have?
I have version 2.03.01 and it says PC-CAM Center for the NX ultra. I says Instant Live Video chats, but being as I'm not to sure yet how to use it, I am wonderng why it tells me to "save".. I would have thought that if your using it online, why would you save it?
At anyrate.. if you or anyone else should see this, is there a higher version for the software?
AND, I want some advice of what to buy for working online, I need a camera for this. Am I supposed to get a new headset to match?..
I hope someone gets back to me soon, cause I've been advised to buy another brand and I really don't want to, being as Everything else on my computer is set up for sound using Creative labs.

Vbios.dll load failed error

i have an MSI G4MX440 graphics card and loaded Msi live monitor and when winxp starts it gives me a vbio.dll load failed error.
also, whenever I try using the monitor or Live update2 utility, i get the same...
I also, installed the 3d turbo experience! program and whenever I start it, it freezes my comp.!
please help someone, I am getting discouraged!
I have tried downloading the newest versions of each to no avail.!!!! ?(

It is very hard to follow everyones system. Lets have everyone get on the same drivers and I will work it with all of you from there.
First get the latest Motherboard Drivers. Install them.
Then get the nVidia DetonatorFX Drivers. Install them.
Then delete the file msicpl.dll from your windows directory.
Uninstall the turbo3d and any other 3rd party software that is some sort of a video utility. Do not forget to uninstall Live Update also.
If you need the extra features for overclocking etc. open notepad and copy this into it exactly as I have it quoted:

ORA-12520: TNS:listener could not find available handler for requested type of serverI've not seen this error myself, but looking on Google it appears to be an unsolved problem on OBIA.
Since it's intermittent then it rules out obvious things like the Oracle database being down or the connectivity being incorrectly configured.
Looking on My Oracle Support (metalink) I found discussion of the error with reference to a completely different product but around the issue of parallelism.
If I had to guess I'd say that the keyword in the error is available - the oracle DB is being swamped with more requests that its configured to handle.
My suggestion would be speak to your DBAs and ask them to monitor the number of sessions on Oracle DB whilst your ETL is running and watch for any limit being breached. If possible up that limit, or reduce the amount of ETL tasks running in parallel.
I'd also suggest raising an SR with Oracle since it's evidently a not-uncommon problem.

Satellite A300 - Constant "Webcam Driver Open Fail" Error

I have searched and searched for solutions to this problem and feel like I have tried everything. Whenever I turn my laptop on or attempt to start my webcam I get the error "Webcam driver open fail. Please restart camera or computer."
I used to be able to use the webcam with no problems but it just stopped working one day. I've recently reformatted my operating drive to the out-of-the-box state, but it is still showing an error whenever I try to use my webcam. I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium on an A300 Model: PSA-GCA. I have also tried updating the webcam driver (and the latest BIOS update) from Toshiba's support section, but with no luck. I've also tried using the XP webcam driver, but still, no luck.
Any idea on how to fix this problem?

I also forgot to mention that in my Device Manager, I cannot see my Chicony Webcam at all. There is no section for imaging devices present at all.

Webcam Instant, Creative Webcam Center issue

im having trouble with my webcam center application. drivers and everything installed just fine and i accessed the Center application once with no problem until i tried to save a captured pic. then it went unresponsi've and now wont start at all. i even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it doesnt work.

JornGP .... Have you tried doing more than taking one snapshot under each user name? I tried going into other users as well. The software started, but as soon as I took a snapshot it locked up. Now under those users it no longer starts up either and locks.
As for Windows Updates, I don't have my PC set for automatic updates - it only updates when I manually check for updates and install. No new updates were installed on my PC during the time this problem started, so that can't be it.

Nouveau driver not starting - Direct firmware load failed error -2

I am trying to install Arch Linux for the first time, on a laptop.
I have followed Arch Linux Forums step by step, and now I am trying to set up a graphical environment with Gnome 3.
I then went through both the xorg page and Nouveau page, and installed the nouveau driver.
But on booting, the driver seems to fail to load, and I get the following from the dmesg log (and also mixed up with my login prompt in the console at startup):

Is it possible that it tries to reach an external screen (on the hdmi output) ? I would simply like to use it on the direct monitor of my laptop, though.

Crystal Reports 2008 Loading Failed Error in Windows 7

We are using Crystal Reports 2008 in our application. These are working fine in XP Professional OS. But the Same code is not working in Windows 7 operating system. When I debug, I found report Load is failing. Error is at below line of code.

Creative Cloud desktop update fails: error 207

Hello world,
I'd like to update Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop but I'm experiencing problems: When the installation programm downloads, I'm getting an error code 207: [translated by me] Server doesn't react at the moment. Please try again later.
This happens since a week. What can I do. I've deinstalled ACC and can't use our Typekit anymore.

Creative Webcam Center feature request

I've used several webcam applications. This one is very nice, but is lacking the most important feature for me. Under motion detection, there should be an option to save image captures, not just video. Video takes a lot of disk space. I would like to have a captured image for every x seconds motion is present. If you would like a sample of very valuable settings in this regard, you could try Willing Webcam.

How do I resolve this? Is there a way to install it using the Microsoft installer? Independent installers seem to always mess up one way or another.

Please provide me the more information about the computer that you are using Like OS name, version and 32bit or 64 bit.
Do you have any other paid Adobe applications already installed on your machine.

"Load Report Failed" Error after upgrading to CR XI R2 and VS 2005

Previously I had visual studio 2003 and crystal report XI and on my website project and I have this function where users can download their monthly statement. and it was working fine. here is my code of the function...

Now, recently I upgraded my crystal to CR XI Release 2 SP6 and also upgraded my web project to Visual Studio 2005 with .NET 2.0. and now it gives me "report load failed" error on the very first line pReport.Load(......)
The project has updated the references related to crystal reports to the 11.5 version from 11.0. Not sure what am I missing here.
I have also opened the report file in the new crystal and saved it. I also opened it in Visual Studio itself and saved it.
I would appreciate any help possible.

I have tried to hard code the path. I checked the win/temp folder and the aspnet account already has the read/write permissions.

Webcam Live! is fully installed...but webcam center isnt functioning...??

i have installed the webcam live! software, and the hardware a few times now and every time i do it, restart my computer, and try to open up the webcam center to take a snapshot....webcam center loads...and after like 5 seconds it says something about an error and asks me to send an error report. When i close the error message, webcam center closes automatically and this happens every time...i've done the installation perfectly according to the instructions...it says there is a step when im supposed to click "continue anyway" but i havent had that come up at all. I install the software first, camera disconnected, then when i finish the software, it tells me to connect the cam, i do so, and it completes the installation. Yet, webcam center manages to keep giving me a headache every time i try to open it by freezing up and shutting down. i have a 2006 sony vaio top of the line computer so that shouldnt be the problem XP service pack 2 home edition. can you help please?

Hi anybody with a creative instant webcam just use program Compatibility Wizard in Vista takes about 20 mins to load but runs Fine. Hope this helps Richard
